This is an additional charge that he wants on TOP of the fuel surcharge he snuck onto the final invoice. Now I have to bring a dolly and help my mother move the refrigerator Aaron + his crew left outside for her. After they started the job and it became clear that the slab was 6" thick instead of the 3-4" they quoted, they let me know and did their best to fit as much as they could in the initial load. Needless to say, the additional thickness required a lot more work to break up and an additional load to haul off.
