Scheduler put me in touch with one of the owners, who got back to me next morning with his recommended plan, est of time involved, and explained rates. They prorate by 1/4 hr. This isn't like calling your friends, renting a U-Haul, and dreading the job. You get a fair price, on-time arrival, and logistical wizardry! Highly recommended.

Our Technician was Raul who was absolutely fabulous!! He arrived before estimated time and was friendly and professional. I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying.
