Junk King was right on time and both Ryan and Kenndrick were very polite and professional. I really appreciate that they were careful when removing the larger items. Great job and I highly recommend them. Thanks read more

I received an immediate response by phone and the representative was very courteous and helpful. We received service in a few hours! Garrick, Kendrick, Jeff and Daniel took care of our removal in a very short amount of time. Very professional, efficient and friendly service, however the removal was higher priced than other competitors so I would not rate five stars on value, but would rate five stars on service and their professional staff. I will use them again. read more

Second time in 6 months I have used them. Fast, friendly service from Ryan, Bradly & Phillip. Seems like I have a small bar fridge go out every six months. Luckily, I have these guys to pick it up at a reasonable price. read more

Junk King is awesome! The two gentlemen who arrived were courteous, friendly, quick and respectful of our home. They quoted us a fair price to remove the items from our garage. We highly recommend Junk King and we will use them again in the future. read more

Professional on time very courteous. Will be having them come back again. I would highly recommend this company over many others that post on yelp. read more

These guys were great. Super easy and fast to book online. They showed up right at the start of the two-hour window. I thought that it would cost much more for the amount we had to have hauled away, based on past experiences with other junk companies. Their cost was very reasonable, they were quick, and the guys were super friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

They were on-time. They took everything as requested, which included a couch and matching chair an ottoman, basically almost a whole truckload. Price was fairly negotiated. Among the items they took away was a treadmill, which proved to be a beast to get out of the house and into the truck, but they kicked it! read more

Super easy to book online. They were able to come the very next morning and moved my junk quickly.

I have used Junk King several times over the last year while in the process of my big move. Daniel is always so friendly and helpful! Today he and Dijon did another excellent job! Thank you! read more

We hired Junk King to haul away some very large items in our backyard as well as obtain an estimate on the removal of a large play structure. Charles and Daniel arrived earlier (which we were very happy about) than scheduled and called to ensure that it was okay to come earlier. Throughout the job they were courteous and professional. We really appreciate all of the care taken to only take those items which we designated. Our backyard is on its way to becoming junk free. Thanks Charles and Daniel for a hassle-free experience. read more

Very friendly staff. Appointment scheduling and communication was great. Pricing was as quoted and I was told about additional costs for removal of special items, such as TVs or tires, in advance. The guys gave me a call notifying me when they were on their way and were prompt, fast and friendly during the cleanup. Very happy with the service. read more

Maybe a a tad pricey for the service but you pay for convenience. Call them up and they show up and take it away without a hassle or bait n switch, always nice and professional on the phone. read more

They are as good as it gets. I would not hesitate to use them again. In less than 2 hours my hot tub and frame were taken out by two guys! read more

My insurance provided me a brand new power chair, leaving me with my non functional old one. I called charities, medical equipment repair places, ect. No one wanted it or would come get the old chair. It couldn't stay on my porch. Junk King responded quickly and in around 12 hours, my chair was picked up by two gentlemen that were quick, understanding and professional. Many blessings to this company and the two men that picked up my chair. A huge thank you to them! I would highly recommend Junk king if you are ever in the need of them! read more

I needed an old couch hauled off to the dump. I asked for a quote and got a response extremely fast. The price was reasonable and they came out a few hours later that same day. It was a great experience using Junk King. read more

The young men that came to my door were pleasant and courteous. They answered my questions and went about their job in a timely and conscientious manner. They definitely deserve a raise for working in the AZ heat lifting heavy things all day with a smile. I highly recommend them. When you have a company that depends on their employees to represent them such as this. They could not have had better representation. read more

I appreciated that they answered the phone right away. Didn't get a message to call back or leave a message like the 1st two I called. They set up an appointment same day at a convenient time. The driver made a courtesy call to say they were on their way. They were up front with the price list and what it would cost. When asked if they could take the time right then to load up the truck full of our junk, they were accommodating and said yes. Rather than reschedule to come back they worked fast and loaded all the junk and filled their truck. I would absolutely recommend this company to take your junk away. Very professional and just really nice guys. I would not hesitate to contact this company first if I am ever in need of their services. Thank you Junk King! You're doing everything right. read more

I had a Sleeper Sofa in our second floor loft that was super heavy. Junk King responded almost immediately to my posting and were able to coordinate coming out the next day. Sean and the other gentlemen were very friendly and took great care to not bang any of my walls or railings and it was clear they knew what they were doing as they maneuvered down our staircase that curves around. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them highly. read more

Quick, thorough and fair. Wish I remembered the names of the gentlemen that helped us, but they were in and out in no time.

They came on time very friendly. Initially their estimate was considerably higher than the others I received, but after negotiating it was within budget. They were quick and efficient. The only thing I would say is some of the other companies got good reviews die to some minor clean up and that was not provided with this company. read more

I can't say enough great things about my entire experience. I called received an estimate scheduled someone to come out same day and the prices are AMAZINGLY affordable. Marc and Kyle arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window and were kind and professional and had shared that we were their last job of the day they had just got done doing a huge job that had lasted many hours but they were just as spirited and ready to get at it like I was there 1st job of the day!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company they are top notch from the first phone call to the end! Thank you for being an awesome company! read more

Don't call anybody else. These guys are the rock stars of removal. I emailed Byron in the evening for a quote. He responded in less than 10 minutes. I explained that realtors where coming to take photos of my mother in law's home and we were let down by another removal company. Byron was able to get me an appointment the next afternoon. Big difference with these guy;s is they come out and give an estimate on the spot. If you like it great , if not no big deal. That is the best way to get an accurate quote. Don't waist your time sending photos to other companies for a quote. On the morning of my appointment a service tech named Mike contacted me and said that he could come sooner than planed. Mike was awesome! I had underestimated the size of my pile. After some friendly negotiations he took a 590.00 load for 350.00! He respected my mother in law's budget and still got the job done. They did an excellent job and cleaned the area spotless. Awesome communication and great people. Price.....Service.....Quality.. These guys know how to run a service business. Give Byron a call and have him send Mike. read more

My experience with Junk King has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! They have made our moving/renovating experience a breeze. They are reliable, professional, and have wonderful customer service. If you need Junk hauled away in a jiffy, look no further. The guy's at Junk King will NOT disappoint. I will continue to use them in the future! read more

Junk King insisted on coming on-site before providing a bid for a spa removal. That said, they were good with their communications on setting the appointment and providing updates on the timing of their arrival. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to an arrangement as their liability insurance does not cover disconnecting electrical for the spa and I was advised to have an electrician come out in order to cap it or that I cut the wire myself which I declined to do. I have to say that I was surprised as they specifically list spa removals; so I had assumed that they would have the expertise necessary to manage it from start to finish - but you know what they say when you make assumptions. My review is not intended to knock Junk King, just providing constructive criticism and I'm glad that their employees chose not to risk their safety. Instead, I went with another servicer who can turn off the breaker, cut the main wire and secure the line when they've finished removing the spa. read more

Worked with the new owner Steve and he was great! I was worried because of the reviews written of the previous owner and how he quoted low and changed the price when they arrived, but I thought I'd give them a try because they were the only company that could come out quickly. Steve was quick to respond, gave me a fair price quote and was on time. Customer service is so important to me and they were 5 star customer service all the way! I ended up paying more than I was quoted, but in their defense I just gave an estimate of how many garbage bags I needed them to haul. It was a lot less than I ended up having. The price was adjusted and I thought it was still a fair price. Thanks Junk King! read more

I had lots of construction debris removed from my condo and it was a big chore. These young men showed up and didn't stop until it was done. They took everything I requested and I couldn't be more pleased. They were courteous arrived on time, respectful and just a great group of guys! Yes, you could get a big trash receptical dumped in your driveway and yes, it may be a little bit less.. And you have to load it! Don't hesitate to use this company - highly recommend and I will tell everyone that needs this type of service to ring them up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

From the first call I liked the company. I was doing my due diligence and getting quotes for the job. When I let them know I had a lower quote (I could show them) they came in lower! I was very happy because I really liked the vibe I got from them. They showed up and did the job as promised and I was sent before and after pictures of the completed work. I would recommend this company and they are coming back to remove the junk from the inside of the house too. read more

I would be shocked if Junk King ever responded. I received a quote in writing and then confirmed everything over the phone. Junk King quoted $116-$168. The actual cost came in at $368. I don't blame the private contractor - I blame Junk King. They bait you with a low estimate and then you get nailed with the truth. The guys who picked up the furniture were friendly. The burn is with the people answering the phones. I will not use Junk King again. King of BS. read more

10/5/2018 New owner Steve was fantastic to work with. Very friendly crew! Quickly removed my large stack of lumber, brick, concrete i had from a deck removal and were gone in 1/2 hour! Very happy with how quickly they were able to get to my house the next day after calling and have it removed. Definitely recommend this company for your needs. Very responsive to emails, very timely, they want the business and have the best estimates around. They mean it when they say they they will beat any price! Please give them a call before you decide. Highly recommend! read more

Although I submitted an email request on the website, an estimate was never provided nor did they apply the discount stated on the site for pickups over $99. The time I scheduled was specifically to fit around my work activities for the day of the pickup, but they called twice to move the time up and I ended up sacrificing my lunch meeting just to get their pickup over with so they'd quit calling. Price was very high for one king size mattress. Not recommended. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve today. It had been a trying day and it seemed everywhere I went there was an issue -- traffic, long lines, people not doing their jobs or not able to help me, etc. Then I met with Steve who couldn't have been more pleasant. He was professional, personable, and helpful. Got my business taken care of quickly and with a genuine smile. I will recommend him to anyone willing to listen. Will I call him in the future? Absolutely. read more

They are prompt and professional. Driver called and was on time as scheduled. My biggest complaint is the cost. I did not have that much stuff to move and the guy quoted me a charge of $338. I let him know that was a complete ripoff and pointed out the few items I had and was expecting a price of $100 tops. He dropped the price to $268. I am desperate as I need to get my house up for sale soon, so I reluctantly agreed to pay. If you decide to use them, expect to be overcharged. I gotta believe there are a lot of cheaper and better options out there. read more

Service was quick, but the price charged was considerably higher than the quote. When I asked about the difference, I was told the person who gave the quote didn't know what they were doing. Will most likeky also contact the BBB. If you chose this company, get a quote in writing. read more
