Great experience. They were speedy in the removal process, very flexible (added a few major items mid-stream) and overall a pleasure to work with. Would recommend for anyone needing their services. read more

This would be a 5 for the guys who did the work. They get a 3 for the sincerity and honesty of the company itself. The website and people who answer the phone clearly said that part of their business is to donate, reuse, recycle items when possible. The guys literally threw everything crashing into the back of a truck destroying any possible future use. The furniture we had them take was all in great condition and completely reusable, we didn't have time to sell it or even arrange for donation - we went w this provider because they advertised responsible re-purposing - in no way true in our case. read more

I set up an appointment online and got a call within 10 minutes. They showed up at my door in 20. Courteous and quick. They even walked through my irrigated yard to carry my junk to their truck. Very affordable and professional. Highly recommended. I'd give them more stars if offered!! read more

Make sure you get a quote before they show up. I needed a mattress, box springs and metal frame hauled away. For whatever reason I didn't lock down the price beforehand, I was somewhat anxious to get rid of it and I figured there would be standard pricing. In other words, I was dumb. Anyway the guys show up, spend 3 minutes taking the junk to the vehicle, then come back for payment. The guy asks if I have a quote (wouldn't he know that already?), I say no, he whips out some official looking chart and suddenly it's north of $200. So I pay it and just chalk it up to a mistake in judgment on my part. Later on I talk to a few people about getting stuff hauled away and what it cost them, knew I'd been had. It happens. read more

This group is amazing. Quickly responsive through yelp, reasonable prices, on time, thorough and nice people. I would definitely call them again! read more

I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Junk King. Their crew showed up exactly when booked, after calling 15 minutes ahead of time. They went right to work with expertise and care. Kudos to Chase and Mike who are a great team. I give Junk King my highest recommendation! read more

Dan came out and gave us a quote and we scheduled an appointment which we needed to reschedule. Everything was done easily. We rescheduled and Dan and his team did a great job removing a vintage spa which had to be cut and carried out through the condo and then they did a great job of cleaning up the leftover mess.Very much appreciated the professionalism and service. Thanks Dan! read more

Junk King came out to remove a large entertainment center and a coffee table. Jay and his friend (sorry I forgot your name) were prompt, clean and were very respectable towards the customer. They were very careful when taking apart and removing my entertainment center. Not only did they do such an excellent job, they made sure my TV, cable and DVR were hooked up properly before they left....Now that's a miracle in this day and age....thank you so much Jay and friend. read more

These guys are awesome! I highly recommend them. They arrived on time, gave a fair price (other companies wanted way too much), and swept up afterwards. I could finally see my garage floor again! I will definitely use them again. Thanks Junk King!! read more

Excellent service from the time of booking to the completion of the job. Booking was super-easy via their website. They called ahead of the appointment, showed up on time, provided a very fair estimate for the job, then returned on time to complete the job; was able to pay via credit card...This really couldn't have been an easier transaction. We tried a couple other places before turning to Junk King, but didn't get timely call-backs, had missed appointments, etc. read more

Called Junk King to dispose of a mattress, and they made it a very simple process. They responded to my inquiry quickly, answered all my questions and scheduled a pickup that worked with my schedule. I received confirmations by email and phone, and got a call that morning to verify the pickup time. The pickup itself was efficient and professional, and we were very happy with the experience Would definitely use Junk Kings again read more

Very fast and easy service! The driver was early which was great and the job was done very quickly. The estimate is very fair and glad I found them. I would definitely use their services again if the need arises! read more

My experience with Junk King was awesome! They were prompt and friendly and swept up the entire area where my shed was removed when they finished! I highly recommend them! read more

I normally don't write reviews, but my experience with Junk King was so bad I feel it is necessary. Job was to remove a standard couch and love seat on 12/13/2019 from a townhouse with large halls and doorways, i.e. a standard removal, nothing special. Only one mover showed up, I have never seen a coach and loveseat moved by one individual. First thing mover said is that cost would be $100 more than verbal quote, something about what would fit in the bed of a pickup. Although I am sure the couch and loveseat would have fit in a pickup with a standard 8' bed, I told mover with only one mover showing up and I would need to help him, I would pay the verbal quoted price or he could leave. He agreed to stay with the verbal quote. I had to assist the mover with a number of lifts to get the furniture from the building to Junk King's truck and even had to lend him a moving dolly. The mover had a dolly, but only 2 of the 4 wheels on the dolly would rotate. I called the local number of Junk King (480 area code) to complain, but it just transferred to Junk King's national call center. The call center said they could not give out the phone number of the local manager and that Junk King did not have a complaint center. The call center did give me an e-mail address for the local manager, but it was returned by google mail as non-valid. My experience with Junk King was a total disappointment and certainly not worth the $159 I paid. read more

Junk King was superior as a service. I booked online and they arrived on time (early actually). My interactions with this company were professional, efficient and completely within the specifications of what I asked for. I was concerned that the item I wanted hauled away was large and needed to be dis-assembled - they took care of that (quoted a fair price for the work) and removed the item and left the area clean and without debris. I think that those individuals who are complaining about the prices should remember "you get what you pay for." I think my quote was not the lowest - but it's a pleasure to deal with a vendor who is professional, polite and gets the job done quickly. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises. read more

Junk King was fast, reliable, friendly with reasonable rates. They also use a unique truck bed cover to help prevent any cash from flying out. I would use them again. read more

I debated between a 1 and a 2, yes they successfully hauled my junk away, however, when it came to a sudden price change I have an issue. I called and was quoted $150 to haul a chair and a couch away. I attempted to book it online to save the additional $30 but the booking application on the website didn't work but when I called they said it would be honored so $120 seemed reasonable. When they arrived they took a look at the couch and the chair and suddenly the price was $200 I asked about the website the response was I don't see it booked on the website, I asked about the $150 quote I was told "that couldn't be accurate since all prices ended in 8s" I was stuck with carpet cleaners coming the next day and new furniture the following day I paid it. Be sure you get a firm quote. read more

Dan and his crew from Junk King came to my house to retrieve a sofa and loveseat that an evil cat had decided to use as his litter box. His rates were competitive ($138 but with a $30 discount for booking online for a total of $108). Other bids I received from other companies ranged from $125 to $169. Dan and his crew were on time, polite and professional and carefully removed my furniture. I would highly recommend them. read more

They were very courteous and got the job done very fast. Good communication when scheduling and arriving, very nice guys.

Scheduled to have an old couch and mattress picked up today between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. I got a call at 10 am asking with they could do the pick up now rather than in the afternoon because they were in the neighborhood and it would be too much of a hassle for them to drive back to my apartment later in the afternoon. After I explained that I was at work and couldn't simply leave in order to accommodate them in a job that I am paying them to do, the person on the phone was really rude. As if I were being difficult for asking them to come at the time I had initially requested. Long story short, I cancelled the pick up because I refuse to pay a company that acts like they're doing their customers a favor. read more

As stated in other reviews, the service was good but at least double what it should be. I was charged for an entire truck ($558-$30 coupon) load of yard debris despite the fact that there were already some items in the truck. This was a very small truck! I would need at least another half truck to complete the removal. They really don't seem to be equipped to efficiently handle this kind of junk and maximize the space. I will never use them again. Consumer beware!! read more
