It took their two professional movers, with me assisting, 4 and a half hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! Because it took so long, I was charged almost $1,100. And they didn't even get everything in the apartment because I had to rush them as I knew I'd be charged a fortune if I didn't. Our initial call was to Customer Service. Their procedures were clearly explained and, based on our list unwanted items, an initial estimate was given. A choice of an estimate-only visit or an appt for junk removal was offered. This company will do same-day removal or schedule a convenient day and time range. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate.
