They were able to schedule me just a couple of days after reaching out for a window clean. The house I moved into hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time and the windows and French doors looked like it had been several years. They were comically filthy inside and out. Chris came promptly and got right to work. He is professional and personable and knows his job well. He performed a miracle! They looked brand new when he got done, including the ones that were super high that required him climbing onto the roof. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, of course I would have been 100% okay with a cancellation due to a family emergency. For all I know, personal reasons could have meant that you had too many beers Friday night and did not want to be in Paradise Valley at 6am on Saturday morning. It was time for spring cleaning and window washing, but the company I used to use did not answer the phone, so I looked for an alternative. Found Streak Patrol on yelp, and gave them a call. They were able to give me a quick appointment. The quote was reasonable, and they also did solar panel cleaning at a good price. I asked for an early appointment. Michael was at the house right around sunrise, as requested. He was friendly, efficient and got right to work. I did ask him to start inside, no problem. A very positive experience. I contacted Streak Patrol, Chris came out the next day to give me a quote and scheduled the service to meet my schedule. Courtney arrived on time, texting me when on her way, and did a job that truly exceeded all my expectations. Just had my windows done and mine is not an easy one as the windows go up three floors - the owner is nice and extremely professional and a pleasure to work with - he is also a retired fire fighter who started this business so it is always nice to know you work with someone with that sort of safety background. I'm following his suggestion to have my outside windows done every six months and the inside done once a year to keep things looking nice. I called on Wednesday with a semi-emergency as we are having a party on Monday evening, thinking this would be impossible to get service in he next few days, I was pleasant surprised when Chris ( the w owner) came out that afternoon to give me a fair estimate.
