Just wanted to share how GREAT my windows look - don't think they've ever been this clear! I have several large sliding glass doors (5) and with previous cleaning companies there have always been streaks or small areas that were missed. It's not always easy finding dependable folks, but today I had my carpet cleaned and they did a fantastic job! Not only were they thorough on the cleaning, but they were prompt on arrival, and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I hired them to clean my carpets in a small apartment with a dog. He was very knowledgeable about pet stains and did the best they could. It was only $60 for two small rooms. The only other alternative is get a new carpet. read more

had these guys come out today to estimate some ground floor window and screen cleaning because the last people did a less than acceptable job. Spoke with them as they looked at the job and, after hearing how much they wanted, asked them to go for it. As they cleaned it became obvious there were more issues than I had noticed, when the screens were off and the exterior cleaned you couldn't help but see the streaking and smudges on the inside, happily pony'd up a few more bucks to do the interior of the ones needing it(several). It was a tough decision on who to call out. A Clearer Vue won. They communicated promptly, arrived on time and got working right away. I had all outside windows, sun shades, and a few interior windows cleaned. For as dirty as they were I think they did a great job! The windows came out amazing and the screens still need some love (they were super dirty). I feel confident to call them out again. We have a large home with many windows or glass doors. A Clearer Vue provided an estimate that was very reasonable. When they arrived to discuss the estimate on site they were prepared to go to work as well. What an excellent job! Their approach used quality products that were also gentle to the UV film we had applied a few years ago. They were personable and professional. Not the best experience to say the least. Price jumped up as soon as they got here. Price went from $135 over the phone to $175 in person. Fine you don't always know the situation until you see it in person. Here is where things went wrong, after completing the outside windows and just starting on two windows inside, the gentleman in charge, (I think his name is Dave) proceeds to tell my husband and I they can't get the windows clean because of hard water stains and the windows are old. He would really have to scrub them and try other methods and charge more. Needless to say we were put off by that explanation. I asked him why he would wait until he is almost done to tell me my windows would look the exact same and still charge me. At this point him and the other gentleman with him inside (his son, didn't get his name) start to insult my husband about not being able to afford the service ‍. Things started to escalate at which point my husband asks them to leave. They go outside and still continue to cause a scene. Very disappointing. It left me feeling very uncomfortable by there aggressive response. I picked this company because it says it is veteran operated. Again disappointed. read more

I was in need of a good couch cleaning. They responded quickly to my inquiry and arrived a few days later. Every stain came out of the couch yay!! I added on the extra protectant spray on top. Thank goodness I did as a week later someone spilled on the couch. A damp towel and some dabbing took the cranberry stain right out. Couldn't be happier. Thank you! read more
