I sent out a quote request through Yelp and Monsoon Windows was the first to come through with an actual quote. I didn't bother shopping around because their price seemed fair. For less than what I thought it would be, I didn't have to wash these windows myself. I was excited to get these things clean after putting off the task for far too long. I had trouble scheduling and paying online (old people and technology). I called and was gently walked through the process. Lots of communication back and forth allowed them to come a little earlier than originally planned, and I was grateful. When the gentleman arrived, he got busy right away. He was communicative and meticulous about making sure I was happy with the service. After he completed the job, he asked me to look things over to see if he needed to touch anything up. I was impressed with what an amazing job he did. There was no need to go over anything, so I signed up for semi annual service. I couldn't be happier with the results. I knew my windows were dirty, but had no idea how dirty. Thank you Monsoon Windows for improving my view. :)

Our…read moreonly reason for getting our carpet shampooed is because the movers wore shoes and we don't wear them in the house. So for a carpet cleaning company to refuse to do so is mind boggling to me. Isn't the customer always right? Am I not PAYING you for a service? Where is your business ethic? No pride in anything. Just collect the money and go. If I had the time and could wait another day I definitely would've found another company! Mind you, the shoes pictured here are the shoes he swore were already clean. Save yourself the hassle and find a company who takes pride in their work and will listen to the customer who's PAYING them. UPDATE: Instead of acknowledging the wrongdoing, Mitch here wants to act like I wasn't a customer of his.
