We usually get our windows cleaned once a year here in Arizona. We have used John's Window Cleaning multiple times. They wash both the inside and outside windows. They also remove the screen and power wash them down out in the street. They're super fast and do a fantastic job! Ken did our windows this weekend and he was in and out within two hours or less. I had a property listing in Grayhawk and the homeowner recommended this company. Unfortunately the landscaper was taking longer than necessary so the cleaner actually recommended to hold off and have the windows on the outside cleaned when the landscapers were done. He did all of the windows on the inside and we rescheduled the outside windows for the following day. I really appreciated them going out of their way to make sure the home was in top shape for the photography. They were fairly priced and very efficient. read more

We've used John's for 20 years for our Ahwatukee house. We have very high view windows in the back that are difficult to clean, they always leave them perfectly clean. They also did a very reasonably priced job of re-screening and repairing all of our many screens. Very fast, responsive, clean, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended. read more

I hadn't used a window cleaner for a while but had used John's Window Cleaning about 2 years ago. They came out within a day and made these dirty windows sparkle! They are by far the hardest working group of folks and they do a great job. Just for the record I called another window cleaner to check pricing. He had great reviews. Two years ago we put brand new screens on our entire house costing thousands of dollars. John's Window Cleaning was the first company to clean our windows. They did a good job and our windows were very clean but we noticed that two of the screens had small tears in them. We figured this occurred when they transported the screens up and down the ladder to wash them. We did not complain. We had John's Window Cleaning out again last week. While the windows are clean there are stretches and tears in many of our screens. There are several screens that are bowed as well. I watched the workers use a high powered washer to clean the screens at close range and assume that is what caused the damage. My review of this company would be that they know how to clean windows but they are careless with other people's property. Use at your own risk. We will be using a different company in the future. read more
