They provided the lights, cables, timers etc. It appears to be a family owned business; the communication was great, the prices were reasonable and they were very honest and a pleasure to work with. I sent out a quote request through Yelp and Monsoon Windows was the first to come through with an actual quote. I didn't bother shopping around because their price seemed fair. For less than what I thought it would be, I didn't have to wash these windows myself. I was excited to get these things clean after putting off the task for far too long. I had trouble scheduling and paying online (old people and technology). I called and was gently walked through the process. Lots of communication back and forth allowed them to come a little earlier than originally planned, and I was grateful. When the gentleman arrived, he got busy right away. He was communicative and meticulous about making sure I was happy with the service. After he completed the job, he asked me to look things over to see if he needed to touch anything up. I was impressed with what an amazing job he did. There was no need to go over anything, so I signed up for semi annual service. I couldn't be happier with the results. I knew my windows were dirty, but had no idea how dirty. Thank you Monsoon Windows for improving my view. :)

Our…read moreonly reason for getting our carpet shampooed is because the movers wore shoes and we don't wear them in the house. So for a carpet cleaning company to refuse to do so is mind boggling to me. Isn't the customer always right? Am I not PAYING you for a service? Where is your business ethic? No pride in anything. Just collect the money and go. If I had the time and could wait another day I definitely would've found another company! Mind you, the shoes pictured here are the shoes he swore were already clean. Save yourself the hassle and find a company who takes pride in their work and will listen to the customer who's PAYING them. UPDATE: Instead of acknowledging the wrongdoing, Mitch here wants to act like I wasn't a customer of his. Below is my receipt that says his name, how much I paid, and that he did a "carpet cleaning" last week! Do with this information what you will!

My wife and I gave Douglas a call today for an estimate and review of our upcoming floor project…read more To my surprise, he was able to stop by my home the same day for a no pressure estimate. When he arrived there was no pressure at all for us to make a decision. He even offered to point me in the right direction if I wanted to do it myself. Now if you have ever shopped around for contractor home repair and work, this is unheard of. Most contractors cringe at the idea of losing money to the homeowner doing their own work, some act put out to give you an estimate without getting an answer on the spot. Not Douglas....his is a very nice, no hassle or pressure visit. It really is a breath of fresh air to meet a contractor out to do the job correct, but also realize that some people are on a budget. Just meeting Douglas and speaking with him for 30 minutes regarding an estimate made it evident of his professionalism and integrity. For that we will be scheduling him to complete our project next month. Stay tuned for the second part of my review when our project is completed.

However after googling and looking at Yelp reviews for several steam companies this company kept coming up at the top at the list. The prices are fair and reasonable and transparent. I was also very impressed with the ethical side of this company I ordered some things that weren't necessary. Bryan talked me out of them when he could have just done with it and made some extra money. Bryan told me they weren't necessary. There are probably cheaper prices out there but you could pay cheaper and have it done twice or you can pay a little extra and get it done once. I prefer to have things done right the first time in the results in the photos posted below speak for themselves. The hours are pretty flexible and I recommend calling ahead of time just to make sure he can access your neighborhood because he does pull a trailer so it's best if you're in a townhouse or a townhome to coordinate with your neighbors but because of his quick professional service it won't be blocked up for long. I think he outdid himself on my grout cleaning and did a better job than he thought he would do. It looks brand new. You did a great job!
