I asked him before he did that could he tell me what process they used to clean the screens so that I could feel comfortable that they were the right company for the job because my solar screens are very expensive. The gentleman I spoke to spoke broken English and said apparently we cannot help you and he hung up on me. Not a very good experience so I'm moving on.

Mitch refused to take his shoes off, we were originally quoted $230 just to be up charged $300. Our…read moreonly reason for getting our carpet shampooed is because the movers wore shoes and we don't wear them in the house. So for a carpet cleaning company to refuse to do so is mind boggling to me. Isn't the customer always right? Am I not PAYING you for a service? Where is your business ethic? No pride in anything. Just collect the money and go. If I had the time and could wait another day I definitely would've found another company! Mind you, the shoes pictured here are the shoes he swore were already clean. Save yourself the hassle and find a company who takes pride in their work and will listen to the customer who's PAYING them. UPDATE: Instead of acknowledging the wrongdoing, Mitch here wants to act like I wasn't a customer of his. Below is my receipt that says his name, how much I paid, and that he did a "carpet cleaning" last week! Do with this information what you will!

East Valleys crew went to the home and spent hours checking the issue in the attic, in the August heat no less, and let us know that the inspector was mistaken and that the vents were free and clear. They even checked other houses in the vicinity to investigate further. Two other companies who refused to enter the attic ("I know what attics look like") proposed a small number of external OHagin vents instead which wouldn't have solved the issue if it existed. East Valley saved us thousands in unnecessary rework where other firms tried to take advantage. Thank you Mike and your crew!
