I'm extremely happy with how they responded, mistakes happen, it's what you do to ensure that it never happens again that really matters. These issues weren't the norm and I can absolutely see that. They definitely redeemed themselves and I would recommend Lucas, Anthony and the whole team to others. Thanks for your prompt response and attempting to fix things.

I had Convenient Home Services originally come out to perform an energy audit (they are a preferred…read morecompany for APS.) the audit was completely thorough and detailed. Next I requested a bid for fixing the horrible temperature variance from room to room and fixing interior doors from slamming shit when the a/c turned on. I hired this company to add and additional hvac ducts, add jumper ventilation returns into bedrooms (there were none in any of the 3 bedrooms when I bought the house. Also did duct cleaning and sealing. The efficiency performance of my a/c skyrocketed, my energy bills went way down , and they fixed the terrible air pressure causing doors to slam shut from only 1 previous air return for the whole house. Not only were they professional, timely, qualified and...nice, but the whole crew was meticulous and focused from start to finish. I found this team to be competent, professional, and ethical. How refreshing. I have now had them come back a couple more times for various things and the quality of service is consistent.

These guys took their time, they've been here for an hour and a 1/2 . They documented everything with lots of photos . I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit. I had no idea my air conditioning, coils , condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition. The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill. I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews. My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient. Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. I love that dare not trying to show me or sell me something without documented proof. That makes my day.

I'd been putting off replacing our underlayment for a while and had been paying attention to which…read moreroofing companies neighbors were using over the past year or so. A couple of my neighbors used JWF, and I also saw many positive recommendations for them on Nextdoor. After a tile blew off during a recent storm, I took that as my sign to stop procrastinating and get it done. I contacted JWF on a Friday evening, and they were out Saturday morning for an inspection. They started the job on Wednesday and were finished by Thursday afternoon. Pricing was competitive, the crew was hardworking and efficient, and everything was cleaned up when the work was done. I still can't believe how easy they made the entire process. I expected it to be a lot more stressful, like most major house projects. Communication was great from start to finish, and they kept me updated with photos. The owner also came on-site both days to check on everything and talk through any questions I had. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. None of the other companies I met with seemed to care as much, with some saying they would just put any mismatched tiles in the back. JWF doesn't do that. They even replaced mismatched tiles that were already in the back from a previous repair, and any paint they used was matched to the house. I'd definitely recommend JWF to anyone needing roof work!

After an extremely frustrating experience with another restoration company that did nothing for two weeks other than blow fans, take moisture reads while driving up my insurance claim, working with Exact Restoration was truly a night and day difference and literally a breath of fresh air! From the moment they became involved, they were ten steps ahead. Communication was clear, consistent and proactive. I was kept informed about what they were finding, what needed to happen next, and why. My questions were answered even before asking them. There were no excuses, no unnecessary delays, and no leaving me wondering what was happening with my own home! This is how restoration should be done. Trevor, in particular, has been phenomenal. He's an absolute wealth of information but just as importantly, he brings tremendous integrity, professionalism and humanity to his work. Dealing with significant water intrusion in your home is incredibly stressful, and having someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward and genuinely kind makes an enormous difference. Trevor made a very difficult situation so much easier to navigate. What also impressed me was the measured approach Exact Restoration took. They weren't looking to make the situation bigger and more expensive than it needed to be. They assessed what was actually necessary, explained their reasoning, and moved the work forward efficiently and professionally. After what I had experienced previously, that level of integrity meant everything to me. The difference between the two experiences could not have been more dramatic. What had previously become prolonged and unnecessarily complicated finally started moving once Exact Restoration stepped in. I went from constantly having to chase answers to working with a team that was already thinking several steps ahead. Their professionalism, communication, responsiveness and integrity have far exceeded my expectations. In an industry where homeowners are often calling because something has already gone terribly wrong, the people who show up afterward matter enormously. Exact Restoration understands that. I would highly, highly recommend Trevor and the Exact Restoration team to anyone dealing with water damage/restoration. They have been nothing short of exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful I was finally connected with them. I guarantee you'll be in very capable hands!!
