My AC went out and used this company. They came out on Thursday. Said nothing was wrong with my AC but to keep the filters clean. AC was back down by Monday. Called to allow them the opportunity to do good business and address the issue they did not address as I already paid them to do so. They wanted to charge me another $155 dollars for an after hours call to come back out. The reason I was needing an after hours call is because you didn't fix the issue the first go around! They also said I was told a bunch of things I was not and that I said things I didn't as a reason to not rectify the issue. Went with a more honest company who didn't even charge me a service fee (even after I insisted) since this sketch company charged me for pretty much nothing. Save the money and headache, go somewhere else. The funny part is we have another property with a 30 year old unit we need to replace and we were going to use this company. So grateful this happened when it did so we didnt go with them, who knows what sketching shoddy job that potentially could have turned out to be. Dodged a you know what. read more

These guys were very good to work with. We had them add blown in insulation to our attic. They worked with our schedule well. The work was done on time and we're very happy with the whole experience. They took care of the SRP rebate for us too. Price was good. Don't hesitate call them. They'll get you up to code and save your A/C unit from over use. read more

I am so thankful I was referred to and found AZ Insulation and HVAC solutions. While shopping around not only was I being quoted 2-3X more than what I was charged here. The whole process was transparent and the men who came were so patient with me and my questions. So thankful- I now am going to use them to install a mini split in my garage for my at home gym. Strongly recommend giving them a try! read more

After getting a few other quotes, we hired AZ Insulation to add insulation to the attic in our 25 year old house. The builders original insulation had settled to an average of about 6", and was no longer efficient. The crew showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and cleaned up when they were done. If you are considering having insulation work done, definitely reach out to AZ Insulation for the absolute best price and a great experience! read more

Timely, professional and efficient install of my new mini split! Very easy to work with.

On April 17 AZ insulation showed up to put a 3.5 ton AC unit in and blow in insulation to bring my attic insulation up. I'd skip these guys. Here we are July 3 and they still haven't signed the SRP rebate form so I can get a rebate. I assume they never will. They didn't clean up after themselves. I put a drop cloth down and provided a shop vac. no telling how it would of ended up other wise. My name is james and I'm happy to talk to anyone who is considering these people. you should really skip them. Hopefully there is some one better. read more

A family business that has ethics and integrity.Sometimes we have to take the time to allow peoples dreams come true. So far we have been completely happy and take comfort in having them service our ACs and insulation. They take pride in what they do. Coming from a family of an entrepreneur. Best price for insulation installation. Showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards and the guys were very professional.

I am definitely giving AZ Insulation a 5star review. they installed a split unit air conditioner in our garage which now makes the space useable. Not only is the equipment top notch, the customer service was even better, from the office to the install crew. Very satisfied. I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

AZ insulation just installed attic insulation. Had an initial inspection. SRP had already done an audit, so I knew what I needed, but waited to tell them that until he was finished with his presentation to make sure he didn't try to upsale me. Rob gave the recommendations, showed my pictures of current condtion and I scheduled right away. Just a few days later, installation of complete. Job performed quickly and again pictures presented to show work done. Great job guys and Ashley too! Highly recommend. read more

Got the job done quickly. Cleaned up by vacuuming when they were done. Showed pictures before and after.

Had four quotes and AZ Insulation was the most reasonable. Arrived on time, Kept me informed and other than a little snafu that required the crew to retrieve a part to finish the job, all went well and efficiently. Would recommend. read more

It was a pleasure working with AZ Insulation & Energy Solutions. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and instead of me having to get on a ladder to check out the insulation, they showed me pictures. Another great thing is that they guarantee the insulation for life. Thank you AZ Insulation & Energy Solutions! read more

Updating my review since they are not super great at responding and I think after they did my job now that it's had a little time, they didn't do enough for my house. Hopefully they will call me back. read more

AZ Insulation charges more and does lower-quality work than its competitors. Shop around. AZ Insulation is owned by a dishonest crook. I got an energy-saving device installed by them and it was a total disaster. I was promised energy savings, not only were the promises not delivered, but working with them was extremely frustrating. In the end, the poor-quality work filled my home with mold and made me sick. The owner assured me they would address my concerns but he broke every one of his promises in the end. Do yourself and your family a favor and go with a different company. read more

We spoke with Office Manager Ashley at AZ Insulation and Energy Solutions requesting a quote to install blown-in insulation into our attic as it was low. Ashley provided a fair estimate for this service and Rob came to our home on Friday to inspect our attic and we scheduled the appointment for Monday, 8/1/22. The Service Technicians called when they were enroute to our home on Monday and were finished with installing 14 inches of insulation into our attic within about an hour. I would highly recommend AZ Insulation and Energy Solutions as their service was friendly, prompt and the Technicians were very efficient and quick. They showed us before and after pictures of our attic. read more

To begin with, I called to request a quote and no one got back to me for several days. The first person I finally spoke to was very rude! They gave me a quote and I said I needed to talk it over with my husband first.. when I called back a day or two later to have them come do the job the quote they gave me was much higher than the original quote from a couple of days before.. It seemed very shady to me. It's Okay! I went with a better rated and long standing Insulation Company for my 4500sqft house who did a Great job and were super friendly! read more

Competitive price. On time. Competent. The service men were clean, well dressed, polite, articulate, knowledgeable, and efficient. The 2-man crew explained the job procedure and answered my questions before beginning work. They were attentive and gave very detailed replies and explanations. At completion of the job they explained what they saw in my attic and explained how and why insulation material application was addressed for unique areas (e.g. over back patios, around heating and air conditioning units, etc.). There was no feeling that they were in a hurry to move on. They encouraged me to mount the ladder and inspect. I did. The job was nicely done. The gentlemen left the area around the garage entry port clean as found. I very highly recommend AZ Insulation and Energy Solutions for your attic insulation job. read more

I was expecting a more professional job than I could have done myself, and better quality materials. I did not get either. The garage door insulation was just the $68 dollar kit from lowes that was beat up and dented, and they did not even use a straight edge to make the cuts. I ended up buying another kit and replacing the panels they cut so poorly. Since they don't repair and repaint the drywall after insulating the finished walls, there was really no point in my hiring them. I've insulated several homes myself, but I thought I would hire a pro to have it done better. Learning moment for me. read more

Can't say enough good things about these guys. I had them insulate my garage. They not only do insulation but mini-split air conditioners as well. It has completely transformed my garage space. With our new mini-split it is now nice and cool in there. Perfect for our home gym. Their guys were friendly and efficient. They answered all of my questions. Took before and after pictures in my attic so I could see exactly what they did. They cleaned up after themselves and their price was better than anyone else I could find. I highly recommend them! read more

Made an appointment and they never came to my house and did not return my messages.

I am updating my review today to say that today is the 11th workday and we have still not received a call back from this business ... We are officially closing the book on them. read more

I'm more than happy with my purchase of insulation service from this company. Rob was flexible in coming out to my house. He did a quick measurement of how much insulation I currently had. There was some question about the size of my attic since there is a flat roof on part of the house. Rob used the Zillow estimate for the square footage and based my quote off of that. When I voiced my concern that it wasn't that big, he assured me that if the blow-in guys didn't need all the insulation, then they would credit me the difference. Either way, the original quote beat other blanket quotes on Craigslist by several hundred dollars, and way cheaper than going through Home Depot/Lowes. The day came and the insulation guys were right on time. They were polite and finished the job in less than 45 minutes. As they were packing up, I asked about if the attic indeed covered the entire house. We did a quick walk through and they said that it didn't where the flat roof was. They didn't realize this since they said that for some reason they still needed all of the insulation that I was quoted for and couldn't quite figure out why that was. They readily knocked off a couple hundred dollars to make up for the confusion without me having to throw a fit. The only other thing was that they didn't clean up the few leftover pieces on the ground by the attic access like Rob said they would, but this wasn't a big deal. It took me a whole 10 seconds to vacuum it up. Before the guys came out, I started off with 4 inched (R-11), but now I'm up to code. It's been a few weeks now and I've noticed a big difference in my house. My house stays cooler and the AC doesn't kick on nearly as much as it used to. I used to suffer with the house at 80-85 degrees over the summer. Now I am comfortable at 76-78 degrees for a slightly lower AC bill. It'll definitely pay itself off in the long run. I will use this same company again when I decide to insulate my rental property. read more

The owners are friendly and easy to deal with. It seems to be a small but I found it an efficient operation. They were reasonably priced, fast and efficient. As with other trades, the guys that did come out and do the work were not quite as nice, etc. (The guy in charge anyway, he was ALL business, the other two were great.) Recommend them here as well as to my friends and neighbors. read more

I called AZ Insulation and spoke to Ashley last Wednesday. She was informative and sent me my projected invoice immediately. I agreed to it and was scheduled for today, 05/12/21. Marcus and James called and asked if they could be here early and I was delighted. They were personable, explained the whole procedure, asked if I had any questions and told me that once done they would show me pics of before and after. WOW. They followed through on everything and cleaned up when done. It's nice when a company -from beginning to end-does what they said they would. Highly recommend them! read more

What a great company! They are professional, clean, & reasonably priced - hard to find sometimes! They really provide a great service, particularly in Arizona's extreme heat. They really know what they are doing & provide great customer service. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Don't rely on them if you need a job done in a timely manner. For 3 weeks this guy said he would do our large insulation job and we checked with him the week prior and he said he would meet us at the house. The day to meet came and he never showed (no call, no text, no nothing), so I text him and he finally text back saying that he quoted too cheap and couldn't make it. Never bothered to call to cancel or to let us know anything, he just wasn't going to show up. Great business practice-NOT. Now we have an RV garage that needs insulated ASAP and have to start from scratch, all the while we have tight deadlines. Dealing with this contractor is the most miserable process ever! read more

They answer their phone quickly, they return their calls when they don't, they're reasonably priced, and knowledgeable on insulation.
