I purchased an AC unit from Valleywide Cooling back in July 2025 for a rental. Decided to go with them after calling around and got a bad taste in my mouth with other companies. Margret (the office lady) was wonderful. She is very friendly, patient, understanding and clear. Her follow up with details was beyond expected. Jimmy the tech was very patient in explaining to me what is being done. And very patient and nice with my many many calls and questions. He constantly kept me in loop with updates. And was very genuine with his knowledge and didn't try to upsale. And they were very good with a free follow up appt 5 months later to make sure the heating part was working correctly. They took alot of stress off my overwhelming task of an AC replacement. I highly recommend them.

The first time this happened at this property, I told the guy who was standing at his truck checking his phone that he was blocking the entire sidewalk and I could not get by walking my dogs. He did not move and instead doubled down the next time he was out and used both trucks to block the sidewalk. No considerate of others. In response to the company's reasoning, I disagree, I have lived in this community since April 2000 in 3 different homes including on that street and it is first of all is not a thoroughfare and has very little traffic but regardless is wide enough for him to park on the roll up curb or even park 1 car length further up to allow pedestrians and vehicles to both pass safely. There are work trucks parking on that street everyday and none of them were parked so far onto the sidewalk that they impede pedestrians walking by safely. There was also ample room in the homeowners driveway to park further back and not block the sidewalk. Obviously, you're more interested in arguing with me on a public forum than the neighbors you serve. But I have 2 small dogs on a walk and it was already 95 degrees at 9am - the asphalt is 20+ degrees hotter than the sidewalk and it was burning their feet. I'm sorry your tech is too lazy to walk 10 addl feet than inconvenience the neighbors. The bottom line is sidewalks are for people not for vehicles.

We had expected it since the existing system was nearly 20 yrs old and an outdated R22 system. Brett was prompt on getting out there, very straightforward on what the problem was, a condenser failure, and what my options were for replacement. He came back with his recommendations on what system we should go with and was very clear as to why he was recommending it, which helped me to understand his train of thought and whether that met my needs. He and his team were also very quick to replace the unit and accommodating with the daughter, who's currently living at the house. My AC started blowing hot air...I called my home warranty company, and 4HIM was assigned to our…read moreproblem. Cody came out and took his time inspecting the unit. Came back to us and let us know the unit was 16 years old! He explained in detail what repairs needed to be made and what that would cost in relation to a new unit. He even personally called the home warranty company to negotiate the buy-out price on our behalf right on site. We discussed financing options (they have a few). We ultimately decided to replace the entire unit. The installation team came out at 6:30 am, just 48 hours after making our decision. Brian and Oscar were so polite and professional. Once the new unit was installed, they came in and even fixed our thermostat mounting that had come loose. Shortly after the new unit was running...it quit. They came in to tell us the bad news, BUT they had a new unit on the way, and they stayed on-site the entire time. The new unit arrived and was installed quickly. Cody had been very responsive during the entire process. These guys were great! They went through every detail and completed the job with a smile. :)

I was away on business, when one of the AC's in the house stopped working. My Guy Cooling responded instantly and Garrett, was able to come out very next day. Arrived on time, met my wife at the house, got to work on diagnostic of the AC. Once the problem was identified, my wife text me and then i was able to call the tech and walk through the issue. A video was sent to me with the exact problem, thankfully the part was still under warranty. So only had to pay for the labor. Garrett, called me and explained everything on the phone, which made me feel better being away from the situation.
