Called Josh out for a no-cooling on Labor Day (of course it'd happen today.) Timeframe was 10-12, and he was at our door at 10:02 ready to roll. He was professional, and incredibly polite. I can't imagine he was too happy to be called out on Labor Day, but he was in a great mood and incredibly friendly. After troubleshooting he determined it was a failed TXV. He said he'd need to order the part and he'd be back to do the install, and I look forward to working with him going forward. He was honest, communicated everything to me and explained everything in detail. Not only was the work done well, but the pricing is incredible. Came in about $750 under Chas Roberts. Thank you Josh, and thank you Air-Zona team! read more

We are so happy that we found Team air-zona for our HVAC needs. Our air conditioning system was not working and that is not something you want out here. We called and they had a technician to our house within a day. We were kept informed along the way of all findings and options. There was a slight hiccup with a repair, but they were right on top of it and made everything right ASAP at not extra charge. There was a follow up to make sure everything was going well. Every person you speak to at Team Air-zona makes you feel heard and important. This is a business that is honest, transparent, and truly there for the customer. We highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. read more

Great service, and staff. You keep showing why Team Air-Zona deserves the 5.5 rating... Thank you..

Very thorough and polite. Will definitely use again. I took care of a few things that he found that he said needed to be taken care of by myself. A particular item that he was concerned about I will have them take care of it with them in the near future. read more

We purchased our townhome October 2022 and have had multiple issues with our 80's air intake unit that is built into the wall. Team Air-zona has helped us tremendously. They have been so professional and on our big fix last year, they were willing to communicate with our home warranty company so we could be reimbursed a portion of what we paid out of pocket. They are very knowledgable, quick, kind, and explained our options clearly. We've worked with Rene a couple times and he knows his stuff. Just today fabricated a pan for our leaky unit and was in and out of here. We will continue to call them for regular maintenance and can't recommend Tema Air-Zona enough. read more

Well out of all the companies I called they're the ones who showed up that's why they got two stars instead of one. But the company itself had three different technicians message me saying they were on their way which is confusing and not very reassuring. The first one never showed up at all. They did their work quickly but left a mess on top of my newish glass top washer machine. Not happy about that at all. $1000 dollars and the can't even clean up. read more

Alex Thammavongsa serviced my air conditioner in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. I signed up for company's yearly maintenance service as a result of his visit. Thank you! read more

Rene came out with his associate to diagnose a unit that was not running, both techs were knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. They climbed up in the attic, spent time on my units, spent time with the unit zones and diagnosed my issues. They were a pleasure to work with and I recommend them read more

They are a great company! Would recommend to anyone. Honest, fair, and quality service

Comprehensive evaluation of AC systems. Tyler answered all questions, and we appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.

We have used Team Air-Zona for years. Alex come out today to do a diagnostic check of our AC system. He was very professional and knowledgeable of our system. Three years ago they installed a new AC system. I would recommend Team Air-Zona to anyone one looking for AC service. They are an honest and ethical company. read more

Been using Air Zona for years. Love the company and all the worker that had been sent until this last time. Was not a fan at all. Would ask on purpose next time for someone different to be sent. read more

We had them install a new AC unit. They came early this am at 6:00 am on the dot. They laid tarps for floor coverings they covered their shoes with coverings. I was amazed that Seth and Renee was able to handle the unit in the attic. They wasted no time today. I asked them if they'd like some lunch they politely turned me down as they wanted to keep working. They were so very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. A+++. They vacumed everything as we have blown in insulation and they left nothing. Great job Seth and Renee read more

Great service from this company and in a very timely manner. No harsh up-sale, which happens with a lot of the HVAC companies. our technician was thorough and explained everything in a manner that made it easy to understand. read more

We've used Team AIR-Zona twice now and are extremely pleased. Both Dustin and Robert have serviced our HVAC system and are not only thorough in their inspection, but highly knowledgeable. They have been able to explain everything to us that's going on with our current system and provide several different options and recommendations. We appreciate not feeling like we are being "upsold" to the most expensive repair. In fact, they've given their opinion of temporary and/or long-term options for us so we didn't need to spend the money to replace the entire system. Additionally, the service was friendly from start to finish. Making an appointment was easy and quick (even as quick as same day) and each time they've come out they've actually been a couple minutes early for our appointment window. Don't waste your time shopping around...call them first and you will not be disappointed! read more

I put out a request for a quote and it was like sharks in a frenzy for chum in the water. There are all kinds of responses including rather clueless ones, and a range of prices both in service call and in refrigerant. I pick this company because the owner is very hands on, there is a good level looks of experience but not a huge operation that has a lot of overhead. The owner and his employee showed up, and assessed the work very fairly and was able to fix it right away. Because I have spent a career teaching, they gave me the civil servant discount, which was very nice. I told them of another problem, and they knew what it was immediately, and they got the filters, and brought them the next day and installed them. They don't garage like a lot of businesses in this industry do. They do what they say they will do, and they show up when they say they will show up. I was so happy with them, that I bought they're very inexpensive service plan, so that they will come out twice a year, to check my heating in the fall and to replace my long lasting air conditioning filters in the spring.i'm very happy with the service. These are trustworthy people with the right attitude. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Amazing. Literally got home and had no AC when it was 107 degrees outside and in the house was 90. Called up these guys and Robert was here within about an hour. From the time he got here, he figured out the problem in just a few quick minutes! They're currently fixing the AC now and I can't help but review how great they've been! Very impressed by Team AIR-zona. Customer for life. read more

WoW! Team Air-Zona was amazing. The HVAC Technician Robert Tu was very helpful. Not only did he promptly fixed my issue but he was very kind in explaining to me what happened and how to avoid the issue in the future. He also gave me some great tips on how to reduce the chance of other issues with my AC system in the future. I'd 100% recommend Team Air-Zona for any kind of air conditioning or heating issues. read more

You're gonna love these guys. They (John?) worked hard to fit me into their schedule when we were having issues with our AC. I really appreciated that. They were also really clear with how their pricing works. It's fair, honest and open. You know exactly what you're getting into. Dustin (who is different from the person I scheduled with), made sure that he was performing exactly what we wanted done...he even double-checked just to make sure I understood the base charges. He was courteous, professional and an all-around good guy. When it came time to 'hear the bad news', he wasn't one of those guys that says everything needs to be replaced. I hate those kinds of guys. Instead, he walked me through all the things he saw and then made recommendations. "You could do this..." or "This is a sign of..." as well as, "You can keep on eye on that..." It was not pushy, but it also wasn't so hands-off that I had trouble deciding what things I should fix now without spending and arm and a leg. My invoice detailed all the work he had done including all his notes and recommendations. It's great having this as a reference going forward. These guys currently have a BBB rating of A- (not sure why the minus...they have no complaints against them.) I'd give them an A+. Hopefully they do a great job for you as well! read more

absolutely an awesome company. i came home at 4:30p and my shut off. my daughter gave this company and they were at my house at 5:15p and got my air working. i am a happy camper read more

This company by far exceeds my expectations. I have used this company on several occasions for different jobs. They are very professional, courteous, honest and always on time. Pricing is very fair. LOOK NO FURTHER! You've found the right guys! I put a call out for A/C repair quotes on Yelp, and Dustin replied almost immediately via telephone. I got a few other e-mail quotes and a couple of "We'll have to inspect it first..." replies, but Dustin knew exactly what I was talking about and assured me he knew what to do to fix the system. He arrived a little early (called first too), and within an hour completed the work and had everything back in perfect working order. His final charge was actually a bit lower than his original quote. Dustin is totally honest about what he's doing, doesn't try to oversell or up-sell you on anything, and does high quality work at a great price. I can't recommend him strongly enough! Thanks Dustin, I'll use you again if/when needed! Paul read more

Air out on an Arizona summer day is an emergency, even on a Saturday. This company answered my call, scheduled me right away, and came within a few hours. Robert was cheerful, clean and respectful. He told me exactly what the problem was, how much the repair would be, and fixed it on the spot. He reports that even if they have to order parts a repair will not take more than three days. He also said he stays on the job until everyone for the day is taken care of, because he doesn't want anyone to suffer with no AC! I needed an invoice for my home warranty company, which he provided, checking that everything was included. I would definitely use this company again! read more

Excellent service and honest company. I have used these guys for years and it's always been a great experience. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have always been happy with their service too. Hard to find a good AC company but this one is great. So so pleased with Team Air-zona! My air conditioning unit went out today in the 104 degree heat. One call and they were on their way. Dustin arrives and put on shoe protectors as he walked into my home, to protect my flooring. He inspected and took the time to explain everything to me. Pricing was better than any other company I have used in the past. Nicest guy ever! I will definitely be using this company for all my air conditioning and heating needs moving forward. Thank you Dustin and Team Air-zona! Highly recommended! read more

I rented a 3bdrm home from VRBO for a long weekend off with some friends in Chandler. Long story short... when we turned on the ac it didn't work so we called the landlord. We hired Team Air-Zona to install a mini split system in our tiny house. Robert, John and Dustin we're here on time, cleaned up after themselves and left us very satisfied customers. From the first phone call to our completed installation we got amazing customer service. There are a lot of AC companies to choose from in Arizona. We feel we found one of the best to help us with this project. Very well deserved 5 star review! read more

Install mini split in garage , excellent work, very neat , works great , crew was professional and friendly ,

The team at AIR-zona showed up on time which is a huge plus in my book. I had doubts about if an inspection was worth the money or not. Not only did they put that doubt to rest, they also genuinely did a thorough job with the inspection. The 2 techs that came out where very respectful and walked me through all the issues so that I understood. They took a very hands on approach with me to show me the problems individually, not just tell me problems exist. I appreciate any company that can help the customer understand the job they are doing. I definitely recommend their services if you are on the fence about it. A+ for AIR-zona! read more

Both of my units stopped working. I called at 8pm to leave a vm hoping someone would call me back in the am and I was pleasantly surprised to find a person answering on the other end. I explained the issues we were experiencing and I was given a few recommendations but I chose to have them come out the next day to let me know what I was really dealing with. Was it a quick fix or did I need new units? They came out at the time agreed, gave us an honest opinion on how to handle the repair and had the work done within an hour. They were straight up honest and got our units running again that same hour. Felt great to come home to a nice cool house. Def recommend. read more
