During the job, Armando found something we had no idea about: a severed duct in the attic that was blowing cold air into the attic instead of the rooms below. Armando came out on time, was more knowledgeable than the other companies that came by, and was incredibly patient with me and all my questions,. They were very professional throughout the whole process - from initial phone consult to onsite visit to scheduling the job and then doing the work. Armando has strong expertise. I had minimal insulation in the attic to begin with, we discussed R38 vs going higher and he offered advice, rather than trying to sell me on doing more. In the end I wanted to go up to R49. Competitive pricing certainly helps, it was an easy decision to award him the job. Installation on the day was quick, cleanup afterwards was complete. He did photos and video before, during and after showing the progress of the job.
