I wish all contractors were this good. AZ Pride just did my garage walls blowing in into existing Sheetrock walls. I've conditioned my garage for the last 8 years with only the ceiling insulated. My what a difference just fired up the A/C and within 10minutes the garage dropped 5= degrees. The cleanup was excellent and Bret and Fabian did the job quickly. I do recommend as they are not only competitively priced but do the job as promised. Next step is to repair the holes which Bret set up and will be completed the next day. read more

Great company to work with. A high quality local insulation company. Pricing was very fair and communication was great Highly recommend read more

We have an 800 sq ft garage with 10ft high ceilings. Bret blew in 16" of fiberglass in the attic and insulated the wall cavities. We immediately could tell the difference as it held the temperature. We had a mini-split installed about 6 weeks later. How nice it is now. Bret and his wife, Brandi are a team. Brandi took care of coordinating with us and making sure everything was to our satisfaction. They are listed as a preferred insulation installer in our community, Sun City Festival. Exceptional Attic Insulation Service! I reached out to 5 companies that had high ratings on Yelp. After talking to all of them and reviewing their quotes, I was most impressed with AZ Pride Insulation. Their price was very competitive and they use high quality Owens Corning insulation. I love working with small family owned businesses because they are passionate about their work and their customers. They were very helpful, very knowledgeable, very professional and very accommodating. My experience was nothing short of exceptional so I highly recommend AZ Pride Insulation. read more

Great company to work with. Great communications, pricing and professionalism. Would use there services again and highly recommend.

Really stellar company. They came out and did an estimate and were extremely responsive and professional. Estimate was in writing and emailed the same day. What I appreciated most was they were honest that my attic didn't need more insulation at the time. Yes, more would help but they didn't lie to me just to get a job. I'm going to hold off a year on adding more insulation but when I do, I'm going to use this company! read more

Bret and his son came to provide me a quote, both going into my attic to ensure they would be able to reach all the necessary areas. Their quote beat all others, and he seemed more knowledgable than any other company I had called. He made sure that my air handler wasn't too low where insulation would fall in and walling off areas (like the attic access hatch) where insulation could drop into the house. I had a small issue of some insulation getting into my ductwork, but that was more a result of the AC unit being installed poorly when the home was originally sold to me. Bret immediately came out to inspect the room to ensure there were no leaks or any other issues. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

We used AZ pride Insulation to update and get installed more insulation this summer. They were 100% professional and completely straight with us about everything. They came out and gave an estimate after looking at our 15 year old original insulation. We were given several different options and they worked with us to select the right combination of insulation for our needs. We also had insulation put into an area of our house (above garage) that had none. We were a little worried about how they would get it in there and if there was going to be visible signs after, but they subcontracted out to a drywall expert and it looks as good as new. The insulation has made a world of difference and we can feel the difference and our A/C unit is running less. If you are thinking about getting more insulation - stop thinking about it and call AZ Pride Insulation for an estimate, you won't regret it. read more

Just had the AZ pride installation crew at my house, and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and ensuring everything was done the right way. While there was a miscommunication on what we wanted done at initial installation, the owner Bret was quick to respond and even came back himself to finish the job as we had discussed. Highly recommend this company. I received 4 different estimates from various companies, and every one had a different recommendation. AZ Pride came across as the most honest, professional and responsive, and I'm so glad we went with them. read more

I'm writing to recommend AZ Pride Insulation LLC to you if you need additional insulation in your attic. I solicited four (4) bids from local contractors that had good reviews on Google, Nextdoor and the Better Business Bureau. The work was to add insulation to the attic of my home and garage in Sun City West to bring it up to R49 (home) and R19 (garage). Three contractors took the square footage of my home (1,800 sq ft) and gave me an estimate over the phone. Bret Newell, owner of AZ Pride Insulation, came to my home and spent about 30 minutes crawling around in my attic, counting can lights in my ceiling (they put cones over the recessed lights so the insulation doesn't cause them to overheat), and inspecting my AC/heat duct manifold for leaks. Bret gave me a verbal description of how much insulation I had in my attic spaces (about R16 as originally installed by Del Webb), advised me that there was some minor air leakage from my AC/heat manifold, and discussed options with me. He followed up with a written estimate that offered options that I could select based on what I thought was important. He professionally answered my questions in a follow-up call. The AZ Price crew arrived around 7:00 am ready to work. The two-man crew was professional and polite. They validated the work and the cost with me and then began setting up and working. It took them about three (3) hours to complete the work. They used cardboard rulers throughout the attic to measure the depth of the new insulation so they knew the depth was correct. They vacuumed up a few stray bits of insulation in my garage and inside my home, leaving both areas as clean as they were before the work began, and took my check. The cost was competitive with the three other bids that I received. I feel like AZ Pride did a professional job for a fair price that was specific to the insulation conditions inside my attic. I'm happy to recommend them to you. read more

This company is so top notch. First, Brandi was incredibly friendly and explained the options clearly and concisely. Price was fair and competitive. I scheduled Bret to come out to the house, and he was right on time and also very friendly. He explained the estimate and why it was the way it was and we scheduled the job a few weeks out. The morning of the insulation, I received a phone call exactly when they said I would from Angel, and he said they'd be arriving at 7:20am. Right on the dot at 7:20am the truck pulled up and I was greeted. Very friendly crew, and they did a fantastic job of pulling stuff down from my attic from previous owners. They found a computer monitor from 1987!! Anyway, the job wrapped up in about 1.5 hours and the attic looks great. It's amazing how much insulation I didn't have before. Looking forward to seeing my energy bills come down!! Thank you AZ Pride. Highly recommend them. read more

Great company and reasonable prices - be sure to clarify the type of insulation you will have blown in. We assumed it would be the cloud kind but it was the pink/itchy stuff and it ended up coming through our duct work. No fault of AZ Pride that it came through the duct work, but it made for a house filled with fiberglass insulation and a day of coughing due to inhaling it before we realized what had happen. I suggest you have an experienced duct work company check your ducts for leaks before you schedule the install of blow in insulation. read more

I'm not sure if my original review will get replaced by this one or not, but the original 1 star was because I had an appointment to have them check what we needed and no one showed up. Apparently it was a one-off mistake with a newer person taking over more responsibility. The owners and the guy that was supposed to show up both called to apologize and it seemed sincere. I gave them an opportunity to come back out. They came the next day and they seemed trustworthy, the price seemed very fair. So, they came back the next day and insulated our whole house. It's 115 out right now and our thermostat is lower than it is this time of day. As long as they got the scheduling thing figured out, definitely a company to check out. read more

We recently had AZ Pride add extra attic insulation to our 25 year old home. We are so very happy with the results. Bret and his team were very kind, courteous and professional. The price was very fair and reasonable. We highly recommend them for your insulation needs. They are an A+ company and team! read more

We selected AZ Pride after doing a little research, and could not be happier. We had only 2" of insulation in our 1950 home, and they added 14" of blown-in fiberglass to bring us to R-49. Pricing was surprisingly competitive - I would have spent the same $$ doing this myself. The five star rating is a result of two things: 1) exceptional attention to detail - they arrived on time, talked me through the options, protected my home, did the work quickly, cleaned up well, and followed up quickly; and 2) professional, courteous, and genuinely nice people - I overheard the way Bret talked to his guys, and it's like they are family - that's extraordinary, appreciated, and deserves to be recognized. Thank you! read more

I cannot say enough about the process and the experience we received, start to finish from AZ pride insulation. First Brett the owner came out and did an initial assessment of what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and personable as well. I feel the need to not only use knowledge but personable because we had several quotes done and non were as friendly as Brett. The prices were comparable, and the companies said pretty much the same thing, but Brett took the time to explain to my husband and go over what/why it needed to be done. Shortly after the visit we received an email quote. The company is busy so the wait time was a bit longer than expected from them and us, so we booked as soon as we could. Next the insulation install day was here. Fabian and Angel came prompt and on time, they introduced themselves and off to work they went. One thing I noticed is Fabian and Angel were not just there to do a job. You could tell they cared, they cared about the customer they were respectful of our home, they even met my daughter before she went to daycare. I know all of this information is not needed for a review. However I feel the characteristics of the owner and the people they hire are very telling of the type of service you will receive and AZ Pride did not disappoint. read more

Wonderful job! New insulation in the attic to an r49 rating has cooled our house down 4-5 degrees. Big difference. The job will pay itself off in the future, certainly better from a comfort level in house. Thank you again! read more

This rating is based on the initial response to my request for an estimate. My request was quickly responded to by a phone call and followed up the next day with an email detailing the estimate. My request was for budgeting purposes but AZ Pride Insulation is certainly on my short list! read more

Bret and his wife are very professional. Their turnaround time with inquires, evaluation, estimates and job completion was impeccable! I thought having insulation updated was going to cost me an arm and a leg and it was relatively inexpensive. My thermostat is usually low 70s in the summer and after insulation, it's high 70s! I had a situation in my home called "ghosting" this is where a dark shadowing effect is showing on the ceilings - for 2 years nobody knew what it was. Everyone said it was mold. I had mold testing come up negative. (Thankfully!) I used yelp to describe my problem and Bret's company was the first to know what I was talking about with the "ghosting" problem. Thank you so much! I will be more than happy to refer you in the future! read more

We had Bret insulate both our house and my father's house. Bret did a great job start to finish. The quote process was simple, quick and straightforward. There was no high-pressure sales push. Pricing was straight-forward and simple. Bret did a good job of explaining the products available, why he uses the ones he does, and what the pros/cons of each. He was timely both in coming out to do the estimate (a couple of days), delivery of the estimate (the next day), and completion of the work (about 2 weeks after we agreed to proceed). What he told me was very consistent with the research I had done before shopping for an insulation contractor. He and his team showed up, got down to business and were done and out of there with no mess, no fuss, and no hassle. Prices were very fair. Will definitely use him again for future needs (if I have any, since we did most of what we could for our houses). Thanks for doing a great job, Bret. read more

Was not able to use AZ Pride Insulation because they were booked when I needed the insulation work completed but Brandi, the lady I spoke to on the phone was so awesome and helpful and despite me planning to use a different vendor still gave me honest answers which was helpful with how I selected the vendor I used. AZ Pride did a wonderful job. We felt confident with them from the beginning. They educated us and quoted a comparable price. They were prompt, efficient & cleaned up after themselves. They even rescued some old family photos that were buried up in the attic. They could have blown insulation right over them and we would have never even known. A week after the installation we had a leak on a bedroom ceiling. We called AZ Pride & they came right out. Turns out that the leak was an A/C issue & had nothing to do with the work they'd done. They refused to charge us a service call. Real stand up guys! It's been a year since we had the insulation put in our attic. We saw an immediate reduction in our electric bill & our house is noticeably cooler. Hire AZ Pride! read more

Had multiple people reply to my request for estimates on blow-in insulation. This company was the most pleasant to deal with. They came out and provided a sensible estimate for our attic insulation. Our experience with AZ Pride was superior. They respected my request for contact by email only when we were in the "quote" phase. Other vendors bombarded us with phone calls. After inspecting our attic space API gave us recommendations to increase the energy efficiency of our home. The owner provided us with options, pricing, and advantages and disadvantages. It was over 9 months before we were ready to get the work done. They held true to their quote, allowing for a slight increase in material costs. API showed up on time. I was surprised just how quiet the installation process was. Their work areas were 100% spotless when they left. read more

I really enjoyed every part of my experience with this company! It's a family operated company and from the very beginning; getting an appointment scheduled to the initial inspection and estimate to the work being done the process remained streamlined, efficient, professional, and extremely pleasant. I was told I would receive invoices via email later that evening and with so many other companies that doesn't always occur but I received emails promptly as expected.
