Extremely disappointed. I've now had to have an HVAC company out twice to blow out my condenser line. I've paid nearly $1000 in service and repairs for my AC because they did not cover my pan/condenser lines at all and insulation has completely clog it causing damage to my new insulation as well as my ceiling. They also blew insulation up against my electrical switch, which the HVAC company caught. This could have resulted in a catastrophic fire. After paying $4500 to have my home insulated, I expected professional service. read more

A company you can trust. They came back after 5 years when an inspector said some areas were not insulated well enough. Despite some areas had limited access due to construction and was originally filled, they stood by their work and added insulation throughout to ensure the house met standards so we could get a sign off on selling our home. I had a new A/C installed in Dec 25 and was told it might be a benefit to have spray foam insulation done as well. I had a few bids done for that along with the price of the new A/C . Opted not to have insulation done after the A/C installation. After the few hot days we encountered I notice for a brand new A/C my home was not cooling the way I thought it should. I contact GF to come out and they gave me a great quote that beat the other 2 I received from the previous 2 A/C companies. I went ahead and moved forward with the process. I notices right away the difference. I had NO insulation in my attic. How is that even possible, I was throwing money out the window, but now I actually can feel the air getting cooler and staying cool in the home. My upstairs bedrooms and garage were always warm in the summers so thought I'd look into getting more insulation put in. Just wanted an estimate but decided to get it done because he said he could do it right away. He said it would make a huge difference so I went for it He started right away and was done in like two hrs then he cleaned up and left. WOW. It sure made a difference just like he said. I came to Green Faith after my HVAC provider (Day and Night whom I also recommend) informed me that our home's insulation was inadequate. This fact did not come up during a new AC install and thus, I really wanted a second opinion. Phillip was great about coming exactly when he said he would. Unlike so many other contractors, was able to provide, as asked, accurate ETAs instead of wide windows of time. Phillip was also courteous of my need to communicate via texts and not disruptive to my workday phone calls, which again is hard to find in contractors. For a competitive rate, I was able to fully insulate properly my home and garage and even after a few days, notice that the AC is not working as hard to stay set to our preferred temperatures. I waited a week after installation to post this review to test if the R49 added to my attic would make a difference (instead of standard R38). Wow did it ever! On hotter days (over 80) and cooler days 50's it keep my condo warm and cool when needed. Didn't turn my a/c or heater once. My condo had not had any insulation since original build in 1998. I was having an issue keeping the second level of my home at a balanced temp due to the front of the house facing west. I've tried sun screens and window tint but neither made much difference. Erik from Green Faith helped assess where my best options would be to install insulation. He thought most of the heat going to the second floor at the front of the house was coming through the garage. Install went smoothly about a month ago. Wanted to give it some time to heat up and see how it did before writing my review. The insulation has helped considerably! There used to be a 10 degree temp difference from the front to the back sides of the house, now they're within less than a degree difference. Very pleased with the service and results!! read more

After reading the reviews on google and here on Yelp we decided to give them a call. Our bedroom always seemed to be the hottest part of our home, but the AC definitely seemed to be running a lot and our water so hot even on cold you can barely touch it our pipes run in the attic. We noticed the insulation in the attic was so bare minimum and thought we would get a quote for insulation. They arrived on time, very polite and professional explained everything in detail, we agreed with the cost and they were able to do onsite. Took about a hour to complete. I will say even though it's been a couple of days you can definitely feel the difference already. So glad we had this done. Would highly recommend them. I hired this company to install attic insulation after getting a free estimate and after being impressed by the young man sent to do it. All questions answered and he went out of his way to be helpful with understanding what I was getting and why it was the best for our heat situation in Phoenix. They showed up on time today and were very quick and efficient setting up to get started as well as friendly and I felt very comfortable with them. It didn't take very long and they cleaned up the area like they were never here. They then sent me pictures of the before and after in my attic and they did a great job. I needed to re-insulate our 70 year old home. I had a referral from a construction friend 9 years ago who supposedly re-insulated us from 7" to 15". Then two years later I had someone else who was remodeling a bdrm/bathroom blow some more insulation at the two opposite ends of the house because they were still much warmer in summer. Fast forward 7 years and I had Green Faith come out because both ends of the home were still much warmer and I needed it fixed. They went in the attic and showed me there was only about 7" of insulation, and LOTS of bald spots where you could see the 2"x4"s. And one of the prior insulation people had blown insulation and filled the air handler drip pan and it was in the pipe as well (Phillip was surprised we hadn't had an a/c issue and cleaned it out). The insulation that had been used both prior times was also the cheap gray construction insulation...not great. So they re-insulated with pink Owens Corning and we have a full 15" across the entire home. It has been great inside! AND there is a federal tax credit 2023-2032 for 1/3 back on qualifying home energy products Phillip told me about, so we get money back when we file taxes. Love them. read more

We needed to add a layer of insulation to our 1953 home. Erik came out and gave us a straightforward and reasonable estimate. He didn't try to upsell us, like the previous quote we'd received. I really liked the they used Owens Corning equipment to maximize the number of air pockets within the insulation material. He and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and were very friendly. I contacted them to get a quote for adding insolation to my attic. My house is approximately 2400 sq ft. They stop by to look over the project and supplied a quote. I agreed to with the cost and figured we would schedule a date for the work to be complete as it was around 6:30 pm when they stopped by. Nope, if I was ok they would get started, I said have at it. They took picture of the work that was complete that I got to review, so I didn't have to crawl up in the attic. That was a nice touch. It has been close to a year since I had them do the work. These gentlemen were just wonderful to work with! I could not be happier with the job they did insulating my attic. We had roof rats nesting in our 30 year old home that had never been properly insulated. I received quotes from 2 different pest control companies; one local the other a nationwide chain. They wanted between $6k-$8k. I also had an HVAC company quote me around $4k. That rep actually recommended I go straight to someone who just does attic insulation, saying the mark up pest control and HVAC companies add is extremely high. He wasn't kidding! When I reached out to them about installing insulation in my attic (long overdue), they got back to me quickly and it was smooth sailing from there.
