We'd seen the Roger Cox van around our neighborhood and reached out when we were ready to schedule maintenance.

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!

They were right on time ( Danny ) and he was great! Very nice, professional, and took pictures and explained things. He cleaned up everything perfectly. We always prefer to use smaller local businesses and this is one of the reasons why.

Disappointed by My Experience with Customer Privacy…read more I have mixed feelings about Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts. On the service side, I have no complaints. They cleaned the chimney at our Scottsdale home in 2018, arrived as scheduled, and did a good job. I was satisfied with the work they performed. My disappointment has nothing to do with the chimney cleaning itself--it's about what happened years later. I use a unique email address (an email alias) for every company I do business with. That email address is never shared with anyone else, which allows me to identify exactly where marketing emails originate. For the past eight years, the only emails sent to that address came from Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts. Then, on July 2, 2026, I unexpectedly started receiving promotional emails from the Maricopa County Home Show using that same unique email address. So far, I have received a total of nine emails from the Maricopa County Home Show. Since that email alias has never been used anywhere else, it strongly suggests that my contact information was shared or sold, either directly or through a marketing partner. I can simply disable that email alias and stop the messages, so this isn't a major inconvenience. However, I think other customers should be aware that their contact information may be shared with third parties. I'm also interested in seeing how Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts responds. If there is another explanation for how a unique email address, used exclusively with your company for eight years, ended up on another organization's mailing list, I'd genuinely like to hear it. Transparency about your customer privacy and data-sharing policies would be appreciated.
