Action Air always delivers! Professional, friendly, reasonable & quality suggestions & repairs. They saved me SO MUCH money by making a repair where other companies would have me purchasing a new unit. Big kudos to Mike & William! Do yourself a favor & give them a call!! read more

I can't emphasize enough the high regard and appreciation my family have for Mike and William after they helped get my mom's AC unit back up and running promptly. It started with an evening call asking for guidance after her original HVAC company left her without a reasonable repair option. Not only did Mike promptly find a solution that night, he had William out first thing the next morning to make the repair. Do yourself a favor and just call them to schedule. They are the real deal. read more

Mike is absolutely amazing. I had been trying to find someone to fix my thermostat and he was there same day with a smile on his face. He walked me through what he was doing, let my dog hangout with us and made me feel comfortable. I don't love strangers in my home, but Mike even reminded me to lock my door on his way out as he is a girl dad himself. We need more people like Mike! I have missed my cool air, especially in The Arizona heat, and he had it up and running within an hour. Will absolutely be going with Mike again and recommending him to friends and family going forward. read more

The technician was on time, diagnosed the problem & changed the capacitor & was done in 20 minutes. Always call Action Air.

I called Action Air for a condensate line leak or so I thought. William arrived within two hours and discovered it was not the condensate. He went back into the attic and located the leak, which turned out to be the hot water line. Although he could not fix it, he wrote down exactly what was wrong and I was able to relay this information to the plumber. I cannot say enough good things about Action Air and their employees. read more

Super great guys! Have now serviced a total of 4 of our family's houses. They've been incredible speedy, they communicate all issues clearly, are very honest and fair. Mike is such a friendly, reliable and professional repairman. I hired him for new ac replacement at my home. He took the time to answer all my questions. He had a great attitude and doesn't make you feel pressured in such a large purchase. He arrived at the property on time and the job was completed just as expected. I recommend him 100% to anyone looking for a good reliable and honest guy to help with your ac needs. He is fair and his prices were reasonable. God bless you Mike. read more

Mike at Action air is a straight shooter, I was told I needed to replace my air conditioner by other companies. I like to support local companies when I can so I gave Action air a call for another opinion, Mike came out and said Lennox used the wrong material on their coils and that Freon caused the copper to break down and leak. Mike said I could just replace the coil. So Mike replaced the coil with aluminum coils, saved me thousands of dollars. I recommend Action air 100%. read more

I received a call that the AC in my rental house was no longer blowing cold air. It's really important to me that my tenants don't have to go without AC in the hot Arizona summer so I had to call several places before I found one that could provide same day service. The gentleman I spoke to at Action Air was very friendly and said he could have someone out in an hour. Within two hours of my initial call, the repair was complete and the AC was blowing cold air again. I'm so grateful to have found Action Air and will be using them in the future! read more

Action Air was out the next day to diagnose our AC issue and when it was determined we needed a new unit Mike was able to give a quick cost estimate. They were able to install it in a few days and it works so much better then the old system we had prior. Great service and highly recommend. read more

Mike is a true professional that won't steer you wrong. He found my attic didn't have enough insulation after I had some new insulation installed. Thanks Mike! read more

I had Mike install two units back on 2013 and had forgotten about them because they'd been running great. So I called Action Air to come service them and once again I'm a Raving Fan of their service. We all want two things when we have to rely on a company to come to our home to repair or service an item. We want someone we can trust and someone we enjoy having in our home. I've been using Mike for darn near 20 years, and I do that because I Trust him and would welcome him in my home any time. He is not only fair but knowledgeable about AC. Best around! read more

Mike just came to my house and literally saved me thousands of dollars by not replacing my AC unit!! It is a 13 year old Trane and he said it looked and tested excellent. As a transplant to this area, one thing I really miss is knowing people to trust when you get their professional opinion. I just found an honest professional and will spread the word to anyone who mentions they need to replace their air/heat unit. If Mike would have told me I needed a new one, I would have still trusted his opinion! He's that good of a guy! read more

Our AC went out while we were out of town and found Mike while looking through reviews in the area. I can see why he has so many repeat customers. He got out to the house quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately. Luckily it was something extremely minor and Mike didn't even charge for the visit. Living in Phoenix, our AC is bound to go on the fritz again at some point and Mike will be our first and only call. Definition of friendly, neighborhood service. Highly recommend. read more

I called action air to check my ac. My unit is 21/2 years old. He spent 5 minutes to check if I had enough freon in it. I asked him to check the blower to see if it was blowing the air properly, his answer was that it sounded good. If the blower sounds good, does it mean it is blowing the ac properly? He did clean the ac with water hose. He did not check electrical connection for loose connections. read more

Our air conditioner quit working. The house was 90 degrees in no time. Mike Hall responded within 1 hour of calling. He had our unit repaired within 15 minutes. Reasonable price. I can't say enough about how professionally and efficient he was. If I am ever in need of AC repairs I'm calling Action Air. read more

I have nothing to say but good things about them. I had 30+ year old unit when I bought my place. Other a/c repair men tried to sell me expensive services/repairs I didn't need. They have taken good care of my dad and neighbor. When it came time to replace my unit, they didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need, unlike the other quotes I had gotten. I know that AA will be their when I need them, and recommend them to my friends and co-workers. read more

Mike is extremely fair and attentive. While he doesn't run a big shop and you may have to wait for him to have time on the schedule, he's worth every penny. read more

Super happy. Had Mike from Action Air came out to my place yesterday for a different issue. Handled initial issue in a couple of minutes. Went to pick his brain on a separate room that ran hot for 5 years. I have had 3 other people out. 1 was stumped. One charged me $700 for a new return. Other like $200 for a new register. Mike grabbed a tool, bent the vent vent slots to change the angle and worlds better! Thank you read more

My Air Conditioning wasn't working properly so I called up Action Air and they sent a guy out to come check it. He was very friendly and explained to us what the issue was. We got it resolved and now my air is working again! read more

Our landlord contacted this company based on good Angie's list reviews or so we were told. We found them to be very rude, pushy, and unprofessional. The gentleman who showed up had a smoky odor of some sort and was insistent about coming in. We hadn't set up an appointment and suspected a scam, so we attempted to turn him away. He then said he'd be coming onto our roof. It was not until we threatened to call the police that he was dissuaded. He then sat in front of our house and blasted music for 20 minutes before finally leaving. Our landlords scheduled a time for him to come back, and he promised he would not enter the house. He then made up an excuse to check the thermostat, gaining entry after all. We are hoping this company is just incompetent and unprofessional, and that nothing worse is going on. We would use extreme caution, especially if you have young children at home like us. read more
