I hate to do this. I hate to leave bad reviews for a small company. This was a joke. We completely prepared our house. Lifted EVERYTHING off the floor and vacuumed every inch. We even took ourselves outside and our dogs on the patio in ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN degree weather. After about 2 hours and Sid hadn't even finished the bedroom, and saw him constantly on his phone, we started to think something must be wrong. Apparently his equipment wasn't working. NOT ONCE communicated with us. NOT ONCE. Being the reasonable people we are, we thought, "maybe he's having relationship issues". No one is answering the phones. Just left with our floors soaking wet. Don't use this "company". read more

I recently hired and payed this company $500 for tile, couch, and carpet cleaning, and while the service started off well, the overall experience was disappointing to say the least. At first, Communication was good, Sid arrived on time, and the technician was professional. The tile and couch cleaning both turned out well for the usage they had. However, the carpet and rug cleaning fell well below expectations. After the carpets dried, multiple stains wicked back up to the surface, indicating they were left overly wet and not properly extracted. I had to rent my own machine and re-clean the carpets myself to correct the issue. Additionally, I paid extra to have an area rug cleaned, but it was only partially done. The section under and around the ottoman was not properly cleaned and had a strong urine odor, while only the visible areas of the rug were clean. This was particularly frustrating because we specifically discussed moving the furniture to fully clean those areas which they agreed to prior. While the company said they could return to spot clean, having them back wasn't practical. Given my schedule due to me traveling out of state a large portion of my time, I needed to move things back in the house asap to keep my house usable for my family while I leave. At that point, I had no choice but to handle it myself quickly and redo the cleaning the next morning so I could leave on my trip with the house put back together. I requested a reasonable partial refund based on the additional cost, effort required to fix the work, and inconvenience on my schedule, but was told they won't refund anything without an attempt to redo the work and was told I should have called sooner. In the end, I paid for a service that I had to redo myself. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again. For some clients, a return trip may be a possibility for them to fix their mess ups, which I wish I had that commodity this time, but this time I did not, and is important for individuals like myself where there is an extremely high demanding schedule, it is important the job gets done right the first time, not short cut corners on things agreed upon. Trust was broken, which makes it hard to believe they could rectify it a second time. Instead they blamed me, blocked me, and won't do the right thing. Not an accountable business owner. Very nasty actually. Accidents do happen and that's why I have him a chance to rectify just 1 out if three things. Which no other client would be so forgiving about. My cleaning co es twice a week and know my house like the back of her hand and noticed there were stains light black stains on carpet where he,stood steam cleaning a couch. He wore black rubber crocs I know got wet from the attempt to steam clean and carried there. I never imuse that room and she noticed it. I'll try to post a Pic of my nic in my Danish teak furniture I NEVER saw in 20 years I've had it and my heart sank. Today Sid came to my house and cleaned a wool rug. Most companies won't clean a wool rug inside your home. They insist it needs to be removed and cleaned at their factory which can take 10 days. Anyway Sid cleaned my wool carpet at my house plus a bedroom carpet and did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. Will use this company again. Great job, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. What impressed me the most beside the great job was the reasonable price. They were at the house this morning. They did a good job in most area. The technicians were friendly. They got the dirt out of the kitchen floor. However, they couldn't get the stain out of the tiles in the entrances and hallways. My guess was they didn't wait long enough for the chemical to work its way through. My AC broke down and it was hot in the house. I felt bad for them, I even stepped in to brush some areas. The chemicals that they use was awesome! It really lifts up stain from tile. I pointed out the old stain and asked if they could run through the steamer on the spots again, they said they had already done it a few times, no use. The house was hot so I just let them go. I will try to clean those spots and see the stain would come out. read more

I asked Cliff for his expertise to help power wash the garage floor before we moved in to a newly purchased house, and I was extremely happy with the results. If I could give a 0 star I would. We have used this company twice. First time was not bad, owner even came to check in and make sure the job was being done right! Loved it! We hired them again this year and it was night and day difference.... After the floors and carpets were cleaned, we found a spot which looked like a bright green stain. Not sure what it was I contacted them through FB Messenger and got an immediate reply stating it was probably an M&M or Skittle and was specifically told to do nothing as they didn't want it to get worse and that they would be out the next day to clean it. They apologized repeatedly stating that the technician should have caught it instantly and taken care of it. Next day, technician comes out and try's every product he has. Nothing works. He lets Cliff the Owner know and told me to contact Cliff to figure out what to do next. Also, he had to wash the pathway from the door to the living room where he left his dirty shoes on, to get to the stain. It was very nice that he washed it, but annoying that we had to ask for something like that. I message Cliff that evening and hear nothing. I message again the next morning and hear nothing. All messages get read, yet no reply. My wife (who initially set it all up) messages him and he replied that he had been on the road and would try to come out the next day. Well the next day came and went, followed by another day, then yesterday I message them again, and they read it again, and don't reply... Wife messages later that day and gets a reply stating he will be out tomorrow to work on it. Comes out today, using a Tide Stain stick and pair of scissors (yes scissors) to remove the stain in our thick carpet... After cutting away and using the entire stick, about 85% of the green is out and we are left with still noticeable green in small areas and the suggestion to "Flip the carpet around so the stain is hidden" as the resolution... Oh and the kicker, he LEFT HIS SHOES ON ALSO! So now we have to wash our floors that we just paid to get cleaned because the OWNER of a floor cleaning business couldn't remove his dirty shoes and walked through the house... I would recommend any other business for your floors rather than these guys. It's a shame because we really loved our first experience but now feel we've lost a less than year old rug and the money we wasted on getting our floors cleaned. read more

I contacted them on April 13, 2016 on Facebook, they were recommended by a friend. He came out the next day and was on time. It took him about 10 minutes to get set up and get started. He 'cleaned' my upstairs carpeted hallway and guestroom in 10 minutes and then packed up in 5. All in all he was there for about 30 minutes. I paid him the agreed 50 dollars and was not provided with a receipt. I really needed the guestroom done properly because I had family coming to stay in my home and one of my dogs threw one heck of a tantrum in the room when I accidentally left the door open while running errands. Thanks to the horrible job this so called specialist did, I had to pay for my family to stay in a hotel, and I had to pay Stanley Steemer to come out and do the job correctly! I tried to contact him the day he did the job because he used so many chemicals on my carpet that there was a white crusty powder all over my hallway and guestroom. It looked like someone threw flour all over the floor! The smell and stain were still in the room, and thanks to his techniques he spread the smell into the hallway!!!! I asked him if he could come back and do it again, and if there was any way he could use a deodorizer (obviously would have paid him) but he never contacted me again. My rating is DO NOT USE CERTIFIED SPECIALIST! DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. You are way better off going through Stanley Steemer who did an awesome job, and threw in the deodorizer for free! I just bought a house in Gilbert and closed on it less than a week ago. I wanted the tile, but mainly the grout cleaned because it looked stained and filthy. I called and Cliff answered and stated that they could come out and clean the tile and grout on 10/11 and had a warranty that it would for sure get it clean.The tech, Andy, was suppose to be there at 9. At 9:11, I get a text message that Andy wouldn't be there till 9:50. I had already rushed to make sure I was at the house on time. It would have been nice to know sooner he was going to be almost an hour late, so I could have planned my day accordingly. When Andy arrived, he had his son with him to clean my floors and help him. His son was cleaning the grout, the dirtiest part of my tile, I paid for a professional to clean my floor, not a child. During the cleaning Andy mentioned that his credit card reader wasn't working that I could run to the bank or write a check if I wanted. Thank God I had a checkbook, I wasn't about to leave him alone in my house while I ran to the bank. After Andy FINISHED, he said I'm pretty I just cleaned this house when they moved out (which was less than a week ago). He said that he remember the wood wall in the master bedroom, which is a distinguishing feature of the home. Well for goodness sake, why didn't you tell me this before you started that you had cleaned it less than a week ago. If I had of known that I wouldn't have let him do it again because he obviously didn't do a great job the first time. The grout, this time, doesn't look any better than it did when he started. I pointed it out to him that the grout is still dark and stained looking in places, but he didn't seem to mind. I am highly disappointed with the service I received from this company. Andy took my check, cashed it, and didn't seem to care that I thought my tile still looked dirty. I called Cliff the owner and left a voice message for him, and sent a message on his Facebook page. I got no response on either. I finally called early the next morning and he answered his phone. I got the excuse that he was out of town and couldn't respond. Anyway, I explained to him my situation and we agreed to meet at the house at 3:30 on 10/12 to look at the tile. I told him I had some place to be at 4, so he knew we would be cutting it short. I waited till 3:45, he was a no call no show to look at the bad job his employee did on my tile. I would not recommend this company, first they have no regard for other people's time. The obviously don't care what their customers feel about the work they provide. They don't care about responding to negativity. You can learn from the bad. I gave Cliff a chance to make it right and I feel as if he has stolen $140 from me, instead of meeting me today to make it right. I will never do business with them again and will make sure when I see them mentioned on social media that people know of my experience. I got a text from Cliff on 10/13 saying sorry he got caught up in a job and couldn't meet me yesterday and wanted to meet today. Um, was his phone broken yesterday that he couldn't have called me to tell me this while I was waiting around for him to show up. I told him why would I want to schedule to meet him again to have him may or may not show up. I told him to make it right now and to mail me my check. We will see what he does. I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company as I found their work on Facebook and it seemed like they did an excellent job. When I first contacted them they responded quickly , but when it came down to confirm my appointment they did not respond till almost a week later when I re-messaged them. So finally after they got back to me, they came over and cleaned my carpets. Riley came in and brought everything with him, and seemed very nice. It was strange and quite rude in my opinion when he started touching my boyfriends personal items such as his guitar. He even ran his finger across to hear the sound. Riley did so without even asking if he could, I found this quite rude as he was still quite a stranger. He cleaned my master bedroom quickly, and when it came to my living room I had a few dog stains that I pre-warned him about and asked if he could do that area well, it honestly looked like he just stood there and let the machine move on its own. When he went to do my stairs, the stains and dog smell were still strong on my carpet. When I asked him about it, he said the spots wouldn't come out after he tried to "spot treat" it. My stairs turned out great. When he went to leave he just took the money off the counter without even saying anything and walked out the door. Riley then poured the dirty water contents on my driveway, when there was a patch of rocks about 5feet away that he could have easily dumped it in. So now I still have stains and my driveway is disgusting because he didn't dispose of the dirty water correctly. I ended up borrowing a mini spot cleaner and I find it ironic that I was able to get my stains and smell out of the carpet with a little hard work. I will never use this company again.
