Went there this morning for some help making a wheelchair cushion and Stephanie was sooooooooooo kind and helpful. While the store did not have exactly what I was looking for, she put in the work to help when she could have just said "sorry, good luck" and I still would have been grateful. She really was that nice. Because she didn't have what I had come to buy, she offered spare bits of foam and then I bought a 1-inch foam topper. I was so impressed because not only was she truly doing her best to help, she remembered every detail of what I needed. When you've got a project to get done, go to the place that actually listens and is willing to do whatever is possible to get you results. Ask for Stephanie! She does not give up. She's clever, resourceful, kind, and she pays attention!!! read more

Excellent fast professional service delivered everything they said they would installation was a breeze they cleaned up. It looks fantastic. I would highly recommend it. read more

We replaced the carpet in our hallway with luxury vinyl flooring. We had initial communication/language problems with the people installing. There were also some quality issues with the installation (one area where the carpet from the bedroom was loose due to the installation. There were also gaps along the baseboard) I believe that things will occassionally go wrong - it's how the response to those issues are handled. The staff at Mesa Sales were on top of it and I felt they made me a priority. They sent someone out that same day and fixed the problem and, when he was done, you couldn't even tell there were any issues. The staff was super helpful and, in the end, I'm a very happy customer. read more

Been going to Mesa Sales since 1989.... just called today and was sad to hear of the fire back in January but opened a store around the corner... they are the friendliest, reasonable and accommodating... Drove from Tempe today just to use their business! Thanks MS!! Hollie read more

This place offers a lot of upholstery and flooring items. I had to get a 1/2 yard of marine grade Naugahyde to re-upholster a seat for my motorcycle and I was impressed with their selection of colors, styles, and textures. Prices are fair and inventory is massive. They offer other things such as piping, buttons, foam, and other stuff for your DIY projects. Staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell and service is top notch. My only complaint is the location in Mesa and the current road construction that is going on at Main St. read more

The man they sent over was very rude and looked like he just rolled out of bed..it's a BIG pass fir me using this unprofessional company.

Stephanie was amazing and very knowlegable. She took the time to patiently walk me through the vast array of options until I found the perfect product. Ask for STEPHANIE! read more

Super helpful and it didn't take forever to get things ordered and moving. Very good experience!

Soooooooo Friendly & Helpful. I have no idea if this is a family owned business, but I can this.....they treat you like family. Everyone that I encountered was very nice & patient, the store have so many choices I was encouraged to take my time and that there was no hurry which I really appreciated. I don't buy a lot of fabrics but if the need should arise this will be my choice to shop. read more

We have been shopping at Mesa Sales for 35 years. They have a huge array of fabrics, they have, and install carpeting as well. The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable and prices are good. read more

I have shopped here for many years purchasing fabric, flooring and window coverings. I have always been content with my experiences. I had an experience lately that was very unexpected. A mistake was made with my shutters. Initially they seemed like they were going to take care of the mistake and did for half of my order. When I reached out to see what the status was on the other half, I was informed that "the owner has decided to take the loss on your shutters and not replace them with the correct ones". Basically, they did not collect the remaining balance for the incorrect shutters, but I still have shutters in my windows that are not correct. Based on this experience I can not recommend using Mesa sales for any custom orders. They do not stand behind their employees mistakes. read more

I had an awesome experience at Mesa sales. I was helped by Gregory who literally walked me around the store three times to ensure that I found exactly what I wanted. And there are tons of fabrics to choose from and if you can't find what you're looking for there they can order it. Definitely no pressure to purchase and easy to work with. read more

Uh... wow. If I ever decide to go Martha Stewart beserk and upholster furniture or make my own drapes, I would come here. Meanwhile this place was a suggestion from a flooring store. I swung by to purchase a linoleum remnant (sold out back) to put under our new puppy's pen. read more

Huge selection of home decor fabrics(get lost wandering around for an hour huge). Great pricing on things like foam pieces, pillow forms, etc. The staff are really friendly, local business types who know a lot but won't cater to snippy customers. Got to see a high maintenance woman get taken down a few notches last time I went. Always entertaining. She ended up admitting they were right and thanking them for saving her money, it was hard not to applaud. Minus a couple stars because the designer fabric prices are a little steep, they don't do any sort of coupons or loyalty program, and I got a ridiculously uneven cut of fabric last week. Next time I will be sure to measure the piece BEFORE using it so that I can return it if it's uneven. Would have been nice if they offered to give me a discount when I had to go get more but that's what I get for cutting into it before measuring. Closed weekends(even Saturday) so plan accordingly. read more

We are Extremely pleased with our carpet purchase. The carpet is beautiful & really high quality. We bought over 3000 sq ft of carpet, Mesa Sales gave us a very competitive price & were super flexible working with our schedules. The installers were professional and did a fantastic job. We are so happy with Mesa Sales that we are planning on using them to tile the rest of our house and we will continue to recommend them to our family & friends. read more

This place is amazing. Besides refurbishing, I also create custom dog collars, harnesses, and seat belt attachments; this place has it all for what I need, may want, or never knew I wanted. Needless to say, my imagination goes into overdrive, and the prices are exceptional allowing me to bring thoughts into reality at a reasonable price for my customers. Regardless if you're a professional, DIYer, or need someone to handle an install for you, this is definitely the place to go!!! read more

Quick and fair quote. Easy to work with. Had my remnant carpet bound and back to me in less than a week. Will recommend to anyone that might ask! read more

Beautiful floors installed by this company. However, the owner is only concerned about collecting a bill. Charges for things never done. Very poor communication between employees. Get an itemized bill up front. Floor team and installers were great but other aspects and team members very poor. read more

I looked this company up based on a recommendation. The banner on Yelp says the business is closed. Based on reviews, including recent ones, I decided to call their number. They unfortunately lost everything in a fire, but are looking to reopen at a new location. In fairness to them, I think the banner on Yelp should be changed. They are still taking calls and are looking forward to reopening. It is not permanently closed. read more

A rare jewel and great find! Today was the first time we been to Mesa sales and supply. From the moment we walked in every employee was friendly. We got help right away. Amazingly we found what we were looking for, that we couldn't find online, and I shop online a lot!! Impressed!! read more

I always feel welcome and the employees always are helpful, no matter the project. I sometimes buy leather or yards of fabric. But no matter how big or how small they always help me out. read more

This experience is getting worse and worse. I wanted a refund for the flooring and went through visa to get it. They responded by offering to redo the carpet but I do not want them in my home. The install and subsequent redo of the seams was awful. How can I trust their installation at the point. Then he said we could have a full refund if we give them the flooring back by Jan. 15th. How in the world could we pack up and move all our stuff in that short of time. Then they offered us $1500 back. what a slap in the face. I would never do business with this place ever again!!!! read more

Wow -- What a poor business on customer service and follow-up! We bought $7,000 worth of product from this company and had to deal with them sometime later, after the product was installed and the problems began to show up. The product problem was not in the quality of the brand (they sell some good products) -- Instead, it was a problem with the quality of the installation. We spoke to "Jim Maley" there, and honestly I've never spoken to a ruder person. I don't know how a quality company like this could treat people this way, with a customer service attitude that I can remember a year later. Terrible! Watch out if buying from this company. Deal with your problems immediately and do not count on any kind of customer service or concern on the part of management for you. Once you buy it, it's yours and so are the problems, according to Mr. Maley. read more

I had been researching carpeting to replace worn carpet in our home. I had been to western states flooring ( barely even took the time to walk out from behind his desk to point out where samples were located). In my opinion Home Depot and Lowes should get out of the flooring. Salespeople did not have a clue. Carpets of Arizona had the highest prices of anyone. I was frustrated and sent out numerous emails asking if anyone could recommend a carpet company. I had no less than 10 recommendations for Mesa Sales from close friends and family that recently purchased and had nothing but the highest ratings for customer service and best products for a reasonable price. I visited Mesa Sales and Was greeted by a gruff old looking codger named Russell. I immediately realized this friendly guy knew his product. I later found that he had been in the carpet business for 40 years. I explained to him what I had been dealing with and what I was looking for in our home. We had the carpet selected in 10 minutes. Scheduling to install took minutes. No wasted time waiting for incompetent employees. The installer, Mr. Perry Weeks, showed up 15 minutes early. He was professional throughout the install. He respected our home and property, making sure to be careful of the newly painted walls and new wood flooring. He installed the carpet to perfection. Mr. Perry has been installing carpet since 1975. This is the place for carpeting. Years of experience with top notch customer care at the best price in the valley. read more

This place was recommended by our seamstress guy... Had to get some foam for our dinette benches and back bed of a camper we are restoring. Best prices in town on foam, and the service was excellent, sales Gal was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Decided to get marine vinyl somewhere else for much cheaper (Jo Ann's, with 40% off coupon), but other than that, great place! read more

My son recently bought a new home with no window treatments. We went right away to Mesa Sales for assistance. Their product offering is quality and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Mesa Sales to anyone looking for affordable but lovely products for their home. read more

My husband & I shopped around for new flooring for weeks in many stores & found the flooring we liked at a local store. However, their lead time was about 5 weeks so I called the Shaw flooring Company directly in Georgia to see who carries the Floorte Pro flooring we wanted & they recommended Mesa Sales. I called & spoke with Stephanie, gave her the info of what we wanted, (BTW she's in charged of the window covering department) & she made an appt. for Perry to come out & measure the floors the next day. Stephanie & Perry showed up together, measured & that afternoon emailed the bid. We were in a time crunch & they made it happen within our time frame of 10 days. Perry called me the day they received the floors & made an appt for the next day installation between 7:30-8. Tony, the installer along with his team came exactly @ 7:30am & finished the installation by 11:45am. They were so professional, friendly & did an amazing job. Dan, the owner of this company, has a great team of people in each department so we would recommend Mesa Sales if you want clean, timely & professional work. read more

Love love love this store! Everyone is so friendly and knows their stuff! I think I have dealt with at least 10 employees in my years of coming here and they have all been so helpful and knowledgeable! I Love that they don't try and upsell you, they truly want to save you money! The selection is fantastic and they are always getting more fabrics in! Gotta love the clearance racks as well! read more

Sad to say the binding job they did on the floors was not good at all because it didn't last for more then a couple months. It was like pulling teeth to get the owners wife back out to work in the binding problems. Then when she did come, she was so rude. We are still having problems with binding and unraveling and the owner won't return or calls. I guess you get what you pay for... read more

I was there when they opened today (8:30 on Saturday morning) and met by a woman at the counter who helped me. She measured my cushions, advised the right foam and batting, had both cut for me, found the adhesive I needed and gave me a quick tutorial on how to wrap my cushions and get them back in their leather zippered pouches. I paid and was back in my car at 8:45!! Fastest I have ever done anything. People there know their stuff. Great place for the professional and the DIY'er like me. read more

As an RVer, I love this store. I've bought numerous rugs for our RV that have been the incorrect size for the space I wanted to cover, because that was all I could find. I then found Mesa Sales & Supply, bought a carpet remnant, and had rugs bound to the exact size I wanted. I even bought new foam for our dog crate, which they cut to the appropriate size. Once finding a sales person who could help me, service was great, and the rugs were the size I specified. Great job! read more

this is a pretty cool place. they have a huge selection at great prices. i have been in there to buy pieces of carpet, rugs, foam pads for camping and other items. they also bind carpet edges for floor rugs which is much cheaper than buying an actual rug. read more

This was the last stop on our remodel journey. We had been shopping ideas on window coverings to replace the POS we had when we bought this home. Our consultant, Kathie, knew her product line and didn't pressure us into any certain direction. We replaced 12 window coverings with a combination of plantation shutters, cell blinds and Hunter-Douglas silhouette shades. The price was awesome, the measuring service was on-time and accurate and they were delivered and installed on-time. The house looks fantastic and it was the easiest part of our remodel. We highly recommend Mesa Sales, read more

I could not recommend this business. A recent install of a small piece of vinyl was poorly done and I had to clean up after the workers left. Wax (from the bottom of the toilet) was in the bathtub and one of the workers had something on the bottom of his shoe that stained my carpet. Can't believe the installers do not wear booties. When I voiced my concerns the man in charge got very defensive. I did take pics in case this becomes a "he said, she said". Not a good experience for the high price! read more

These people at Mesa Sales are great, Norm was very accommodating and on time to measure and take the order. Less than Home Depot and very good product. The gentleman that installed the shutters was on time and most professional ...Most of all Kathie was perfect in her customer service.
