They removed a load-bearing wall, installed a structural beam, enclosed a doorway, and replaced the flooring throughout our entire home. Abel Alvarez and his crew were phenomenal. They took great care during demolition and cleanup, and their attention to detail with the beam installation and drywall repair was outstanding. Since our previous contractor had already purchased the flooring, Caesar and Jesus handled the installation. They did an excellent job, and the finished floors look fantastic. We also asked our Project Manager, Jason Rodriguez, if we could receive the baseboards before installation so we could paint them, and he happily accommodated our request. The project was estimated to take four weeks, and the team actually finished one day ahead of schedule. What impressed me most was their communication. Throughout the project, we always knew what work was scheduled, when the crew would be onsite, and if there were any changes. That level of professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the final result. Thank you to the entire Floor One team for turning a difficult situation into a wonderful experience. The only part of my baseboard that they painted was the caulking of the nail holes and the caulking of the corners. See how great they did..... They had to come back twice and still don't have it right. Victor advised me on February 23 that he ordered more product to finish fixing the rest of my floors and has since been MIA. My floors are still not fixed, I still don't have the flooring ordered to fix my floors and here I am. What's next???? DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

The demo was done quickly and without any major dust or issues as we went with the dustless removal. That team was in and out and very profession. No mess either. The tile crew came in the next day and they were clearly very experienced and cared about doing a great job start to finish. Guy and Mike were fantastic though the entire process constantly chatting with us as they went. We had a few small things that needed to be done and Guy and Mike were all over it. The end result was amazing and could not be happier. Becks has a very fair price , great quality work and no hidden surprise. We will use them again on our bathroom remodel and highly recommend.

Plus free installation has to count for something. Totally happy. Until the estimate came. Maybe I didnt need memory foam padding? Could I get by with that nontexture office carpet? Maybe the stains in my current carpet arent THAT bad. But something told me to check good ol' trusty yelp. I sent one message, just one. In reply I got an up front estimate that beat hd by 1k bucks. Plus super quick service, an additional measure the next day and carpet installed 4 days later (including the weekend!). I had to sacrifice nothing....not the padding, not the warranty and not the style/quality. Everybody has complaints about install, right? I mean, there has to be a catch somewhere? It cant be this freakin easy and afforable. WRONG! The installer came at exactly the time I was told. I mean, to the minute and on the dot. He helped me disassemble a bed, cleaned up every little thing as he went and he even had some good, original jokes. You can just tell when someone not only enjoys what they do but also are really good at it...and this was the vibe i got from the installer. Im incredibly happy with this entire process. Thank god for Yelp and even moreso, thank god for ok coral carpet. If you're reading this...just do your wallet, home and feet a favor and call them.

I called around looking for a retailer whom stocks carpet. I got a hold of Pat sweet helpful sounding lady whom was nice on the phone, sounded like they might have what I was looking for in stock which was music to my ear's ! I was hopefully optimistic as I am almost done with a complete remodel house and they could deliver by this friday . However as he was quoting prices they were considerably higher than a store I just left. I gave make model color etc and they were going to try to match it on a order but preferred selling what they had which was in stock ( but 1100 more than a deal I had in writing. Art introduced Eddy and they went back and forth and wrote up a proposal and I said i will let them know but 1100 is kind of hard to swallow though I loved there piece and time frame. Then a few hours later while at lunch Eddy calls asking where I am at and if I wanted to move forward . I said gee whiz man I want to but its a lot more money for being able to install friday... .. I said " I will call you when I am done with lunch" as I need to eat on it"! We both chuckled and I ate lunch then called back and offered a counter off. To take 11 boxes of tile same vendor of which they do business with and come down a few hundred and I am ready to go. I know borrring so far :):) Eddy tells me to call Art which I did and his demeanor went from fun " "wheeling a dealing guy I met " to very serious tone" I'm not sure I will do the deal ( I remind him ...we are talking about 300 different on a 5k plus deal and he is getting min 120 ft at a 1.00 a ft tile that all tile shops sell at 2.5 a ft says ok I will do it where can I meet him and ask am I close by? I said no I am working on a house but I am ready to go right now. He says great come over with CASH and we can move forward. I said I have my credit card out , I am ready to give you a deposit to which he said this deal is dying fast ITS A CAH DEAL ! I said perplexed you don't take cards ? He said its Cash I offered to pay a hundred extra to offset his fee's and essentially he rudely ended the call but said as he hung up, he only discussed CASH at his store. I went to my car and found the my copy of the proposal THEY WROTE AND COPIED ME on and it said 395.14 tax on the paper! I immediately called eddy before calling Art back and Eddy said Art said to him remember we talked about Cash ? He said he thought it might of been what Art said when I was there ( I said, it never happened, Art was trying to convince Eddy)...I said to Eddy "you guys gave me the proposal and it say's tax right on it . I asked Eddy if he could show him what he wrote and in NO way did anyone ever mention CASH. I said he maybe hiding his taxes but I pay mine and if I do a cash deal it looks like I am making a lot more on the house when I sell it ( I need to expense it ! Then a few hours later Eddy calls me and said Art said to give him a CASHIERS check or cash to give to the installer when he shows up friday and he will move forward! otherwise deals off! I was insulted and baffled, ... Despite the amazing reviews if you look at the BAD ones . Art is a jerk . Eddy is a people person and I cannot help but believe Arts genus was figuring out how to keep a guy like Eddy. Left to Art he wouldn't be in business! Definitely wouldn't have the positive reviews...and I am still somewhat perplexed at the reviews they do have. But look at the negative ones, you will see ART named . , My head is still spinning on what appeared to be a fun deal that I was looking forward to doing. Let me begin by saying, you get what you pay for. I know that sounds cliche, but it holds a lot of…read moretruth. We bought new carpet about three years ago (spending $10,000) so we want to keep it nice. I've used several other carpet cleaning companies over the years (Zerorez, ClearCo, and a few others that I cannot recall). While I wasn't disappointed with the others, I wasn't impressed. In fact, Zerorez sent only one guy out and it took him all of 45 minutes to do my entire home, with stairs! I new the carpet wasn't clean. This time, I did my research, and....gulp...spent some money doing it the right way. Mustang was my choice and I knew I was taking a risk by spending TWICE what I would have normally spent, but, as I said above, you get what you pay for. I wasn't interested in a company that just came out to do some "steam extraction". I've had that in the past and it left me feeling "dirty" after just a couple of months. Mustang actually brushed the carpet. They vacuumed, then they pretreated, then they scrubbed, then they steamed and then they extracted and raked. They sent three guys (one of which was the owner) and it took them 2-1/2 hours to do my home. So, yes, I know it's clean. And the difference is awesome! I will definitely be using their services again. Were they pricey? Yeah, a bit. But when I compared them with the service that I received from the other companies, it was no-contest. Hands-down I'd use Mustang again. And they cleaned the tile floors before they left!! Don't settle for mediocrity. Listen, I'm a cheap-o. I like to save money where I can, but I will NOT be compromising when it comes to cleaning my carpets ever again. I give this review as a public service announcement. If you are planning on selling your house and you need your carpets cleaned....be careful if you use Mustang. You will likely decide not to sell your house after all. :)
