Upon arrival Tanner was 30 minutes late, sitting in his truck out front my house responding to calls. Once he came to the backyard he let us know his scrubber/machine had been stolen and he couldn't not use it to clean our surfaces so instead it was done with just the pressure washer hose which helped a bit but still left a lot of debris/marks on the driveway and pavers. Debris or items were knocked over, not stood back up or handled with much care. He was available the SAME day to look at the project and give me an estimate. That is just Amazing! Edit- It's funny how fast he can respond to reviews but not to reschedule appointments. Now I understand the other reviews that had the same problems with no follow through.
