Called to request a quote for window and screen which I received a couple hours later by email. The service guys, Daniel and Savon, arrived at the scheduled time and were extremely personable and professional. Our windows and screens were filthy from house painting/power washing but they did a great job cleaning them. They do old school hand washing and they vacuum they screens which is the right way to do it. We only did the outside but I wouldn't hesitate to let them in our home inside cleaning. This is an excellent company that we're going to use moving forward for bi-annual cleanings. read more

OK, we all get it. In Phoenix, we are provided with some very nice weather for most of the year. But we also get a steady collection of a fine silt-like dirt on our homes. And, just like the idiom of the boiling frog, pretty soon you discover all of your windows in your house are ridiculous to look through and a total embarrassment at you next party. We needed a good cleaning and called Daniel. My 2 words are: Awesome Work. Daniel meticulously pulled ever screen, and did both inside and outside window cleaning, including tracks. He pointed out manufacturing glass flaws, found a broken window (providing us with a contact who can do the repair which we will do), and pointed out several screens which will need replacing. Daniel even checked on our glass skylights but, upon inspection, discovered that they were tempered and there was a fine dusting of foam insulation. In this case he warned us that tempered glass could get scratched. Who does that? Customer focus, fast efficient, a nice guy! And well worth the price. Just a quick update to my previous review...This company provides a 7-day rain guarantee, so if it rains within a week of your cleaning, they will come back out and do the outside of your windows again, at no additional cost.
