They washed the windows but that's all they did. No screens, no patios, no house. We paid them for the windows and screens (which we thought had been cleaned), assuming they would return to finish the job. They finally came back a week later and started to wash the patios, but in the middle of the job they informed us that we would have to pay for ANOTHER window cleaning since the patio washing was hitting the windows. We had them stop, and I contacted the company. They said they would call us back. They did not call, so we called them again two days later. They said they would call us back. They did not. We tried calling a third time again to no avail. Nothing. We want to work something out, but they do not return our calls (after promising twice they would). There are lots of options. Use someone else.

They use a solution that doesn't get rinsed, they squeegee it off the window. They started with the outside first. I had them do the screens too. They were quick. Then came in to do the inside. After a tile blew off during a recent storm, I took that as my sign to stop procrastinating and get it done. I contacted JWF on a Friday evening, and they were out Saturday morning for an inspection. They started the job on Wednesday and were finished by Thursday afternoon. Pricing was competitive, the crew was hardworking and efficient, and everything was cleaned up when the work was done. I still can't believe how easy they made the entire process. I expected it to be a lot more stressful, like most major house projects. Communication was great from start to finish, and they kept me updated with photos. The owner also came on-site both days to check on everything and talk through any questions I had. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. None of the other companies I met with seemed to care as much, with some saying they would just put any mismatched tiles in the back. JWF doesn't do that. They even replaced mismatched tiles that were already in the back from a previous repair, and any paint they used was matched to the house.
