Since the job was so big, we did move out during most of the renovation, but Danny made sure we were informed daily on everything that was going on in the house, texting pictures & answering any questions we had. He efficiently updated our more than fair quote to reflect our changes/add-ons throughout the entire process. Time-wise, his team finished the job in 6 weeks as he forecasted. The materials used seem to be chosen with price in mind rather than durability or long-term value, and the finished product reflects that. After investing my money, I truly expected professional-level craftsmanship and attention to detail. Instead, left dealing with problems that should never have existed in the first place. It is extremely disappointing to pay and feel like you received subpar work in return. All three were responsive to my requests and all the pricing was pretty much in the same range. Veteran (Alan) was in the middle regarding the price he quoted, but I had a feeling that would be the best for us. I was obviously right. He was responsive to my multiple changing SOWs and on the day of the install, he showed up right on time with his son as his helper. The first day, he needed his son to help since I had an 85" TV to hang and also some pretty heavy wall mounted laundry room cabinets. He hung two TVs and installed the mounting brackets for me, and also installed 4 wall cabinets and 4 floor cabinets, along with a sink unit with plumbing. His estimate of time was spot on, and he took exactly the time he thought he might need to do the job. He was fast, efficient, courteous, cleaned-up after the job, and even took away the mountain of cardboard and packing materials that all the cabinetry and other stuff came in. I am a stickler for good customer service and for good work that you pay for, so if I say this guy is good, you can take that to the bank!! Postscript: I cannot believe he was so few reviews. I would think that everyone he works with would give him a good review. Also, as of this writing, he has two Yelp reviews that are not recommended. Why?? In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before. The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful! Our accent wall gives a warmth that we love and he even installed Bluetooth speakers in our shower celing. Trevor is talented and professional.
