He sends over a repair man who told me like 5 times he was sick so he will be a little slow. After 2hrs of him going to get supplies he let's me know that he didn't know the holes were big he was told they were small so the job was going to be alittle longer...then maybe 6hrs. So I call the owner to talk to him about the misquote and instead he tells me he's stressed and doesnt need to deal with this and cancels the job. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. We had two jobs for Jeff to do. They were two installations. One was to install the myQ smart…read moregarage door system. The other job was to install our new "nest" thermostat. Installations were done but with a little change. I texted him the day before and he came out to the house the next day and on time! The myQ installation was fast and clean. The only problem we had was to pair the myQ device with the Genie garage door opener. The instructions that came with the myQ box didn't work. Jeff figured out the problem and we were able to get the two devices to work together. The new myQ device and the garage door work perfectly. The "nest" install didn't happen. We installed the ecobee4 smart thermostat instead. The installation was smooth and fast. Jeff took the time to make sure everything worked correctly. We also asked him to look at our air conditioning problems. He checked everything out and gave us options on what needed to be done to fix it. He didn't even charge us to look this over. If you watch this security camera video/audio, you'll know exactly how this person operates as a human being, towards other human beings. Note how he gestures to our maintenance engineer to move and just yells "MOVE!", not even saying "excuse me"... then all three of us said "Have a Nice Day" at the same time, in the same manner, not being sarcastic whatsoever. I believe in taking the high road, no matter what other people try to do to me because I'm a minority...
