I contacted Kenneth to fix my carport's collapsed drywall ceiling, and I could not be happier with the experience. Kenneth responded incredibly fast and was understanding, professional, and friendly from start to finish. He gave me a very reasonable price, and the repair took only two days. He did a flawless job and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend KB Drywall for their excellent workmanship and great customer service! read more

Excellent experience with KB Drywall, from pricing, scheduling to communication, and workmanship. It was very easy to schedule and he is very knowledgeable. The work was completed less than 1/2 the time I was quoted. The whole process was very professional but still feel personal. Will come back for further drywall needs. read more

I recently needed small drywall repairs in multiple areas of my home. The intent would be to not see where the repairs would have been is the texture was matched with what was already on the calls. The majority stand out like a sore thumb. I will have to hire someone else to come clean up the areas. Disappointed in the outcomes. read more

I would definitely recommend these guys for drywall repair. Did good work, showed up on time, and cleaned up nicely when they left. This was a ceiling drywall replacement about 12 ft by 6 ft Bobby B read more

I recently needed a small drywall repair job done so I reached out to Ken at KB Drywall to see if they would even do a job that small. I was pleasantly surprised that they did work like that and were also available the next day. They arrived on time and quickly repaired the wall. The repair was great, and the texture matched the surrounding wall perfectly. They cleaned up and I was completely satisfied with the work as well as the price. I will definitely use them again if I have any drywall needs in the future. read more

KB responded quickly, provided a fair quote based on my pictures and a general description of the work. I added some additional work a short time later and KB provided an updated quote. KB came out in a couple days and we discussed the job and he got to work immediately. The price was fair compared to other quotes I received and the work he did was top notch. KB even patched up a few areas he noticed that I failed to mention. I would not hesitate to use KB again for future work thanks! read more

KB Drywall - Still drying, but patched up nicely. - Drywall Installation & Repair Near Me

He gave me a quote of a million dollars and complained that Yelp sent him bad leads. He said he responded within his required time

Great service! Highly professional, and an all-around good guy. We were very pleased with his work.

Hard to find people who will show up and get the work done these days, but KB is reliable and does the work. Had some walls detextured and they did the outlined work for a fair price. Would definitely recommend to a friend and hire again. read more

Kenneth was prompt and did a great job repairing a hole in our ceiling where we had to have it opened for a leak! Perfectly textured as well read more

Ken and his son were very responsive and did the job quickly. I had to change my review unfortunately, because my husband and I have been trying to get a hold of Ken for weeks. He never called me or my husband back. Sent a text that he was busy the week after on the job in another part of town and then when I asked if he can come to sand the drywall he disappeared. I called again this morning and no reply. I'm really sad about the situation but for some reason he changed 180 degrees. read more

We Received a quote yesterday from Kenneth. Today I received a rude message from him saying : "tell your husband I gave him a quote and no reply... is his phone not working". While we appreciate Kenneth's promptness it is important to give some time and not place so much pressure. If this is an indication of how business is handled then we are better served going elsewhere. read more

Did a good job and showed up on time would recommend them to anyone very knowledgeable

I attempted to procure an estimate on drywall repair. I answered all the questions Yelp asked and was contacted by KB Drywall. He threw a price at me without coming out to look at the project. When I requested a visit he told me he didn't need to come out, he knows what cracks look like. Then after I told him I would not use his company because I did not think he had good customer service skills he sent me this e-mail reply -"Next time don't disclose what all you need repaired just say I need drywall repaired I need someone to come take a look only! I reported you to yelp because yelp has you ask questions about what all you need done and 5 contractors receive this info to read and come up with a price and respond with an estimate that's how this work" Don't disclose what all I need? He reported me to Yelp? Sorry Ken, you lost out on a good job. read more

Great service, friendly and good cost. Fixed a 8x9 wall with texture in a day. Fast reply read more

He completed the job in a quick time and it looked great. He patched the leak too and made it look like new!

Made contact with Ken through Yelp and after receiving quotes from several other tradesmen I scheduled him for the job. Ken's quote was significantly less than the other quotes and it seemed to be more in keeping with what I expected. At any rate, communication was good, he showed up on time and did a great job with a number of drywall cracks in ceilings and walls. He even spotted a couple areas that I missed and fixed them for no extra charge. I recommend KB Drywall for any drywall jobs you might a have - use the saved money to take your significant other out for a good time. read more

Should've listen to the other reviews. This guys is the most unprofessional piece of work I've dealt with. Set up a time to have some drywall texture done, I had to contact him the day of to confirm, he then replied he would be there an hour later. No big deal. Then I told him there were a few nails that would have to be removed, thinking it would be not a big deal. He then responded saying that he would have to reschedule because an "emergency drywall repair" suddenly came in and I could remove the nails myself. After that I decided this guy wasn't for me so I canceled. He could've been professional about it but instead sent a message trying to inform me of how contractors have busy schedules and I asked for more work. Like removing a few nails would add hours to the job and cost hundreds more. This guy is a joke, stay far away. Response to owner: Lol so pulling a few nails would've added so much time to the job? I definitely dodged a bullet with this guy. Glad I got an actual professional to do the job read more

Communication: Ken returned my phone call promptly and rendered a estimate. Was always polite on the phone. Kept me updated on when he would be available to do the job. Price: Had four other quotes for the job (which I highly encourage getting before deciding on anyone). Ken was in the same ballpark of the other estimates and settled on a fair price. Service: Had Ken patch up a former pet door (11in x 8in). He installed insulation into the wall and patched it up perfectly. He also textured matched the surrounding wall which really is the most important step if your walls have decorative texturing (knock-down etc). Wife said he was polite and worked quickly, even patched some small dents. Overall: A friendly and polite dry wall guy, would highly recommend! read more

Yes he has good response time but cancels on the day of. My appointment was scheduled for Friday at 12. On Thursday he asks if he can move it till 2 and I said ok. Then on Friday he said there was a freeway closure and turned around (instead of saying he will be running late.) We rescheduled for Saturday at 10. Around 8:30 I sent a message to confirm and it's a good thing I did because he came up with another excuse about why he couldn't show up. read more

Rescheduled on me 1 week because his partner got sick. Canceled on me the next week becausehis partner retired. Real stand up dude.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SCUMBAG! All he will do is string you along with excuses and not even show up when he says he is. The Idiot just messages saying next week with some b.s. lies as to why he can't make it ...A total wate of time. I don't know how this guy even gets any business at all , Remember ppl you get what you pay for!!! read more

Just requested a written estimate for a small job. Owner writes back requesting name, address and $100 via Zelle. All this before he sees what needs to be done. Says it will "come off the top" if hired. I replied "Nope" and left it at that. Ken writes back and says "Good luck then no contractor is gonna waist there time invoice etc." And then follows that with "Send a photo of the repair next time" which I would have had I been asked to. I have had many people come to my house to give me a written quote for various repairs and have never been asked to Zelle money prior. He continues to write me now trying to get the job. Illiterate clown. No one in their right mind would (or should) just zelle money to someone like that! And if that is the standard for simple drywall repairs these days (which I doubt), then I will do the job myself. It may not look 100% professional (for which I was prepared to pay for) but it's better than hiring a scammer. This is exactly what just happened. See review from Len S. He'll probably have a different story as scammers do. SHAME on KB Drywall. AVOID! read more

Kenny did an excellent job by installing drywall after we had a water leak in our main bathroom. He matched the remaining drywall perfectly. He responded to all emails, texts and phone calls promptly and professionally. He showed up to the job on time and complete the job quickly and professionally. His price was fair and reasonable. Really great job! I had some cutouts in my vaulted ceilings that I wanted filled, and old broken windows/glass blocks in an area I wanted removed and filled. I will admit I was nervous hiring someone as I'm a woman who lives alone, but Ken was so professional, thorough and did the job great. He worked with someone he knew to get the exterior stuccoed and everything looks just how I hoped. Thanks so much!! read more

Kenneth was great! Very responsive, very fair price and was on time and completed the project fast. Will definitely be using him again.

Wish I could give KB a good review but I can't in this case. They did not finish the job, and refiaed to work with us to get it finished. Instead Ken said "just paint it." Another drywaller was called in to give a second opinion, and said it would look horrible that way (three separate textures). I offered more money to have Ken finish the work, and he refused, taking the money we gave him when he said he was done, and refusing to do more, even when we offered some additional money in good faith. Looking back, we should have inspected the job more closely before paying him. This delayed our project while we got the other drywaller in. Ultimately, Ken (I think that's his name) was so upset that I was questioning his work, that he threatened to show up at my door and put his fist through my throat. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but just be aware of how it might turn out if you hire this company. Wish it was different. read more
