I would recommend Drywall Perfection for any drywall installation and/or repairs. I had the event of a water manifold leak in the wall between a bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom got the worse of the water. Fast forward..., since the bedroom was empty, it was a perfect time to renovate. We had the popcorn ceiling removed and replaced with a 'normal' texture, plus two big holes in the wall where the water manifold and piping were located fixed. Quick response, works fast and matched texture well. I paid to have the garage finished and 7 other house interior surfaces repaired. Didn't notice until after I paid that two areas of about 7 square feet above the garage door were not drywalled. Was first told that garage door opener wires had been in the way. Had they told me that while they were working, I would've easily moved them. When I mentioned that, I was told they couldn't fit drywall behind the spring anyway.. We hired Bill to fix a dozen or more issues with the vaulted ceiling (highest point is just shy of 14 feet) in our open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Nail pops, cracks, bad previous patch jobs, and uneven lines where the ceiling meets the walls. Bill showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, and was courteous. Contacted Bill to to come and see a hole in the ceiling created by an AC leak. I had seen the reviews about his work and he definitely lives up to his reviews. He came to our home, did the pre-work very professionally and even lend us his high speed fan to help dry the wood faster. His price was very fair. Asked the owner for an appointment to get an estimate on smaller repair. He said take a picture and he could give me a quote from that which I did. Quote was sent via text. Asked for a written estimate for insurance purposes as this was part of a larger claim. Next thing I know I have some other guy interested in the job texting me. Our garage ceiling was starting to sag. Bill came out right away (over the holiday break!) and fixed it in one day. He removed the popcorn coating and reinforced the entire garage ceiling. Bill is a nice guy who is knowledgeable about his craft. His prices are fair, too. His work is in high demand, so be patient when you are waiting for a response, and treat him well if you are lucky enough to have him take on your job. If you send him measurements along with pictures of the space, he will give you the quote through Yelp, saving the step of a trip for the estimate.
