I received a questionable roof repair quote through a referral, so I decided to get a second opinion by finding my own roofing expert on Yelp and Google Maps. Based on the strong reviews, I reached out to Vista Exteriors. Dan came by to inspect the roof, and as he walked me through everything, it was clear he really knew his stuff. I felt confident right away that I could trust him, so I decided to move forward. Dan is a true professional, great communication, high standards, and very thorough in his work. His pricing was also fair and reasonable. I'd highly recommend him to friends and neighbors. read more

Dan not only diagnosed my roofing problem but unlike the other two roofing companies he checked my entire roof not just the affected area. Will recommend and use again! read more

We lost one of our roof turbines during the last big storm we had. Didn't realize it was missing for a few days after and after making a few calls, discovered that the repair is something a roofing company would make. Used Yelp and found Vista Exteriors and made a call. Left a message and within about 10-15 minutes, Dan called me back to discuss the situation. He quoted a price to replace it and then after talking with my wife, it was decided to replace both of them. He came a few days later and what an amazing experience we had! Dan is not only friendly, communicative, and pleasant...he took a look at everything and together we decided to make some adjustments to his initial plan and quote, which actually ended up costing way less. He did a fabulous job and not only painted both of the new turbines to match, he used the paint to freshen up all of the other pipes and things sticking up on the roof. Everything looks great and we are back in business with our turbines! Thanks Dan for being there and providing the best service!!! read more

All the 5 star reviews are accurate. Dan is an incredible customer service focused individual. He personally answers the phone when you call him. I had other roofers tell me they would not do a repair unless they replaced a complete face on the roof. Dan looked at it, explained to me why it was leaking and fixed it the same day. I was absolutely delighted with the quality of his work, his communications and the price was very reasonable. If you think you need a REPAIR instead of a REPLACEMENT, I would highly recommend you call Dan at Vista first. Dave D read more

These guys are honest and provide quality work. Had a repair done. Fair bid and no attempt to sell me a new roof. Had a small glitch but owner responded right away and took care of problem. read more

I would highly recommend this company over other roofers. Dan, Mike and Eduardo were professional. They used a drone to picture and map the roof to swiftly be able to produce a proper estimate. I also had two other companies offer estimates, Scott- ridiculous because the placement of tiles with a 6 inch instead of 3 inch overlay, with a 3 month wait for install, and American - very high pressure comes across like a used car salesman with constant phone calls. This company did exactly as they said. Sent a link for pictures of daily progress. Worked from 7am to 5-6pm for 4 days. Painted the drip edge, cleaned up daily and ran a magnet to pick up any metal. Extremely happy with the look and results. Priced decently too. Good warranty. Placed the Titanium PSU self adhered roofing for underlayment. I have a concrete flat tile roof. read more

Dan and his crew did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. Each day when they finished they left my yard spotless! Dan kept in touch with their progress through text messaging. He also sent pictures and videos as the project progressed. I would highly recommend Vista Exteriors! Thank you Dan! read more

We lost a tile in the last storm. I called Dan two days ago and he returned my call within an hour or so. He came today and found there were about 6 tiles loose on the roof and fixed them immediately. His service and affordability was amazing. I highly recommend Vista Exteriors if you need any roofing work done. read more

Dan and Mike were fantastic from start to finish. Mike showed up next day after request for quote and provided same day for tile lift/underlayment replacement. The quote was beyond fair while giving all necessary details for warranty and allowances compared to other roofing companies. They provided photos and updates throughout the project via text/website. The crew was also very friendly and worked from sunrise to sunset. They ensured everything was picked up/cleaned each day. The five star reviews are all accurate and do not hesitate to give them the opportunity for your roofing project. read more

We had lost one of our roof vent turbines in the last storm and wasn't sure where to turn. Started with our air conditioning company and was told that was electrical, which I knew wasn't right so then I looked up roofing on Yelp and found Vista. I called and left a message and within 10 minutes I had a call back from Dan, who owns the company. Explained the situation; he gave us a couple of options and emailed me the quote which we felt was fair and wife actually requested that both turbines be replaced. Dan came a few days later and after some inspection and discovery that the roofers who had done the roof some 11 years ago had actually used tar to adhere the flashing to the roof. Dan explained that wasn't the correct way nor the way he does it but he was able to do a work around to fix the situation. He used matching brown spray paint to make sure everything matched and went a step above to paint the other pipes, etc. coming out of the roof so everything has a refreshed look and we have matching, fixed turbines. HIGHLY recommend Dan! He is responsive, has great customer service, knows his stuff and was just overall a pleasure to work with. And price wise...his final fix was cheaper than initially quoted, which we appreciated. Thank you Dan!!! read more

I hadn't had a good rain at my house in about two years, so of course, when the skies opened up, my roof started leaking. I have a foam roof and they need to be maintained every 8-10 years or so, so this was an expected repair. It just came a bit more quickly than I had originally imagined by maybe a year. When I first started calling roofers, I reached out to about a dozen. It was so busy across the industry that day because of the heavy rains that I had trouble getting in contact with any of them. There were only three that called me back, and Dan was the one who called back the most quickly. By the time he had come out to do the estimate the next day, he was still the only one who had called me back. Oddly enough, within about an hour after I had accepted his bid, I had two other roofers finally contact me. Dan was great to work with. The process was well communicated up front, and though we did have some issues with scheduling, it ended up working better overall for him to finish his work on a Saturday morning. I also learned a few things about foam roofs in the process to look out for in the future. The service was top notch, and that's the most important thing. But he also did the project for a bit less than I was expecting, and that was also highly appreciated. Thank you, Dan! When I need my roof done again in about 8-10 years, I'll give you a call. read more

Really pleased with Vista Exteriors. Dan came out to reinstall a fallen roof tile and also made sure the surrounding tiles were secure. They did a great job and very efficient. I highly recommend Dan at Vista Exterior. He is experienced and worked in the industry for so many years. He will go give you an honest opinion as to what is going on. He has experience working with insurance carriers and knows the ins and outs of that. He therefore knows when you put a claim in your home insurance there ARE ramifications to the home owner so it's not always in the best interest of the home owner to put in the home claim -- even IF it could be in his best financial interest because Dan has integrity But that said Dan does know that fine line to say when it IS in the best interest of the home owner to put in that home claim..... and will work with the home owner even when the insurance carrier drags their feet..... I cannot speak higher for Dan In this world when there aren't enough businesses with integrity I CAN tell you Dan and his company is one where they return phone calls and texts in a reasonable amount of time -- IF he doesn't answer the call when you call.... He'll do everything in his power to make everything in his power to make everything as easy and smooth as possible including estimates ASAP & etc Dan is one of the good ones for sure! read more

Dan is a true professional and a lifesaver! We had a single tile fell off our roof after a storm, and were shocked by quotes from other roofers charging $300-500 just for an estimate. Dan, however, responded to my wife within 20 minutes of our inquiry, came the next day, and replaced the fallen tile with one of the spares the builder left us. He even addressed a few other small issues he noticed! His quick response, prompt service, and generosity in handling minor repairs without charge set him apart from the competition. If you need a reliable, efficient, and fair roofer, look no further than Dan. Highly recommended! We will be using Vista Exteriors in the future. read more

Isn't it wonderful when you pick a service via Yelp, read all the reviews, and then make a choice based off of these. Vista Exteriors is living proof of this. After making an initial request through Yelp, Dan from Vista Exteriors made contact with me. Communication was great with the utilization of a mobile phone, Google Meets, etc. I talked with Dan, and we arranged for a suitable time. In the interim, I took a couple of photos and forwarded them so that Dan could be apprised. Responding to me straight away, Dan gave me a verbal quote on the spot. The next day, Vista Exteriors (Dan) showed up, took care of business, and then I presented him with another issue I had forgotten about. Dan took off to get a part and came back and fixed it all within 24 hours. His price remained the same...no deviation from the original discussion. What an honest, and down-to-earth gentleman. So, for this reason and many more, I believe that Vista Exteriors and Dan deserve five stars for above and beyond customer service, quality, and dedication. Don't be shy...hire this guy! read more

Highly recommend Vista Exteriors for any and all roofing needs. The owner Dan Villasenor is intelligent, personable, honest, hardworking, reliable, and very customer service oriented. We used him to clear our roof of gallons of pine needles and to repair cracked tiles. He showed up when promised, communicated throughout the job, worked very hard, cleaned up everything until it was immaculate, took excellent care of our property, and was reasonably priced. Could not have asked for more! Will use him and his company for all of our further roofing needs. read more

Thank you, Dan and the team at Vista exteriors for our brand new roof! We had just closed on this house and inherited a 37-year-old roof! We had a tight timeline in order to get the roof installed because we work from home and did not want to be in the house while they were installing. Dan was able to come through and move his schedule around in order to install our roof before we moved in! They were able to get the roof done on a 2400 square-foot house in two days and also replaced and repainted some damaged fascia! I received several quotes and their prices were the best with the quickest turnaround, and the best customer service. Highly recommended! read more

After we discovered a leak we called a few roofers to get estimates. Dan came out quickly and unlike the other roofers, Dan told me we didn't need our entire roof replaced, just yet and he said he could get our leaky section repaired before the next rain came. While we were discussing the repairs, he noticed another issue, grabbed his ladder and decided it was a quick fix. Dan repaired it right then and there, cleaned up afterwards and didn't charge me anything. Dan sent extra guys on the scheduled day because it was supposed to rain that same day, and he came out as well to oversee the job. He took before and after photos and sent them to me. Shortly after we discovered another leak and he came out to inspect it and told me he could repair it. Dan decided he would do the repair himself to save me some money. Once again he showed up when he said he would and sent photos of his work. Dan will be my go to for all roofing issues going forward! Great customer service. read more
