Really happy with the work from Koala-T Roofing. I recently had the underlayment replaced on my tile roof in Surprise, AZ and the whole process went smoother than I expected. They were honest, responsive, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Roof looks great and they kept me updated throughout the job. Definitely happy with how everything turned out! read more

Had a complete re-roof on concrete tile on 3200 square-foot house in 2023. Now finding all the problems that they caused and created additional work to reseal areas around eaves and broken tiles. The job was subcontracted and they came back to repair some things that were visual from the ground. All of the flashing in the valleys was poorly done. read more

This woman owned and operated business is honest, dependable, and fair priced. Deanna came to my home within a couple of days of contacting her, inspected my roof, identified the problem, and within a week, had a crew sent to my house to complete the job. A few other tiles were loose, causing damage to the lining, and there was debris buildup in the cracks which caused a leak. Her crew did a wonderful job fixing the issue, were professional (I felt safe and comfortable with them on my property), and we've since had no further problems in that area. I highly recommend calling this company for your roofing needs. She's been in the business for 15yrs and is a true professional in her field. read more

We had a leak and tons of damage done to our roof from the installation of solar panels by Solar City (now taken over by Tesla) and had to have many tiles repaired. Unfortunately because it was not weather related, our home owners insurance would not cover the damage and Tesla would not help, either. They charged for removing and returning the panels to their original placement. That's another story smh. Anyway, contacted several roofing companies including Koala and they gave us the best bid. Their customer service was top notch and the installation was superb. They took before and after pictures and promised to return to check Tesla's installation of the original panels. I recommend them without hesitation. I thank God they came when they did because a day later we had a heavy rain. It's Arizona so you never know when a quick downpour will happen. Good luck with your roofs and call Koala if you need help. read more

Koala-T Roofing recently (Sept. 2025) refurbished my 30 year old tile roof. They completed the work in about 5 days for a large 2 story 2,500 sq. ft. Home. If you are reading this review to help in your selection of a company to have your roof repaired or refurbished, then you have found your answer. Koala-T Roofing did a great job! The owner Deanna Moro is thoughtful and professional. She and her crews are very skilled and efficient at roofing. The price for the job was competative and fair. The roof I have covering my house now is better than the one placed there by my home's builder. Thank you, Koala-T Roofing! read more

A 24 year old rental home of mine developed serious roof leaks and we decided to implemented a full roof job, as opposed to limit it to specific areas. Upon receiving (2) estimates, I decided to with Deanna and my instincts were proven correct. The price was great, the job looks fantastic, the clean up was impeccable and the service was completed ahead of schedule. Two thumbs up, five stars, very pleased! Rick Venezia read more

Look no further for your roofing needs! Koala-T gets 5 stars from start to finish from us. Out of about 6 different roofers Koala-T rose above them all in terms of professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and, last but certainly not least, their bid came in lower than any other roofer! I seldom write reviews, but our fantastic experience with Koala-T merited it. We have a beautiful, strong new roof AND money left over from the project! Thank you, Koala-T read more

I highly recommend Koala T Roofing. My tile roof was over 20 years old and beginning to leak. I got a couple of estimates, but found Koala T to be the best choice. Deanna, the owner, was very easy to work with. The roofers were efficient and left my property spotless. read more

Great company! Deanna came in with the lowest bid and provided great service. She started the job even earlier than promised and she and her crew did a superb job. They left our outside and the roof cleaner than when they arrived. They double-layered the underlayment and there were no issues with any part of the job. Deanna personally inspected the job upon completion. I've already recommended Koala-T to two friends. read more

We just closed on our house and when all of the rain hit, we found that we had a roof leak. I noticed that Koala T Roofing had a high rating and so I called to get an estimate. Deanna the owner came out when she said she would and gave me a competitive estimate to fix my roof. After the estimate, her crew came out 5 days later and fixed my roof. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very clean. I have a pool and they got nails and debris out of my pool. Deanna is great to work with. She tells you exactly what she is going to do and there are no hidden costs. I would recommend her company for any type of roof work! Mark R. read more

Had Koala T Roofing replace my roof that was 20+ years old. I got multiple estimates for the job but Deanna's professionalism and thoroughness was the best. The crew was excellent and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. read more

We recently discovered a leak in our roof through a stain on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. After a bit of research as well as some recommendations, we called Koala T Roofing. Not only were they quick to respond but they drafted up a comprehensive quote for both a roof repair as well as a roof replacement. Deanna did an assessment of the area of the leak as well as the entire roof. Given the age of the roof, we opted for a full replacement. We received a tentative date followed up by several messages regarding that date. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work ahead of the time required and left the roof and surrounding areas in very clean condition. The price quoted was the price billed. They do detail in the quotes that if they need to replace or repair something not previously identified (ie:rotten plywood?), what the cost of materials would be. We did not experience any excess charges. I would recommend this company and judging by the reviews, they have been good from the day they opened for business. read more

Responsive, licensed, knowledgeable roofing company that is priced competitively. I would recommend giving them a chance to work with you.

We did not use Koala T Roofing based on our experience with getting an estimate. While I can't review their work, I can review their business/personal skills. I found them online and liked that they emphasized quality. I called and scheduled them to come out to give us a free estimate. I booked the appointment one week in advance. When it came time for our appointment, no Koala T! I did not receive a phone call from them either. I was thinking they may be running behind or maybe they were on the road over to our home. I gave them plenty of time and then I decided I would call them. She acted surprised when I told her we were on the schedule that day for them to come to our home for an estimate. She said she would be over within 30 minutes. When she did arrive, she was not pleasant or friendly. It seemed as if we were a major inconvenience for her. My husband led her to the area needing work. When I approached, she didn't say hello, didn't introduce herself or shake my hand. No people skills at all. How are you going to book jobs when you treat people like they are invisible and an inconvenience?? She asked for my email and she said she would email an estimate within 24 hours. She never emailed us an estimate. She never called to follow up or give us an estimate on the phone. Apparently our business was not important to her. No....I would not recommend Koala T Roofing. read more

I saw this company online. Figured I would give them a shot.I have shopped many competitors prior to this company and I have to say I was blown away by the professionalism she had and the courtesy. Very knowledgeable about roofing, and I felt comfortable in knowing she was the right person for the job and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone and my roof looks great. read more

In this busy rainy season, I couldn't get a roofer to call me back and if they did they were only interested in commercial roofing. Deanna Moro, Owner of Koala T Roofing, called me back and bid the job for a roof leak. I know absolutely nothing about roofing, so she took pictures, showed me what was going, and explained what needed to be fixed. She also advised me that in the future I'd need to have the roof replaced, as it was more than 25 years old. It was my choice as to whether or not I wanted just the repair or a completely new roof. I opted to replace the entire roof and avoid any further leaks. Koala T Roofing's rates were reasonable and competitive. The job was scheduled right away. Deanna said the job would take 4 days and they exceeded that schedule by a day. Her crew was professional, on time, let me know when they arrived, let me know when they were leaving, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The roofing crew took great care in getting the job right the first time. They also pointed out improvements and advised me of any issues they came across while doing the work. Deanna and her crew were very responsive to any questions I had along the way. Awesome job! Give them a chance if you have any roof issues. I highly recommend them. read more
