We were promised two year long car washes and that the work would be completed by the next week. We were supposed to hear from the production team, who does scheduling within 1-2 days after signing. We did not. We called them and spoke with the manager lady of production and she said she was just now getting to ours and the work would be completed by the end of the next week. She said she would order the material the next day and it would be delivered by Wednesday. On Monday we called to check to make sure the supplies were ordered. No answer no call back. Then the next day the "owner" Colton said he's canceling the contract, they fired Cole and he made mistakes that it would cost us $3000 more if we still want them to do the work. We said no we already paid you we have a contract we need you to keep your word and do the roof. We then called Cole, who is still employed and asked him what was going on. He said oh yeah they're coming out next week to do your roof. We said so you're still employed and he said yes. Do NOT use this roof company. They lie, they kept our money for 10 days and then canceled on us. Using a shady sales tactic to get thousands more dollars from us.

Donnie said they have not been on Yelp and are just starting out (not in business, but Yelp), but would love to win my business to show the community what great services they offer. I am happy that I took the chance and went with them. I am very pleased with the work and transaction that took place with Zobec Construction. Donnie was very knowledgeable and transparent. They had the fairest price in town and when the scope on the work changed to include much more work, the estimate did not change. I was shocked!! Most companies are looking to add on whatever they can to get more money, not Zobec or Donnie. I felt that he really cared and wanted to get my project done with the utmost professionalism and pride of ownership. It was really refreshing to see such integrity in a company, and especially for such a small job accordingly. I had some issues with my roof that I needed some specific repairs and then I needed it to be documented in a way that would show the buyers of my home progress of said repairs. Donnie took photos of before, during, and after. He compiled these photos on the invoice so that I could present them to the buyers agent and instill confidence that the repairs had been completed per our contract. I was very pleased as this service was over and above what I expected. He really understood what was needed and delivered on all accounts. Way to go! Donnie was communicating with me over the entire project being very transparent and concise. He was early to all appointments and did exactly what he said he was going to do; this company is a rare find indeed.

My job was small...one tile pulled off by a tree during a storm. Donnie had me send him pictures. I already had the product info (from builder) so he went to the distributor, picked it up, along with 3 tiles for future need, and installed the next day. Bless his heart! It took and hour, plus he walked the roof and took care of some other tiles. He came quickly and was efficient. He charged me far less than the roofer who installed the roof was going to charge, plus they were going to make me wait 2 weeks for the evaluation and then have to come back with the tile, even though they had the product info. He'll be my go-to-roofer-dude!

I've previously used Dave and his company for a repair on my current tile roof as well as a full replacement of a shingle roof at a rental property. So, last monsoon season when water began pouring into my garage there was no question who I'd call. For the record, due to the size and expense of a complete tile roof job, I took a few other bids and Canyon Sunrise was extremely competitive along with the assurance of using better quality underlayment as standard practice... no upsell for something that was going to last. We did encounter some challenges including my somewhat frail and super scarce roof tile that was made by a manufacturer who'd been out of business for close to two decades. Dave found me an excellent matching alternative that seamlessly blended with old. I was around while his crew worked and they were a conscientious hard-working group. They also did a really nice job with cleanup. In closing, last week when it began to pour I took comfort in knowing the job was done right - water tight - and that Canyon would be around for years to service me should I ever encounter any challenges.
