So Thee Window Ninjas we're recommended to me by a good friend, they came right out, measured all my windows & ordered them. The house did not have sunscreens in the windows but did have the hardware installed. After about a week the installer came back out & installed the new sunscreens. They looked good, the front window though seemed to be bowed out. I travel so didn't look everyday at the screens but I noticed there were gaps between the windows & screens, upstairs they weren't even attached properly (actually incorrectly measured). Emailed company, new installer came out to fix, last installer was fired because of bad work, stated he's been fixing his mistakes all month? He tried to reposition some of the screens the ones upstairs he said were totally mis-measured & need new. The 10 days following I've noticed that again the screens are not fitting properly, wasps started building nests in between the screen and window, I've had to turn 3 of the screens around so they'd fit tighter, even doing that they are still spaces. Still waiting for the replacement screens for the upstairs. Also now putting original window screens back in some windows so there are no gaps for wasps and other bugs to get into. The screen quality is great. The owner and Terry have been great. The installers, not so much. I should not have to re-position my screens myself, they should have ensured they fit before the 1st installation was completed. read more

Hi, we just added 3 shades to the westward facing windows. Nick did the measuring and installation and we are so pleased! Nick was very nice and pleasant to work with. The shades took a little over two weeks to come in once ordered but it has made a massive difference, particularly in our bathroom which has a glass block window. Inn not sure if people know it, but these guys do Christmas lights too. We thought we would look early this year for someone to put up lights. I'm glad we did because they are already getting booked up for this year. They were here today and put up our lights. Bryce and Evan showed up and did a great job. Very nice guys too! Their service includes furnishing the lights, install and take down. If there are any problems they will come back and correct. One of our pet peeves is for the lights be nice and straight along the house and they did it great. read more

Disappointing. Overall, my windows were cleaner than before the service, so that's a plus. But results didn't meet my expectations. I'm noticing lots of streaks, and edges of the window panes that are hazy from sloppy cleaning. Dirty liquid that ran down the bottom section of a French door was left to stain the paint. And no attempt was made to tackle places where there was hard water buildup on the glass. read more

We hired this company to wash our exterior windows. The guy (Ryan, I think) was communicative, on-time, and friendly. Unfortunately, he left all the dirt from the windows on the walls of our 2-story white house which was an eyesore. I reached out to them about this and they happily sent someone else out to fix the issue, and curiously the guy who came out the second time said the first guy was "the boss" who supposedly hadn't actually been out in the field for a long time. That's not all though. Before we had the windows washed, I had a very trusted company come measure our windows for new shade screens. That guy told me that he saw 3 cracked tiles on our roof while he was up there measuring. After the windows had been washed, the screen guy came back to install the screens and told me that there were now a couple dozen tiles broken that were not broken previously. Thee Window Ninjas were the ones who broke all the tiles. On top of that, there was a lot of dirt still not cleaned off of the bottom of the window frames too. They're great at customer service, but are lacking pretty badly when it comes to execution and skill (especially when it comes to knowing how to walk on a tile roof). read more

Owner cleaned windows previously & fantastic job but now they contract out for 30% of cost and what a difference. cleaned our windows last fall and I just assumed they would do an excellent job but over past few months I see how poorly screens were cleaned, paid $625 for single story 3400 sq ft house. Brice did a WONDERFUL job! He arrived a bit early. Nice! He walked the job with me to hear my comments on trouble areas. We live in an area where we catch a good bit of wind and dust.
