The house did not have sunscreens in the windows but did have the hardware installed. After about a week the installer came back out & installed the new sunscreens. They looked good, the front window though seemed to be bowed out. I travel so didn't look everyday at the screens but I noticed there were gaps between the windows & screens, upstairs they weren't even attached properly (actually incorrectly measured). Emailed company, new installer came out to fix, last installer was fired because of bad work, stated he's been fixing his mistakes all month? He tried to reposition some of the screens the ones upstairs he said were totally mis-measured & need new. The 10 days following I've noticed that again the screens are not fitting properly, wasps started building nests in between the screen and window, I've had to turn 3 of the screens around so they'd fit tighter, even doing that they are still spaces. Still waiting for the replacement screens for the upstairs. Also now putting original window screens back in some windows so there are no gaps for wasps and other bugs to get into. The screen quality is great. The owner and Terry have been great. The installers, not so much. I should not have to re-position my screens myself, they should have ensured they fit before the 1st installation was completed.
