$27 APS Monthly Bills since Adam Installed My Solar!…read more I wanted to go solar as I was tired of the insane APS bills. However, Sun Run, Solar City, etc were just too expensive to eve make the math work. Adam was referred by a friend and it was well worth it. From helping me order the right panels, inverters and get the engineering and permits completed. I did maybe 2% of the "work" and Adam did the rest. But doing so saved me thousands compared to what the big companies were charging. Last July (before solar) my APS bill was close to $435. This month, $27. It's that every month and consists only of taxes and fees. It's awesome. So if you are considering solar, give Adam a call.

He told Jordan from APS in a email how I was dying of cancer and he was helping by not charging me for the work. Because he knew how expensive cancer drugs are. I paid him a total of $2350.00 in deposits and got nothing. Every time I contacted him he would give me excuses. Starting with being on vacation in Seattle, then the rain washing away blue stake markings, it was to hot for him to work, his insurance had lapsed for non-payment for 2 months so City of Phoenix would not issues him a permit until he reestablished a new policy, he was having domestic problems with his spouse ( he said soon to be his ex wife ) and was having to look for another place to live, Finally, he told me was being evicted because he was watching the neighbors dog and the management company saw it and wanted to charge him. Then asked me if they could do that ! I told him I didn't know. But I told him I wanted him to stop doing anymore. And asked him to pay me back part of my deposit of $2350.00 He agreed to send me back $600 but has not. The whole project consisted of stringing a new power line ( provided by APS ) to existing mast and adding a new breaker box so I could have 240v at my house instead of the 120v

We hired Seth from Trident Roofing to remediate the original roof installation on our newly built…read more2017 house. From the time we took occupancy, the front foyer leaked and after the original roofer "fixed" it, the leak was worse. Then there was a leak over the Master BR. We did not trust the original roofer so we hired Trident Roofing. From the get go, there was a significant difference in service. Seth responded to questions immediately and courteously. He provided a detailed report on our roof with pictures and video and clear explanations of the problems we had. His crew came within a short time to remove all the tiles over our two leaking areas, removed the rotted roof felt, placed Boral Tile Seal, properly placed the flashing and replaced the tiles. He used a drone to record the roof before and after. He gave us a 15 year warranty on materials and the work Trident performed - far better than the two year warranty from the original roofer. If you want efficient service, a correctly installed roof, an excellent warranty and service, then call Trident. Talk to Seth. If you want poor service and no response, call my original roofer.
