If it is their issue, they fix it and they always call me to make sure their issue is corrected. If it is my issue, they take their time to walk me through what I need to do and always make sure I am satisfied before hanging up. everyone I have dealt with, for 8 or so years, have been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this service. I live in a rural area and it is sometimes hard to find good customer service when you're in the boonies. 10 out of 10.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more I originally wrote this review much less professionally. After almost a month of unresolved issues, I decided to rewrite it so the facts could speak for themselves. (Trust me, this is the professional version.) I'm paying nearly $100/month for 1 Gbps internet service, yet I'm averaging around 80 Mbps with constant connection drops. I work from home, so reliable internet isn't optional--it's how I earn a living. These ongoing issues have affected my work to the point where I'm now dealing with problems at my job because the service I was promised is not the service I'm receiving. This has been going on for almost a month. A technician has come out almost once a week for the past three weeks, and every visit ends the same way: "We'll escalate the issue." Then I call for an update only to be told the ticket has already been marked resolved, even though nothing has changed. I've called back nearly every day asking for updates and continue to hear that the issue has been "escalated." Meanwhile, I'm still paying for gigabit internet while receiving a fraction of those speeds. When I asked that the approximately $150 early termination fee be waived since Airbeam has been unable to provide the service I'm paying for, I was offered one free month instead. They also applied a $10 credit to my account. While I appreciate the gesture, neither a $10 credit nor one free month makes up for nearly a month of unreliable service, repeated technician visits, the time I've spent calling for updates, or the impact this has had on my ability to work from home. I'm not asking for free service--I'm asking to be released from a contract because the service being provided is not the service I agreed to purchase. Airbeam advertises fast, reliable internet. My experience has been the complete opposite. If you advertise a premium service, charge customers for it, and then fail to deliver while leaving the issue unresolved for weeks, customers are naturally going to feel misled. At this point, I'm simply asking Airbeam to waive the termination fee so I can move to a provider that can actually deliver the service I'm paying for. If that happens, I'll gladly update this review. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who depends on a reliable internet connection for work, school, or everyday use.
