They only install wireless systems such as Google Nest. We had already had another quote from a…read moredifferent company who said they could use our existing Cat 5 and move us away from the current wireless cameras on the home to a wired system that would be integrated with our Starlink. They could also install a wired mesh system which would then help the wired cameras. We are a tad rural and have to use Starlink. It will take a day or so for the owner to do the work and it wasn't cheap but it was 100% doable. We will also have access from our betas through a mobile app. Eagle said they could do nothing for us without an internet company like Cox. The estimator honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as he could. I am sure they are a competent company but if you want a system that isn't Google or something similar, look elsewhere. They also said we had to pay some kind of monitoring fee which I did not want as we have an ADT alarm system we have to pay for .

I am out over $1,000, my AC has been running almost 20 HOURS A DAY during July because Ralph didn't…read moreknow how to fix my AC. My AC (Less than 10 years old) was having a hard time cooling so I called Innovative Air. They said that a pipe had a leak and the refrigerant was gone. So they charged me over $1,000 to fix the leak and refill the refrigerant. After, they left I noticed it was not cooling very well again. After a few days Ralph came back out and noticed they did not fix the leak all the way and the refrigerant leaked out again. So he said he fixed it and supposedly refilled the refrigerant. But it still was not cooling! After a week of me trying to get Ralph to come back out he finally found time in his schedule to come back. He said the refrigerant was low again and supposedly he put more in. It has been almost a month since they originally came out and the system is STILL NOT COOLING! My unit has been running almost 20 HOURS A DAY because he didn't know how to fix it!!! We are dying in the heat so we received a second opinion. The new company said it is an obvious problem of not having enough refrigerant. So I called Ralph. He was EXTREMELY rude and told me he would not warranty the work, the other company didn't know what they were talking about and that I would need to pay the other company for the refrigerant that he should have put it. Ralph has been out 3 times and still hasn't fixed my system. At one point he even told me that he couldn't find the issue and suggested that I just buy a whole new AC unit!! ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY. The photos are a few days of my nest AC history and the pipe that was leaking after he "fixed" it. **Update from Ralph's reply** You are right I am not out $1,000 it was actually $1,200. You said that I lied about something, can you please explain that? It is pretty simple...you charged me $1,200 to fix the AC. After 3 visits, it is still not working! Seems like your integrity should be the one in question here. You claimed the person I got a second opinion from is wrong...so I sent the readings over to another AC company and asked if anything jumped out at them...the tech said, "those readings would indicate a low refrigerant charge" So now my 2nd and 3rd opinions are saying you didn't fill it right...do you want me to get more opinions? How many will it take to have you come back and do the job the right way?
