I am out over $1,000, my AC has been running almost 20 HOURS A DAY during July because Ralph didn't know how to fix my AC. My AC (Less than 10 years old) was having a hard time cooling so I called Innovative Air. They said that a pipe had a leak and the refrigerant was gone. So they charged me over $1,000 to fix the leak and refill the refrigerant. After, they left I noticed it was not cooling very well again. After a few days Ralph came back out and noticed they did not fix the leak all the way and the refrigerant leaked out again. So he said he fixed it and supposedly refilled the refrigerant. But it still was not cooling! After a week of me trying to get Ralph to come back out he finally found time in his schedule to come back. He said the refrigerant was low again and supposedly he put more in. It has been almost a month since they originally came out and the system is STILL NOT COOLING! My unit has been running almost 20 HOURS A DAY because he didn't know how to fix it!!! We are dying in the heat so we received a second opinion. The new company said it is an obvious problem of not having enough refrigerant. So I called Ralph. He was EXTREMELY rude and told me he would not warranty the work, the other company didn't know what they were talking about and that I would need to pay the other company for the refrigerant that he should have put it. Ralph has been out 3 times and still hasn't fixed my system. At one point he even told me that he couldn't find the issue and suggested that I just buy a whole new AC unit!! ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY. The photos are a few days of my nest AC history and the pipe that was leaking after he "fixed" it. **Update from Ralph's reply** You are right I am not out $1,000 it was actually $1,200. You said that I lied about something, can you please explain that? It is pretty simple...you charged me $1,200 to fix the AC. After 3 visits, it is still not working! Seems like your integrity should be the one in question here. You claimed the person I got a second opinion from is wrong...so I sent the readings over to another AC company and asked if anything jumped out at them...the tech said, "those readings would indicate a low refrigerant charge" So now my 2nd and 3rd opinions are saying you didn't fill it right...do you want me to get more opinions? How many will it take to have you come back and do the job the right way? read more

Ok, these guys are fantastic! I bought a new place, & weeks ago I ask an electrician I've used in the past about installing a new Nest after I moved. He said he didn't install them. I thought that was odd. I had one installed by a contractor in my last place & it was quick. Anyway I went to Yelp, & found these guys. Ralph totally worked with me through some scheduling challenges. When we finally worked it out, he sent his two guys out to me the same day on a Saturday. After installing my previous Skybell video doorbell, and failing miserably, I decided not to risk it with my new unit. I received my new Nest Hello unit on Wednesday (along with the new Nest Hub Max), and found Nest Pro AZ in Nest's online list of installers. After seeing their 5-star rating and reading the glowing reviews, I knew I'd found my installer. I requested a quote online right away--it was about 8 pm Wednesday night. Within a few minutes, I received a text--which was the communication preference I choose in the quote request. I was already impressed. Lucky for me, they had an appointment available at noon the next day. I snagged it. I got a follow-up text Thursday saying they could arrive earlier if I was available. I was, and Marvin (the installer) showed up early, as promised. Marvin was very engaging, chatting comfortably and being very complimentary of my home and neighborhood. He worked quickly, and helped set up my iPhone to receive notifications from the Nest app. He was great! After installing the doorbell, he offered to look at my two Nest thermostats, and entered a code that extended their warranties. Marvin charged me the $85 quoted price and was gone within the hour. I do plan to purchase more Smart Home devices to connect to my Nest Hub Max, and will definitely reach out to Nest Pro AZ first. read more

The service of this place is impeccable. I had them install 2 Nest thermostats and Nest doorbell. Prior to them coming out, all my messages and text were returned almost immediately. Ralph, my install guy, worked fast and walked me through the setup and offered lots of good advice. He even advised me about the credits offered by SRP for installing my thermostats. Plus charged me LESS than the quote and I didn't even ask for it. No complaints here and would not hesitate to recommend anyone installing a Nest device. From my initial inquiry to completion of the job they made everything easy and convenient, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I had high hopes for Nest Pro Az. I based my hire of this service on the good reviews on Yelp. I can't say I had the same experience as others. Ralph, who is the owner I assume, is very responsive by email and offers great advice. Otherwise, I had some issues with scheduling that I feel could have been handled better. On the bright side, I can vouch for excellent service during the install itself. Anthony did a good, clean install and I was impressed with his skill and knowledge of the equipment and getting through my walls and a fairly complicated install at my house as I purchased more than 20 devices that needed installation. We just got a Nest thermostat and normally they're pretty simple to install(we've done them before), but we have a fresh air intake in our home. Last night, I submitted a request for a quote after hours of my husband and I trying to figure out what the problem was. Really fast response to an issue I had while installing my Nest. Anastasia gave me instructions over the phone, that did the trick, and I easily could have left it at that, but I wanted confirmation both the heating and cooling system worked with the Nest, so I opted for a visit at a time that was more convenient, and I wanted the entire system ready for the transition from winter/spring/summer. The tech was genuinely honest, as most companies "require" service calls 2x per year, even on new AC/Heating systems, but this tech suggested the system is in great shape, and we are not in a high dust/pollutant area, therefore check again in 2 years. He also reran the wires as one of the wires needed for the recommended Nest install, wasn't done properly (why we had the issue originally) and for a reasonable fee, we were done. When most companies are engaged in excessive milking of clients, it's refreshing to do business with someone who doesn't. read more

I was going to install my Nest Thermostat myself then when I took the cover off my old unit I realized just how old it was and how complicated it might be. First of all, I'm so glad I hired someone to do it. Some rewiring had to be done which I never would have known on my own. I requested several quotes on the Nest site from different companies and was going to wait to hear back. It was a Sunday so usually can't expect much. I was running into issues installing my Nest Thermostat E when I searched Nest's site and found NestPro AZ's info. I called and left a message at 10:15pm, and at 10:18pm Ralph was walking me through the steps via text. All of the wires from my previous thermostat were hooked up properly, however, my AC unit was not turning on. After having me switch the yellow and green wires, he determined that I would need a common wire. While providing the option to come out, Ralph also had me look deeper into the wall to see if I already had one. Sure enough, deep in the wall within the bundle of wires was the blue common wire I needed. Plugged it in and issue solved! read more
