    My reminder to do a maintenance check

    They are a fantastic company. I got my AC replaced 2 years ago and have continued to do a maintenance plan with them. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I contacted them this morning to schedule my biannual maintenance checkup and was surprised to hear that they could head out the same day if I was available. As always, they came out and did a full inspection with pictures for the report provided at the end of the day and provided me with guidance on any recommendations for the unit to last longer. We will continue to use them in the future. U am a very happy customer.

    Hi Lisa Bayne, There was absolutely not a misunderstanding whatsoever, but rather a misrepresentation of the "preventive maintenance membership" that you sell, then unilaterally and retroactively revoke, simply to maliciously and unprofessionally, try to take money from your clients that were honest, communicated very clearly and just because you couldn't commit to the very specific request and you lost the business, you want to increase your cost and unilaterally terminate the membership. I paid for the membership in full for one year and YOU cancelled it. That wasn't my choice. You mention that I received a "coil cleaning" that was needed, yet the irony is that I just received a cleaning from a different provider that I can document. I signed up for the membership to "receive 10% off for future repairs" but what you are DECEIVING your reviewers is that when YOU don't win a bid and cannot meet the clients request, as I have documented in writing, you will change the narrative and try to steal our money. You cite that 90% of your business comes from referrals, and I was actually referred to you by a very well known property manager. I trusted his opinion, however, you have clearly demostrated that you are NOT a trustworthy company and more importantly, I don't you're a trustworthy employee given how you have misrepresented the facts. I will upload our text conversation which clearly contradicts what you say. You allegedly have a "recorded conversation" that you DID NOT disclose, as you said you did, and and I would really appreciate if you would publish such a conversation so you can really expose how shady of a manager you are representing Bumble. For your readers, I have paid for ALL services rendered, including a proration of the "membership" that was deceiving SOLD to me as it was something LISA cancelled and now wants to INCREASE the bill RETROACTIVELY which is shady in my opinion. Lisa insist on collecting, retroactively by reversing the benefits I PAID for on the membership, to attempt to steal $145.58 MORE, simply because they could NOT meet the timeline I clearly have communicated in writing. I STRONG SUGGEST TO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE IF LISA IS INVOLVED.

When they finished you couldn't tell they were here. Clean up was excellent and new AC working great. I've been using Airtime for a while. They've always been available immediately for any needs and their maintenance program is great. Their pricing is also good and very competitive with other companies. When I scheduled a service appointment, I was told there would be a two-month wait because they were backed up. I accepted that and waited. On the afternoon before the morning of my appointment, they called to cancel -- not to reschedule promptly, but to push me out another full month. No apology that meant anything until I confronted Deb. Her apology also meant nothing and I only got it after I confronted her with the poor treatment she gave me. And still no commitment to get anybody out any sooner than waiting another month. Just a well, I'll try but I can't promise you anything. No effort to prioritize a loyal customer with a significant investment. Just another delay with no end in sight. This is the kind of company that will take your money on the front end and leave you hanging on the back end. Loyal customers are not a priority here -- you are just a number in a queue. If you have a high-value system that depends on reliable maintenance, do yourself a favor and find a provider that will actually show up when they say they will. I understand when this was under old management, before the new owner took over, it was a well run company. But not now.

    As we move into summer, our 11 year old AC unit started having days where it would stop blowing…read morecold air. We'd turn it off for a bit, turn it back on and it would work just fine for a few more days. Didn't seem to be a problem with electric, refrigerant, etc. We'd had the unit serviced recently so not much dirt on the unit.. I guess we're lucky because in the few years we've been here both our units have functioned great. Wasn't sure who to call, but we'd had a great experience with the plumbing side of Hansen, so we reached out. Scheduling was very easy. You can do so online, or a real person answers the phone. They offered to have someone out within a few hours! Our problem wasn't that urgent, but it's comforting to know. Benjamin was our technician, and he was great with communication. He diagnosed the problem (leaking fan motor) very quickly, and gave us options for repair. At no time was he pushy about anything, just factual. We were on the fence with repair vs replace, but decided the unit had enough life in it to repair. Ben also gave us figures on replacing with an eye towards the future. He wrote it all up even knowing that we weren't going to buy anything in the short term. This is really excellent customer service, and you can bet when we're ready we will remember. The repairs were done quickly, we got an email with the invoice and pictures of all the areas worked on. The property was left tidy, and it was an overall excellent experience. That was a week ago, and our AC is working better than it has in the past two years.
