This was my second time using their services at my home. This time to get a Blu-ray player installed in my TV room and to determine options for networking an older flat panel screen in my garage. Blu-ray player install was a breeze since Dynamic had thoughtfully pre-wired an HDMI cable during their initial install of smart TV's when I moved in. They determined the older TV was functional and could be enabled with a firestick and sent me a link on Amazon to purchase it. Tech arrived on time and at front end of service window which was greatly appreciated. Because pre-wiring had been done, while visit only subject to their minimum home call service fee of $125. Less than 1 year in and I have issues with my LTS camera system. LTS seems like a license to steal for these guys. LTS will not deal with you directly, according to them; their customer is Dynamic Audio Video. One power outage and my LTS Connect app has locked me out. My NVR works, but my app isn't receiving any information. You cannot do a password reset. LTS also will not help you. They advised me that Nick with Dynamic could simply call in and reset my password. He refused to help without receiving a $150 minimum service fee. Paying $150 for a password reset is ridiculous. I'll be looking elsewhere for a better product. read more

I needed to have a Cat6A cable installed in my garage to the patch panel in the laundry room. They were able to pull the cable up the wall across the crawlspace pull it down and terminate both ends. In addition to that work, they put all new in-ceiling Klipsch speakers in for my surround sound which sounds phenomenal.
