They responded immediately to my quote request and asked a lot of questions on the type of build I needed. They sent a detailed quote which seemed fair. They sent out 2 really good technicians in Jeff and Jeff & Horacio who were very detail oriented and spent time measuring and making sure everything was lined up and configured properlyl. They even brought along a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust created when they were cutting into the drywall. These guys are the absolute best, we will 100% recommend them to everyone we know!! We used them for a giant project on our new 5,000 sq. foot spec home. Justin the owner is super personable and gives you plenty of attention. The Eli and his crew were super knowledgeable and has a lot of expertise. They were able to problem solve a difficult install at my house and leave it looking amazing. They mounted the TV, and installed a ring doorbell. After realizing that our Internet was slow, they installed a whole home Wi-Fi which has completely eliminated dead spots, now our is Internet amazing. They stayed at my house as late as they needed, and even came by after hours later to troubleshoot a few issues. Audio EnVision - TV install - Home Network Installation Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Poor workmanship and incorrect re-placement is paramount for this job. I hired Audio EnVision to put in 5 in speaker ceilings, re-terminate two Netowrk drops and replace the structure wiring panel. The panel is good, no complaints there, but when hooking my DirecTV back up, the cables were flipped from the feed and nothing worked. Ok, no big deal, glad I knew how to fix. Not what I expected, though. The picture shows a drywall hole cut for a speaker and when I asked the crew if they missed, they said there's a stud right where we wanted to put the speaker. Well, I could've missed! I paid around $1,600 for this work (including speakers). Again, I could've missed cuts for free. Justin did offer to have someone come out and patch, in their defense, which I declined since our house is being painted this week. Again, now what I expected. I'd asked Justin if he'd be willing to send someone out to organize some cables and put in some cable management in lieu of the repair, but no reply on that. Overall, the work turned out ok (the 5 speakers), but there were some interesting misses along the way. Average work and they did offer to fix the hole, but for the price charged, I expected a little more expertise. read more

I contracted Audio EnVision to do a complete overhaul of (2) 7.2.1 home theater room setups, wiring of CAT6 through the entire house along with coaxial TV packages to relevant rooms, network equipment deployment (WAPs and cabling), a network/AV management rack, as well as exterior CAT6/coax line runs for my ramada with another media center setup. I have worked directly with Justin and Jeff as well as a few other fine people whose names I shamefully cannot remember at this time. I want to start by saying that not only is their entire crew remarkably proficient, kind, punctual and accommodating, but they are some of the most genuine and likable people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, or just interacting with. Went great. I had an old 46 inch TV removed from the wall in my living room and they installed a new 65 inch TV and programmed it. I am also a cord cutter in regards to cable. They installed a TV antenna in the attic and they activated three outlets in my three bedrooms. The TV antenna is great because the picture is fantastic and I receive a ton of signals; its a great way to save money from cable. Justin the owner came out and did the initial estimate and he was fantastic to speak with. Justin's two employees that came out to do the install were great and they worked non stop while they were at my home and they were easy to speak to if I had questions. Great experience today with Audio EnVision technicians Jeff and Andy. I had a digital antenna installed. They found a way to do a better installatiion with better reception than the plan I had. They also had to work around multiple issues with the existing cabling in my home - solving each until the job was done. Nice clean up and customer service too. We had Audio EnVision install a total home WiFi system and network drops for all of our TVs. Justin responded quickly to my request for a quote. Jeff (project manager and tech) came out to walk through the house and we scheduled the work. Jeff and Miguel arrived on time every day and worked hard in the hot Phoenix weather including many hours in the attic. They did the work they said they would and when they encountered a problem they proposed solutions instead of telling us things we wanted couldn't happen. They added 5 WiFi access points including one outdoor node and they added drops for ethernet and Directv for 3 TVs (including wall mounting the TVs and soundbars), and an ethernet for our office computers. They helped get all of our Sonos equipment reconnected to the new router as well. New hardware included a new router, modem and switch all installed in a cabinet in our office closet.
