Wow, what a great experience. I called two other tv mounting services and one had to be called twice before I got an answer the other just never called me back. I called IStar and Anna answered right away. We booked the appointment and Danil was on time and prepared for action Extra points for Danil cuz he had a unique challenge with mounting my TV on a wall with a thick and expensive piece of tile. 3 drill bits later, he got the job done and was a true pro. I LOVE the job he did and would HIGHLY recommend IStar. Don't even bother calling anyone else. Trust me. read more

I moved and needed to get my television mounted to the wall. Because I had never done this I looked around on Yelp and found this service. After getting five quotes using Yelp I chose IStar. I had communicated back and forth with Danil and got a few calls confirming the date of the appointment and then the day of I got a call because he was running 30 minutes behind. However Danil showed up in the range of time they gave me for the install. He was extremely professional and nice when it came to the install and knew exactly what to do. I was impressed that every thing he did he checked the measurements and the level first before he did the install, then checked them again and balanced everything out to make it just right. It was a great job and I would highly recommend the service. Yelp 2018 Challenge (39 of 100) read more

I was looking to get my new 65- inch Samsung TV mounted in the bedroom, so I reached out to an installer I had used earlier this year. That installer never replied, so I decided to go with IStar Services and I couldn't be more satisfied with how everything turned out. Anna replied immediately to all of my messages and their prices were very reasonable. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes before the installer arrived for our appointment and the installer arrived on time. My installer (Daniel) was awesome! He made sure all my concerns were addressed, answered all of my questions and even cleaned up when he was finished. I would recommend IStar Services to anyone who likes excellent work at a great price. read more

IStar Services - My new 65-inch Samsung in my home office. - Home Theatre Installation Near Me

So I came across IStar through Yelp. I received a prompt response with a quote from Anna. I initially wanted a 70 inch TV mounted to my bedroom wall as I upgraded my Living room TV. Because of scheduling conflicts, I had to make an appointment about 2 weeks later. A week prior to my appointment, I found out that my new TV for my living room had VESA mount points that were much higher than the previous TV so having that unit sit in it's current place against the wall mount would not work (it was way too low). I text messaged Anna and asked for a quote to re-position the living room mount and adjust the new TV. She did give me a price that was reasonable. On the day we were set to have the services performed, Anna did call me to inform me the tech was on the way. There was a discrepancy in the quote she provided which she confirmed with the tech. This was relayed to me the same day. After some clarification, we both agreed on a cost that was fair. Daniel was our tech and he arrived with a mask and was courteous. He worked very quickly and efficiently. He informed me of some serious mounting issues with the previous work done on my Living Room mount. He showed me the error and also explained thoroughly how he corrected that concern on the remount. I was very happy with the overall service. Daniel worked very fast and cleaned up after himself. I will be recommending iStar to all of my family and friends. read more

Danil was great. He hung up a 77" TV mount, the TV, a soundbar mount, and the soundbar. There was a great line of communication from Anna who asked what days and times I was available, and Danil who called within the window I scheduled to let me know he was on his way. Danil was nice enough to educate me how mounting a Tv works since I was curios and had never had it done before. The price was great and lower than all other places I had checked around Scottsdale. I am very happy with my experience and will be recommending and using IStar for my future mounts. Thanks Anna and Danil! read more

Fast response when we messaged on Yelp, in fact first response back. Good communication and came on time. We got 2 tvs hung and they did the mounting and placed wires behind wall. He helped my husband move furniture since one of the dressers was to heavy for me. Most of our items were new out of the box, he opened everything and was pretty familiar with the type of wall mount we purchased. Clean wall cuts and mounting, offered to vacuum too. Great price as well about $50 per wall to insert wires and for our 77 inch $130 and 65 inch $109 to mount. We would recommend them again. read more

I sent out a barrage of emails out late last night/early this morning soliciting quotes to have my TV mounted above a fireplace in my apartment. I had the mounting kit already, just needed the muscle to come out and bravely drill holes into the right places. Danil was quick to respond to my email with a reasonable quote and was able to come out later that SAME DAY! He came with all the tools necessary to complete the job and was nice enough to install my soundbar mounting bracket while he was at it. The end result is beautiful, my TV and soundbar are magically floating (with help of some sturdy steel bolted into wooden studs) above my fireplace as I wished! The only reason I am downgrading from a 5-star to a 4-star review is: AFTER Danil started drilling, he informed me that the height I wanted to install the TV at would not support the weight of the TV and that we'd have to move it to where it could attach to a stud. That is perfectly fine by me but I wish we could have discussed that before he drilled the other holes in the wall. The whole reason I called in a pro for this job was the fact I wanted to put my best effort into retaining my deposit when I leave by leaving the least amount of damage as possible. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the services rendered by IStar and would still recommend them to someone in need, I'd just remind to check twice before drilling. read more
