Al was knowledgeable, fast, efficient and friendly. He was able to schedule me in fast and knew exactly how to make the wired Ring doorbell work with the existing doorbell. read more

I found Al's Home Automation through a Yelp search when my Lorex home security system was having multiple issues with both the cameras and DVR. From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. Al was easy to reach, very responsive, and showed up promptly. When he came out, he went above and beyond to get everything working again, and I was amazed at how much he accomplished in just a few short hours. He even brought his adult daughter along to assist--she was so kind and together they made a great team. On top of the excellent service, his prices were extremely reasonable. Whether you're looking to install a new security system or repair an existing one, I highly recommend Al's Home Automation! read more

I would not call this guy again to do one bit of work-- ever. He was constantly late, didn't bring the equipment needed to do the job correctly, returned phone calls late and did shoddy work. Must I go on. read more

10/10 Recommend. Al was great to work with. He is communicative, flexible, and personable. Best part of my experience was an un-scheduled follow up visit to help me troubleshoot some items beyond me post install. read more

I had a non working mounted 65" TV removed and replaced with another TV. I was more than pleased with the service. They arrived within the scheduled timeframe. They were extremely professional but at the same time very friendly and personable. They were very respectful to my home and cleaned up after themselves. I am planning on using them again for some jobs. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!!!! Thank you! read more

Al's Home Audio/Video - TV Mounting Near Me

Al and his son came and mounted our 65 inch TV. It was harder than we expected due to the concrete wall. My husband was there and he said Al was friendly and professional. He made sure all the devices/channels were working before he was done. Exceeded our expectations, should've done this sooner. Will definitely be using them again. read more

I've always wanted to hang my TV's and not have a stand AND not have wires exposed. I actually just inquired with another company because they had more reviews, but Al reached out in less than 10 minutes with a quote. He was out same day, and I'm so excited at how good the TV looks! Al is friendly, and worked to ensure that we were 100% happy. Also, the pricing is very reasonable. I would use him again when we buy our house and would also refer the company to friends, CO-workers and my own customers. read more

Al was awesome. He went above and beyond. I was missing the power plug to one TV and he checked three places before finding one. He wanted to make sure everything was in working order and that I was completely satisfied. I would recommend Al's Home Audio and Video to anyone. Thanks again Al! read more

Al's Home Audio/Video - 58" Samsung TV hung up by Albert & his team!! No wires showing. Absolutely amazing! - TV Mounting Near Me

Highly recommended !! As a new homeowner in the Avondale area , I had no idea who to call to install a surround sound . I called several companies and after making multiple calls and email requests with little response, I was surprised that Al returned my call in a matter of minutes. He showed up at the scheduled appointment time ( which is another struggled we've had ) His price was reasonable and exactly in the ball park of what I expected. We hired him on the spot and scheduled the install for the following week. Once again he showed up on time and the work was perfect !! My only regret is that I hadn't met with him before I purchased the equipment as I would have preferred purchasing all the equipment through him as well based on his recommendations. read more

Messaged today for a quote and less than 24 later my TV is mounted perfectly on my wall! Good service! Thanks Albert!

Al was super efficient and knowledgeable. I compared prices with many companies and AL had some of the best pricing I found. We had two TVs mounted and they look great. I will use this company for all future av needs. read more

Al and I had a slight misunderstanding of the agreed upon surround sound installation cost that would be charged. My payments to Al covered all materials and labor for the job, and it was my understanding we had agreed upon that cost the evening he completed the install. However the next day Al came back with a different (higher) cost, so we discussed. He was frustrated and told me, "Unfortunately our business is concluded" Well that leaves me with No Warranty on the work and product provided, additionaley he refuses to provide any assistance in helping us to understand the operation of the new system. The work performed was good and met my expectations, however now I'm left high and dry. My suggestion to anyone dealing with Al, make sure you get in writing your agreed upon cost for the work, which should hopefully prevent such an issue that I had. Tony G read more

I desperately needed my new 65 inch TV installed after moving into a new apartment so I reached out to a few local companies that offered mounting services through the bulk messaging feature here. Al responded within 10 minutes of my request and made it over to hang my TV for me within the same day. He and his young son came and had it up within 30 minutes. Normally, I'd feel comfortable installing my own mount, however, the weight of this TV in addition to the substrate i was mounting it to caused me some concern. Thankfully, he and his son installed it flawlessly and I trusted them far more considering their experience! I will be using their services again when I have a security doorbell installed. read more

I set an appointment with Al agreed on the price. Al did not show up on the first appointment he sent a text stating that he was sick which I wholeheartedly believe so we set Another date two days later and he did not show up again.I let a week lapse just to see if he will call me and I heard nothing from him I text him to see why he blew me off and he stated his son may have missed me it was taking his place which I find a little hard to believe if I would not have text him.I support small businesses But I will have to say that was really not cool I did find someone else cheaper who are secure my sound system to my projector safely and would not cause a home fire so I am glad he blew me off read more

Al's Home Audio/Video service is top tier service. 5 stars is not enough. They came out today and installed my new tv on a full motion mount. They were very professional, had the patience to wait until i got home with the TV. They even unloaded from my car and unboxed it. It was evidenced through those little things that customer service is a priority for Al's Home/Video service. The job was completed in reasonable time with attention paid to every detail. They set up and programmed the tv and made sure we understood how to operate the new tv. Something that's not seen as much nowadays is the extra mile of customer service that was given by Al's Home/Audio video. And the price was very reasonable. Happy and satisfied customers are what my family and I are today. Thanks Al for the great service. read more
