Called a few companies to do a basic tv mount installation and SG Installations AZ was the cheapest. At first, I was skeptical because they were the cheapest, however I read great reviews. I took a chance with them. I inquired if they work on Saturdays and they certainly do. We scheduled an appointment to come between 10am and 12pm. They got here right at 10am. I supplied a full motion tv mount for our new 65" tv and pretty much installed it without a hitch! The only thing was that our home builder put the top outlet smack dab in the middle of our wall where we wanted to put it. Me and my wife agreed with the workers and it looks great! They were very professional and even joked with me and my wife because our 6 month old heard the loud drilling and got scared. Very friendly and will use again. My only suggestion, especially with COVID going around and having a baby that is crawling around is that they should supply their own shoe covers. When I didn't see them have any, I had some and asked if they can wear them, which they did. Outside of this, they are top notch. read more

Wow is an understatement of the incredible service I received from Steven and his crew. I, being the test case dummy, had the monumental task of fitting my 75" TV into our new home's built in bookcase that has a 70" TV cutout. The crew had to create a frame to mount the TV mount to the bookcase so the plugs would plug in for our TV and FireTv, and they framed the TV with the bookcase so it looks custom made. They did a PERFECT install with a very difficult situation to work with. Even my wife is happy with the install, now I just need to convince her that the slight overhang of the TV into the bookcase is cool. So far she is buying it. Tv mounting setup looks good however they definitely could've been a lot more careful throughout the house! 1st off I own a brand new home and they didn't take their shoes off nor did they wear shoe covers. I spoke via yelp chat with Steven last week prior to knowing when I would have availability to have them come install my TV, and he informed me of their VERY affordable prices (cheapest quote in Phoenix area). I hired SG Installations to install a 70 inch television in our new house. The gentleman doing the install arrived on time and got right to work. Great experience, as easy as it could be. Removed a wall mounted 10-year-old 52" HDTV and replaced it with a new 65" 4K using the existing mount. Got SG booked over the weekend and they showed up spot on schedule Monday morning in Ahwatukee. They connected a 4K streaming stick to the TV and old-fashioned RCA audio output into my A/V receiver, verified everything was working, and were out in 30 minutes! Do NOT do business with SG Installations. After speaking with the receptionist I was told to contact Steven, the owner directly. Not only is Steven unfriendly, he made it very clear in our initial conversation that my business was not a priority of his. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and schedule an appointment anyhow. I called Steven the day of our appointment at the time he was supposed to arrive. He had completely forgotten our prior conversation and acted as if my call was an inconvenience to his schedule. He made it apparent he was frustrated and without apology said he'd call me "later" and hung up. Four hours later I called him and it rang to his full voicemail box, so I couldn't even leave a message. An hour after that he had someone else call me to say he would call me later, but again would not specify. An hour later; 5 hours after our original appointment time, I texted Steven we had decided not to do business with him. He then responded in a very passive aggressive, unprofessional manner.
