ARCO sent Luis to re-key the locks on my condo today. He called to let me know that he would arrive in appx 20 minutes and arrived on time. One of the deadbolts was too broken to be re-keyed . I feel bad for not remembering his name but the locksmith that came out was efficient and friendly. I put on a mask when he pulled up to greet him and so he did the same without being asked. This is greatly appreciated because guests in my house will follow my rules and he was very respectful. He was super excellent at knowing what was covered under my home warranty company and confirmed what the scheduler said I would owe. He also changed out a deadbolt that required a key to leave the house! This could be bad in case of a fire and it reminded me of the fire hazard of bars on windows without an unlatch button. That is fixed and all locks are re-keyed! Very happy with the service! read more

Update- we were given a 36 dollar refund. While this is appreciate I would recommend getting a pricing estimate in paper prior to confirmation of services. Service was completed however was quoted a significant amount of money less than the actual cost of the service. I was told on the phone a couple table lock out was 119 dollars but when the service was completed we were charged 290. After further inquiry into this matter I was told the info I had received initially was false as this is a constable lock change. I received a 10% discount for my next services which is something but does not address the current situation. I will be searching for other companies if I have any lock services needed in the future. read more
