Cleveland is very professional and worked with me to align schedules, booked him 2 months out and got everything ironed out quick. It's hard to find people who can properly mount flush TVs. I got a 77" G4 OLED Mounted with perfectly flush fitment, recessed panel and cables ran through perfectly. I did tons of research and if you're looking for someone knowledgeable , meticulous and reasonable, this is your guy! Really can't recommend him enough. Pics attached for reference. read more

Cleveland is a true gentleman and a skilled professional. He just completed another job for me on my Ringcam. He knows what he's doing. This man is a pleasure to do business with. I'm glad I found him. read more

I cannot recommend low voltage pro and Cleveland highly enough. He put in 6 Ethernet drops, a couple of outlets for a closet NVR and wall mount TV, and did it all for me in around 6-7 hours. He was also able to get some of these Ethernet drops into very difficult attic spaces that had minimal space. He does not try to push any specific camera brand on you and you can feel the passion he has for the work. read more

Was hired to install outdoor WiFi very quickly. Clean work. Also friendly and honest.

Our family had a wonderful experience working with Cleveland and Low Volt Pro. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service he provided during my mother's recent Ring installation. From our initial contact, his responsiveness and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you, Cleveland, for your patience and expertise in installing the complete Ring Security System, including the motion detectors, cameras, solar panels, sensors, alarm base, and doorbell. My mother found your guidance on operating the equipment and your advice on camera placement incredibly helpful. I also want to thank you for taking the extra time to troubleshoot with me over the phone to ensure I had proper remote access to all the devices. It gives us great peace of mind knowing her home security system was installed with such care and attention to detail. Your kindness and technical support made all the difference! We feel so fortunate to have found your company and to have the pleasure of working with you! read more

Cleveland is the MAN! I was in need of 7 ethernet drops for a wap, cameras, my computer, and a couple TVs in my new home. He showed up on time was super professional and went above and beyond. My Cox service was not working at all and instead of having to wait for the Cox tech to come onsite Cleveland went up on the pole in my alley and removed a filter on their line. I did not ask him to do that, he just identified the problem and fixed it. I am beyond satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I am planning on having him come back and install some ceiling mounted speakers for my living room. read more

great service highly recommend. Cleveland is a pro, the project involved a lot of trouble shooting and he was fantastic. very happy!

Low Volt Pro - Tv mounted and installed on the covered patio - Security Systems Near Me

This is your guy! I contacted Cleveland over the New Years holiday to install a 85" TV, he responded in less that 30 min, provided an estimate and assured me the mount he would provide would withstand the new TV, even at a tilt. The day finally came for Cleveland and his wife to come install, and they were right on time. They came in, Cleveland hung his entire body weight on the mount to ease my concerns (wish I snapped a photo of that, lol), and they flawlessly installed the TV- it looks GREAT! We will be calling him for future installations for home security. Highly recommend Low Volt Pro! read more

As an IT manager, I knew what I wanted, and Cleveland really delivered. He ran 10 Cat 6a cables from a new rack to 4 access points and 6 TVs, using Panduit mini-com jacks. He hung the rack, TVs and access points with great care and precision. One of the rooms was not accessible from above or below, but he never gave up and found a workaround. I highly recommend Cleveland and his team. read more

Cleveland is far and away the best low voltage technician I've ever dealt with. He's been to our house for various jobs, including the installation of a new home security system, a video doorbell, 6 POE security cameras and a speaker system. He listens to you, explains everything in layman terms, answers your questions, is extremely competent, and won't leave until you are completely satisfied with his work. It's clear that Cleveland loves what he does, and this passion certainly shows in the high quality of his work and his attention to detail. I cannot recommend him highly enough. read more

Clelveland is the best. Great guy with a great work ethic and attitude! He was as excited about seeing our tv mounted as we were. He takes so much pride in his work and it shows. Him and his partner got a lot done for us and we are super happy with the results. We will use low volt again 100% if the need arises. He gets booked up so be sure you plan. Cleveland installed 5 POE security cameras, a POE doorbell and a 12U data rank for me. After performing a site survey, he came up with a plan and a reasonable cost estimate. He was very upfront about what he was going to do and had shared all alternatives. He also provided all the information necessary to allow me to buy the right parts and his communication was excellent throughout the entire project. I was impressed with his how fast and efficient he was and his flexibility to carry out some necessary enhancements to the project. As a network engineer and having worked with few low voltage vendors in a corporate setting, I can attest to the fact that Low Volt Pro delivers high quality services. read more

Cleveland is AMAZING to work with! I've hired him 4 times already for multiple homes. He's installed lines to enable gigabit internet for me (we needed to upgrade our lines and he took care of all of the wiring throughout my main home). He also installed security cameras on the same property and made some really great hardware recommendations. He's moved power sources in several of the houses so no cables are visible when mounting the TV's. This is preferred vs dropping cables to the bottom of the wall (although many people do that it's technically a fire hazard). He does a remarkable job mounting TVs and installing surround sound systems (which he's also helped me with in multiple homes). He always leaves the place spotless (no cables or trash left behind, etc). If you're looking for top notch service from an experienced installer, please don't wait another moment. I promise you will not be disappointed in the quality of work! read more

Low Volt Pro retrofitted CAT6 network cabling and wifi access points into my ~20 year old house that had no prebuilt wiring. Cleveland is thorough and works with you to ensure you're getting exactly what you're looking for out of the install you request. He even had some fantastic suggestions for how to do things a little differently from what i'd envisioned but that would provide a better value for my money. Fantastic company and crew. Would definitely recommend. read more

Excellent service! Two projects done immediately and the work looks beautiful!!! I would always recommend.

Outstanding service, Cleveland is incredible. Fixed our phone line mess and internet jacks, and now our same DSL line is twice as fast, apparently it was simply patch over patch before. He found out all the faults in our attics, fixed them all and here is the kick...He got stuck on something COX probably did years ago, did not hesitate to call someone to figure it out. It shows how goo the is, not looking for shortcuts or by basses, just do it right! Thanks again Cleveland, fantastic work! read more
