Highly recommend this business. Marcelo was able to install my security cameras very quickly for an affordable price

You do the math, we had 3 different Cox technicians out to solve our TV WiFi problems after our Cox fiber optic installed and the problems were not fixed. Marcelo came out once and we can finally enjoy the benefits of fiber optics. His pricing was fair and he's someone you can trust. read more

I rarely post reviews but am making an exception in this case. Marcelo is outstanding and will use him for cable and network wiring from now on. Very professional, good pricing and he just did an outstanding job in replacing the CAT 5e cable in my house with CAT 6a. He cleaned up some existing wiring mess and I cannot say enough good things about the job he did. read more

This is the second time that I used Easy Link. The first time was earlier this year. Our WiFi was spotty and we had dead spots in our house. After Marcelo fixed everything, our WiFi was great! No further WiFi problems and worked awesome without spotty dropped areas. For issue this time, I wanted my current wired computer setup to be moved to another room of the house and Marcello had to drop a line using the attic space which is difficult in our house because of the vaulted ceilings. After a few hours, everything was moved and internet worked perfectly! He does the job quickly, reasonable cost, and easy to schedule with him. But best of all he gets everything to work!! I've called other internet service people and they don't seem to know why things may not be working in your house. We had that happen with our WiFi with cox. We had three different cox techs come out and not a single person could tell us why we had spotty WiFi. They finally told us it was just our house. But we turned to Easy Link, and Marcello came and explained it and just got it done! Didn't even take him that long! Appreciate that finally there is someone who can get the job done!! read more

Very happy with our mounted TV! On time, clean and easy to work with! Did a great job and great value! read more

Excellent service, everything was done quickly and efficiently. Marcelo Trivisonno did a fantastic job and we barely knew he was in the house redoing our home network to be ready for fiber optic high speed internet. Thank you for your guidance in setting up our home to be internet future proof by running conduit and cat6e through our home. We were able to hardwire in our TVs, computers and game counsels to free up WiFi bandwidth for smaller devices such as iPads and phones. I would highly recommend using their services for anyone looking to install a home theater system or internet network. Thanks so much Marcelo! read more

Great experience- rewired a very messy data closet and helped with new doorbell. Fast communication, on time, did great work. Fair pricing, highly recommended. Thanks Marcello! read more

I had Marcelo complete an in-wall ethernet cable drop. He arrived on time, he kept the area clean, and he completed it in a timely manner. Price was reasonable as well. I'm already trying to think of other projects to call him about. read more

Marcelo figured out how to fix the cabling problems at my mother in law's home. It ended up requiring a challenging new cable run through the attic and around a vaulted ceiling. He didn't complain and the cost was reasonable. I'd call him again next time. read more

Marcelo did an excellent job on following up and contacting us and schedule an appointment very quickly! I had a situation that needed high-level technical skills to be able to configure the system that we currently had! He helped show me many different ways to establish connections and also set up different platforms on every level. He is very thorough and helps explain all processes! Definitely gonna use them in the future and also recommend for others. Very reasonable overall pricing!! So happy with all the outcomes read more

Best overall permanent install team I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend this company for any TV, speaker, IT install.

Great experience with Marcello and Easy Link Networks. We had an an ethernet line dropped into a room, an outlet installed for tv, along with tv mount installed. Being an older home, made it more difficult to drop lines and add electrical outlet. Marcello did very nice work which included the patching and painting of areas where work was done. Responsive, on time, very fair pricing, great work. Would definitely use again. read more

Professional courteous fare prices high quality standards quick response would highly recommend

What a great experience! We bought an older home and the Wi-Fi was horrible. Cox came out multiple times and said that our internal Wi-Fi cables were bad but they don't do any internal wire work. I found Marcelo and Easy Link Networks on Yelp and he fixed everything! We now have a smart box for easy repairs, our TV's - game console and husband's work computer are all hard wired and our Wi-Fi is running at top speed for our phones and tablets. He did a lot of work for us and price was reasonable considering all that he had to do! Quick to communicate with and was very reliable! Highly recommend! read more

he installed many Ethernet ports throughout the house and did a great Job, and stayed until he made sure it worked. went the extra mile and the costs was very good too. I highly recommended him and will be hiring him again for future work. read more

Needed help with security cameras and surround sound system. Quick response, very helpful, and more than fair with costs.

I had a speaker system throughout the house, but needed to hook the wires up to something in order to utilize them. Marcelo came out, quickly assessed the set-up and realized that all I needed was a speaker selector, some speaker wire and an optical cable to hook everything up. He recommended a very inexpensive speaker selector, gave me a quick education on how to hook everything up, then gave me his card and told me that if I run into any issues to give him a call. Here is the amazing part, he didn't charge me anything for the visit. The whole project ended up costing me $50, which was a third of what most other services I contacted wanted to charge me just to come out a take a look. We are loving our speakers and we have Marcelo to thank for making it happen (in the most cost effective way). It is vendors like Marcelo that remind me there are still great people out there focused on helping their customers. He was so positive and helpful. Given that, I highly recommend using Marcelo and Easy Link Networks! read more

Marcelo took a job some didn't want and some couldn't even do and executed it FLAWLESSLY. I rarely write a review or am impressed by much but I couldn't be happier. Not only did his work knock the lights out but he also patched holes as he worked, accommodated my annyoying dog but left place cleaner then he found it...my wife said he is the only one around here who cleans up other than her! I look forward to finding a reason to have it back, THANKS AGAIN! read more

Sent the company a quote to go the ethernet cables to my 2 bedrooms and he gave me the lowest estimate within a couple of hours. So he scheduled with me one spot within 1 business day. Marcelo came on time and started the work right away. The work is quite large because it requires going a cable from the router in the living room through the attic and then outside before going in the master bedroom because that room has a flat roof. He did a great job of making sure the wiring on the external wall look very neat and insulated. Also, he cleaned up the dust before he left. Everything was done within 3 hours. He is definitely the best at what he does. read more

I called Marcelo a week ago to quote 3 TVs, one of which was a complete home theater installation, and diagnose my Ethernet connectivity. He had availability next Wednesday. Through some email correspondence he said he rather I buy all the parts since he had no time to go to his warehouse. Today, the day before he arrives, I took several pictures and went into more detail so he could be adequately prepared coming in. Some "additions" included mounting my media cabinet, installing a sound bar and adding power outlet to hide the wires. Apparently, these items were the straws which broke the camel's back. After some back and forth he decided this was too much work for him and he had taken a big job right after. But from the beginning, he had given me the feeling that he didn't really want to do it. I was always the one who initiated the communication and provided additional information whether he inquired or otherwise. He told me the mounting of the cabinet and sound bar installation were outside the scope of the original project. To a layperson, this is ridiculous. I just want my stuff mounted and "set up". I only took additional pictures to give him a better idea. And ironically, I only did this because I read some of his reviews here which hinted he had to do a lot of work that was outside of scope for free and I didn't want to do that to him. Serves me right eh. And his excuse of too much work I completely do not accept. This is not my first home theater rodeo. These TVs of mine are not new nor is the sound bar: they came from my previous house. I just couldn't exactly bring the in-ceiling speakers with me. Take a look, I'm renting the place out now and you can see the in-ceiling speakers with receiver: http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/apa/5116515524.html And the home theater guy there did the exact same work in one day and charged me $800--including all the work that Marcelo told me was extra. That's how I know to request for an additional power outlet, because that is what my prior home theater guy had recommended. I wish I hadn't lost his number... So, was it so unusual and unreasonable to assume the Five-Star reviewed Marcelo to be able to accomplish the same amount of work in the same amount of time? Note, that I wrote "assume" and not "expect". Because most importantly, Marcelo did NOT ask for more money, more time, nor to reschedule. I was willing to pay. I was willing to reschedule. He just didn't want to do it. I guess you better give Marcelo a crystal clear break down of every little work item if you are fortunate enough to retain his services. Otherwise, you'll wait a week, purchase all the parts, and be left hanging. I am extremely frustrated for the time wasted. I was very much looking forward to completing my new home and eager for the finished product. If you have a home job I suggest you go elsewhere. I've seen this pattern a few times on Yelp. They start out small and gain traction. Now they are too big for you. Find someone who is more hungry for your business. Marcelo is on Cloud 9 with his big jobs. Attached are the pics I sent him today. read more

I live in Santa Monica and needed to have my high speed Internet wiring come from the very back of the detached garage into the house and then be hardwired into our existing home ethernet system. This was actually a pretty complex job that involved drilling through two different external walls, running a lot of cable, doing a lot of testing and configuring. Marcelo was able to schedule me immediately, came and gave A very reasonable estimate and then came a few days later. He did the job in under an hour and everything was running perfectly. Now we have extremely high speed Internet inside our house and it has been spectacular. He did a very clean and thorough job. Cannot recommend anybody more highly! I had just moved across the country from NYC to Santa Monica, and along with that meant buying a whole bunch of new things. One of those things was a TV. I've always had my TV mounted on the wall, and in NYC, it's easy when you live in a doorman building, because the maintenance guy can always do a great basic job for a few extra bucks. However, it wasn't the case in my current building, so off to Yelp I went. Marcelo had 5-star reviews everywhere, and Yelp has been very good in suggesting people in the past, so I gave him a ring. Marcelo picked up immediately and said he would be available in two days. We agreed on a time and a date, and Marcelo took down the address. The day of the appointment, Marcelo and I confirmed early that morning. About two hours before the appointment, Marcelo said he would be able to come by earlier, if that were amenable to me, which it was. It also turns out that I was having furniture delivered that day, and that needed to be assembled, and I asked Marcelo if that was possible, and he replied, "Absolutely." Marcelo showed up with an assistant, prepared to do the job, and he was extremely thorough and professional, laying down a tarp so that there would be no mess when he was drilling, etc. Marcelo was comprehensive in asking me where I wanted to mount the TV, gave suggestions given the mount I had picked and where I was going to install/place future devices which I had not yet bought. The end result with a super-clean, professional installation, with wires hidden in the back of the wall. You could not ask for a better job. Marcelo also does some security-system and computer/network wiring jobs, and based on what I saw yesterday, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. When I finally buy a house, Marcelo will be doing all my wiring. I am beyond pleased. read more

I was talking to my roommate about having our TV mounted for a week or so and rather than waiting for his approval I just decided to go ahead and do it. I first called Audio Video Center in Santa Monica and after they dicked me around, wouldn't return my calls and just flat out were unprofessional I went back on Yelp to find someone else. Without reading any reviews, I called Marcelo who immediately answered the phone and committed to doing the work the next day. Not only was he on time but I didn't have to call him four times to remind him of the job. He came very well prepared with all the appropriate tools, wall plates and extra HDMI's and was extremely clean and efficient. I was home with him while he ran the cables through the wall and mounted the TV and he was a pleasure to talk to and be around. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about Marcelo and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any job whether small or big. THANKS FOR BEING THE MAN, MARCELO AND YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTED NEXT TIME I NEED YOU!! read more

Job was to mount a new 55" LED 3D TV and run HDMI and electric cable into a crawl space in the South Bay/Torrance area. Marcelo was a gentleman. He was knowledgeable, punctual and neat. Slightly off level or 1 degree of tilt is not satisfactory to him, even if the customer can't tell the difference and he works until it's just right. No ups or extra add ons. Rates are very reasonable. Great experience! read more

I really enjoyed meeting Marcelo. He came over for free and told me the best option which ended up saving me money. He was very prompt and super friend. So why the "A-OK" review? I referred him to a friend who called him twice and Marcelo never got back to him. My friend now thinks my referrals are bogus. Too bad for Marcelo, cuz my friend lives in an architectural dream home up in the hills which will be showcased in architecture tours for the next century. That's a lotta good business going "a buy buy." read more

I called some of the top listings on here with many reviews, and apparently they felt the need to jack their rates up, as well as not trying to call me back on time, so reviewers, look at new reviews, not old ones, because I'm sure you'll take my word on this one.. I called Easy Link (Marcello), and he needed to come to Manhattan Beach to do a flat mount install on my wall. Sounds simple, but it was an old house, it needed careful placement of the holes for wiring, and the tv weighs 180 lbs.. Marcello gave me the best quote on yelp and the day of the install (which was the following day), he showed up 30 minutes early, was friendly, and did a great job. I gave him extra cash because I felt like his services were well worth it. Highly recommend using him.. read more
