My Starlink went out and I went into a panic because we all know how dependent we are on the internet these days!! So I reached out on Yelp at 11:00 pm for someone to come out and replace the dish on my roof and Dan responded immediately! At 11:00 pm! Over the next couple of days while I was waiting for the new kit from Starlink, Dan was super responsive and ready to come help. Ultimately, it all turned out to be a false alarm and I didn't need the service after all, but Dan was still very gracious about the cancellation so I promised him a great review and I recommend calling him first if you ever have a need! Thanks, Dan! read more

Stop what you're doing. If you need smart automation help, an audiovisual installation, networking or security, I'd stop looking and just call Innovative Switch. Daniel is incredible. I needed some Ubiquiti Unifi cameras installed and I found him on Yelp. He was able to do a site visit the same day I requested a quote and was able to get me a fair and quick quote. I had to wait a while to do the project and as soon as I was ready he was able to jump in and get the work done quickly and cleanly. He is super professional and absolutely kind. I'm going to have him back soon for my next project because I loved his work and I recommend you do too! read more

I requested TV mounting services over Yelp from several different companies and received about 4 different quotes. Innovative Switch's quote was the most competitive. The quotes were all very similar but IS's had the least amount of up charges, which I was getting from other companies. Dan came to my house on our appointment time - super nice guy and mounted my TV over the fireplace in about 20 minutes. Very friendly, very professional and he absolutely knew what he was doing. Didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need such as relocating the bracket or re-centering it. I highly recommend Innovative Switch! read more
