Within a matter of 24 hours they came out and mounted our tv!! The job was impeccable and they made sure to clean the little mess that was made as well. Stop what you're doing. If you need smart automation help, an audiovisual installation, networking or security, I'd stop looking and just call Innovative Switch. Daniel is incredible. I needed some Ubiquiti Unifi cameras installed and I found him on Yelp. He was able to do a site visit the same day I requested a quote and was able to get me a fair and quick quote. I had to wait a while to do the project and as soon as I was ready he was able to jump in and get the work done quickly and cleanly. He is super professional and absolutely kind. Daniel and Giovanni were an amazing father and son team. They came in and had my surround sound hooked back up in less than two minutes. They also added another outlet to my electrical closet and plugged in my router. Everything was up and working in less than 30 minutes and they showed up to my house an hour after I called them. Their communication is excellent. Dan came to the house the same day and installed my HiSense Canvas tv over my fireplace. He had to run power by going through the attic. I requested TV mounting services over Yelp from several different companies and received about 4 different quotes. Innovative Switch's quote was the most competitive. The quotes were all very similar but IS's had the least amount of up charges, which I was getting from other companies. Dan came to my house on our appointment time - super nice guy and mounted my TV over the fireplace in about 20 minutes. Very friendly, very professional and he absolutely knew what he was doing. I found KB thru Yelp and was impressed by the strong recommendations; they didn't disappoint. Jesse arrived on time and had the tight tools and expertise for the job. Appreciated Jesse assessing the pre-existing situation and partnering with me to reach the right path forward to integrate the new equipment. He successfully installed a new tv mount, sound bar mount, and then attached both devices. Also felt that Jesse was very thorough, cared about doing a quality job, and had best in class pricing. They responded immediately to my quote request and asked a lot of questions on the type of build I needed. They sent a detailed quote which seemed fair. They sent out 2 really good technicians in Jeff and Jeff & Horacio who were very detail oriented and spent time measuring and making sure everything was lined up and configured properlyl. They even brought along a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust created when they were cutting into the drywall. Definitely a good experience overall and I'd use them again for any media room buildout needs.

The price was right, but the quick service was even better! Daniel was the first to call me back for my TV mounting. I received a good price for an outdoor mount with a GFCI outlet needed. He said he could do it same day. I told him I would call him back. After speaking with a least 5 other companies on my Yelp call list; one of the companies didn't have the experience for what I needed. Three other companies wanted to charge me a mint and/or couldn't get to my house for at least 2 days; and the 5th company...was Daniel at Innovative Swith, lol. I didn't even realize I was calling him back. 45 minutes later, Daniel and his son was at my house getting the job done! Service requested: A. Quality: A. Value: A+. I can easily see why 5 star ratings were given on Innovative Switch. They responded immediately to my request for quote. Their bid was very responsive and scheduling with Dan was a breeze. Dan showed up right on time and ready to go. The customer (me) messed up providing my own wall mount that couldn't work. Dan found a work around that enabled me to use my full motion mount. After a brief correspondence, I realized that not only were they competitively priced but very responsive to my needs. I booked their services. That was the smartest thing I could do! I requested Dan to move a TV from one room to another, which he did - very neatly and cleanly. I also asked him to implement streaming on my TVs so that I could cancel Cox TV while retaining their internet service. He set up streaming on my TVs and educated me on how best to use the various streaming services. I very highly recommend him. He is excellent. read more
