I used this company to hang up two TVs in April 2023. In February 2024, while watching one of the TVs, it fell- breaking the TV, the wall mount, and damaging wall. Upon looking inside the holes it was clear the TV was not on any studs. All holes in pictures were caused by Just That Easy TV Mounting, including the soft patch. Due to severity of damage, I had tried to reach out via email twice without any response. After sending a review via Google, they finally responded via review however, falsely -with that it had been over a year (outside a 30 day guarantee, that was never mentioned nor on any of their websites) and that they had responded to emails. Unfortunately, I was left with the cost of a new TV, TV mount, and wall repair. The experience with Just That Easy TV Mounting has been unprofessional, costly, and NOT "just that easy". Phenomenal experience from start to finish with Mel and Adam. They installed Sonos outdoor speakers, wired to a Sonos amp through the roof, with wires fished through the walls and into a cabinet indoors. They also ran wiring through the roof for some large floorstanders in my lounge and fished wire through the walls to avoid all the wires out in the floorspace.
