He was neatly dressed. He fixed all of my problems, and then went the extra mile. He got my speakers working; made the bird nest of wires for my TV and audio equipment and components neat and tidy; simplified how we use cable and firestick and other components; showed us some shortcuts on using components; and cleaned the TV screen. Had TV champs come and install 2 mounts which was on the expensive side. The install was solid though. They were on time and professional , however I called back for an additional service to raise my TV up about 5 inches and was told no problem, just let me know when .
