Brett promptly responded to my request for an estimate. He arrived at my house right on time, after sending me a note that he was on his way. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was neatly dressed. He fixed all of my problems, and then went the extra mile. He got my speakers working; made the bird nest of wires for my TV and audio equipment and components neat and tidy; simplified how we use cable and firestick and other components; showed us some shortcuts on using components; and cleaned the TV screen. They were on time and professional , however I called back for an additional service to raise my TV up about 5 inches and was told no problem, just let me know when .
