Jesse arrived on time and had the tight tools and expertise for the job. Appreciated Jesse assessing the pre-existing situation and partnering with me to reach the right path forward to integrate the new equipment. He successfully installed a new tv mount, sound bar mount, and then attached both devices. Also felt that Jesse was very thorough, cared about doing a quality job, and had best in class pricing. Great experience at a reasonable rate! I hired this company to install a video doorbell for a family member. Although they arrived a little late, the scheduler/owner kept me informed throughout and provided updates on the arrival time. The installation was quick, and the installers were extremely helpful. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again for other audio, security, and video installations. I live in Long Beach, Ca but my parents live in Mesa Az. I looked up smart home techs in their area and found JB. Jesse was my first and last call when my parents were struggling with their theater (that's such a privileged statement I know....). Anyways, we texted back and forth and I could tell he was the guy. Had JB out for a full motion mount for my 75 Inch TV with the cables hidden. They got me scheduled quickly, showed up on time. Did a great job in a speedy manner. I needed a couple longer HDMI cables which they had on their truck which was awesome. Cleaned up after themselves. Quality work worth the reasonable price. They sent out 2 really good technicians in Jeff and Jeff & Horacio who were very detail oriented and spent time measuring and making sure everything was lined up and configured properlyl. They even brought along a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust created when they were cutting into the drywall. Definitely a good experience overall and I'd use them again for any media room buildout needs.
